Alright I will close this as this is not a healthy and normal discussion anymore. LSPD and LSEMS only use discord for OOC. The discord is watched by admins and is mostly if not only used for code 0 (game crash).

-1 PD has been nerfed alot these past 6 months. I dont play as LSPD myself. I mostly play on my criminal alt. I think that LSPD as it currently is. The best. 6 months ago you couldnt even kill one officer.

Hey. I was not involved in that situation. But what you say gets said sometimes. Not often but sometimes. I just wanna give you my view on this. Hope you dont mind. I play as a paramedic/firefighter and im also in my most active character. Club president for angels of death motorcycle club. "Admins play the game as normal players." Does this mean I an not allowed to play the game normal forever? Does that mean I gotta be doing nothing and sitting on admin duty the entire time? That would mean I can never RP. Now onto criminals always under pressure from cops and stuff. Thats the same in Real Life. I play as a criminal boss. My top priority as a criminal is to not get caught. I kidnapped enough people and actualy got money from LSPD and got away safely without any of my guys arrested. RPing a good criminal means thinking. If you see a random guy. And decide to mug him. Change outfit and vehicle afterwards. As he might have your license. And seen your clothes. License is already enough to see who owns the car. If the car is not reported as missing. The owner gets wanted. Like I said. My criminal character has been arrested 10 times in a year (RL year) time. I got charged 7 times of demostic terrorism. The biggest fun you can have RPly as criminals. Is to always think steps ahead of LSPD. Dont give huge parties for example. Where the cops can litterly arrest everyone for being in a gang. Have escape plans ready. Stuff like that. Like I said. A smart criminal thinks. About making money as a criminal. I do not do any jobs. I do not get money from my alts. I make money of criminal stuff only. I make around 50k to 200k a day. Depending on how well it goes. And that is by kidnapping high officials (with valid KOS afcourse) and ask 100.000 for his life. Or make huge amount of drugs. This can even be done alone but like I said. Make escape plans. Fo example. A window in the drug lab thats based in the house. You can shoot a window out. And you can jump out of it. It takes you less then a second to jump out and enter a vehicle. Now. As a staff member myself. I only go on admin duty when absolutely needed. If im in full active RP. For example I got KOS and RP is still active around me. I await untill I died. And then go speak to them. If im on my medic character. And someone is not RPing as he is supose to. Or does major failRP during medic RP. I do go on admin duty if no fellow admins can come to my aid. I suspect all staff members to have the same idea. And all staff members should know all rules by heart. If there is bad RP. Or rule breaches. I suspect to stop it. To try to increase it RP. Or teach the people what the right thing is to do and if punishments are a need for people to learn. Then so be it. but like I said. This is already possible if you got 100% savegame installed. Install a 100%. Then load it up. Then launch rage. And all skills are maxed. I dont think its scriptwise possible.

The Angels of Death MC is an LEGAL motorcycle club operating in a broken down motel in San Andreas, Blaine County. where they frequently hang out at their clubhouse located in Algonquin Blvd. The Angels of Death also have a themepark in Florida and sell branded merchandise such as bed linen, books, party sets, diapers and even dildos Club bylaws: 1. A Brother or Prospect shall protect the club at all costs. 2. A patched member will always wear his patch. 3. A patched member always drives a harley, If you got no Harley you drive a van or a slamvan. 4. No use of heroin in any form. Anyone using a needle for any reason other than having a docter use it on you will be considered hype. (Automatic kick-out from the club) 5. If any brother gets hooked on any drug that is dangerous to the club he will be helped first. Then he will be dealt by the executive board. 6. No narcotics burn. When making deals, persons get what they are promised or the deal is called off. 7. There is no stealing among members, anyone caught will get an ass kicking and be kicked out of the club 8. Members cannot belong to any other club. 9. If a group or individual attacks any member, The whole club shall stand behind him and fight if necessary. If however, the member is drunk and aggressive and purposely starts an argument, the rest of the members will escort him away, or step between before trouble starts. 10. No member will disgrace the club by being yellow. 11. No member will destroy club property purposely 12. No member will take the attitude that he doesn't have to help other members and other members don't have to help him. 13. No member will go againts anything the club has voted for and passed. 14. No member will get together on their own and plan something for themselves on club rides. It will be brought up to the whole club and the whole club will participate in anything that is decided upon. 15. The club will always stay together on rides, runs, parties, field meets etc. and will not fraternize with club's rival clubs. The only way a member will be perm,itted to leave the main group will b to notify the president or whoever is in charge. When the time comes that the majority feels it is time to leave., we will all leave togther. Anyone staying behind for a good reason will do so at his own risk and can expect no help. 16. Members will have good attendance. Members must have a good reeason for not attending meetings or rides. Such as working, sickness, no transportation, and bike not running. Ranks: President: The President is the Chairman of the executive committee and also the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the chapter. All matters between the club and any outside organization, business or other persons are brought to the President for him to take action on. If the President is not available to attend a chapter meeting, the Vice-President shall serve as the Chairman. The President does not make motions or second any motions and he can only vote on actions where he would make a tie vote or break a tie vote. The President acts as a personal representative of the club and is able to judge items that are not in the chapter’s rules. He is a liaison between other motorcycle clubs, public relations and law enforcement. He represents the club in any business contracts and promotes the club life among members and family members. Vice President: The Vice-President supervises plans for club events and coordinates the committees. He also relays information between the President and the Members of the chapter. Any questions, comments or concerns of other committee members are brought to the Vice-Presidents attention. The Vice-President is the second in command underneath the President and he assumes all the duties of the President in his absence. Sgt at arms: The SGT at Arms makes certain to uphold all the laws and rules of the club. He ensures that all the committee orders are carried out as quickly as possible and he keeps order at all club events. If he sees any member acting in a way not supported by the Club, he reports it to the committee. The SGT at Arms is in charge to strip patches and colors from members who are removed from the club by retiring, resigning or being impeached or expelled. The SGT at Arms defends and protects the club members and prospects and is directly responsible for their security and safety. He keeps records of data that relates to the club security. If he sees any type of threat or perceived threat to the club in any manner, he will bring it to the attention of the Executive Committee for appropriate actions to be voted on. The SGT at Arms keeps the clubs firearms and weapons in safekeeping. Road Captain: The Road Captain plans all club runs and tells the Secretary of the plans for a run in advance. When he is on a run, he is the ranking officer if the President and Vice-President are not present and therefore leads the club formation on the ride. If the President is on the run, the Road Captain rides at the front of the group with the President. He is in charge of enforcing all club rules while on a run and he chooses a supervisor for maintenance on all the club vehicles while on a run. Secretary: The Secretary is responsible for keeping all of the club records, written reports and correspondence between outside organizations. He calls role at the committee meetings and takes notes on each meeting. He is also responsible to notify any members of special meeting times and dates other than the normally scheduled meetings. The Secretary is in charge of telling any members of an election or appointment if it was made while they were not present at a meeting. He maintains the constitution of the club noting any changes to it and handles all written club correspondence. Treasurer: The Treasurer keeps all the financial records of the club. He collects the income from all operations and is responsible for paying all the bills or expenses of the club, while keeping written records. The Treasurer reports the club’s status on payments owed and due at each committee meeting to the members. He may also provide the committee a written report of the financial status at the annual meetings. The Treasurer is also responsible for maintaining all of the clubpatches that are un-issued as well as a record of the patches and colors that each member has in their possession. The Treasurer collects all dues and fines from the club’s members. Enforcer: The Enforcer makes certain that the club laws and rules are followed by all members. He protects all of the patch holders and protects the club’s reputation in any type of conflict. The Enforcer assists all members of the club in combat of any sort including any type of weapons or fist fights. ((This will be a RP enforcer. Someone who knows the rulebook out off his head)) Member: A Member is also called a Patch Member or a Rider. Members have earned their patch after graduating from a Prospect. The have the right to wear the clubs colors and attend club meetings. Some clubs simply call them Patches. Prospect: A Prospect is a person who would like to join the club but still needs to earn his patch. The patch members direct a Prospect to do certain duties that vary and supervise him to make certain they are completed. A prospect may have to engage in illegal activities in order to carry out the requests of the patch Members. A Prospect does not have voting rights, as they are not a member of the Executive Committee. A Prospect may retrieve bikes from police impound lots and guard all the bikes while the club is in a meeting. Prospects try their best to follow all club rules and prove that they are worthy of being a club member and earning a patch. Prospects may be dealt menial tasks and have to endure some level of hazing by the club members. Some clubs allow Prospects to wear the club name on the rear of their cut, or vest, but without the full logo of the club. Prospects are voted in the club by the executive committee and must pledge his loyalty to the club and all the members to receive his patch. We dont general discuss this. And I will close this but I will say. Our incoming applications are in the 250 mark a day. But remember. Very little pass. Our player base changes depending on when you play. During UTC morning time. There is around 50 to 100 players. During UTC evening time. The player base can get up to 200. And only people who are working for LSPD or LSEMS. VIP or Staff team can enter with reserves slots. I personal have gone through 2000 player application in my first month on the staff team. After that a little less as its based on my free time. Applications take time. And accept rating is low. As we are trying to keep a high RP Standard. So please have patients.
