The easiest thing for you to do is a plastic surgery (first one is free). You will be able to modify your character fully there, changing the name is also possible at the Police Station if you mistyped.

Just don't accept the jobs you don't want to do, people usually pick out the ones they want to do ,and pressing the [view] beside the orders gives you information on quantity and payout as well.

No. When I get put into prison , ALL I see is : $12345 , Seconds : 1234. I want to see each charge separately and time given for those charges separately. I also want to know who placed the charges and when, and no ,i don't want to ask PD for my record as last time I did the guy was like "I won't read you all of these" so thank you very much.
