  1. It seems fair to me that a CEO of a business can give his employees money out of the treasury, seeing as how that's what the money is supposed to go towards anyways. Not sure why the government deported you for it, but hopefully you are allowed entry in to the country again soon.
  2. I remember NBDY posting an image of him using a phone booth when we were close to switching over to RAGEMP, but nothing ever came out of it. Hopefully these can be added, +1 from me.

  4. This is why we need the Straightn't role back on discord
  5. Looks very good, I hope to meet you in game under friendly terms
  6. You can rent out a room and garage space in my house in Vespucci Canals, we work together. 3886525
  7. On the topic of potential VIP advertisement boards, what if we could edit billboards to put our own advertisement on it? Not sure if that'd be possible but it could be a cool perk for VIP. Just replacing bleets with some other global ad is a bad idea in my mind though as then it would lead to the same problem that's being dealt with now, where people just use the VIP ads and Weazel has nothing to do
  8. Custom phone numbers sound like a good idea too
  9. Free parking in parking lots sounds fair, maybe something like no charge to sell your vehicle at a car lot (although tax would still be included.)
  10. While I don't necessarily agree with being able to gun someone down in an NCZ, I think people shouldn't be able to flee to an NCZ to avoid the consequences of the crime they commit. Someone robbing someone else and then running to the cops when his friends pull up makes no sense, since in reality you'd just tell the cops/security guards/whatever that he stole from you, and they'd take action. The problem with this is that while RPly that security is in NCZs there isn't actually someone there to do anything about it, so despite being a thief the player who ran to the NCZ has nothing to worry about from security or guards, or even cops a lot of the time since they're usually not at the PD
  11. Not sure if this would be possible to code for the server, but if so I'd like to see car washes be implemented. It could be made into a job, or just something mechanics can do, and it would allow for some more RP and cleaner vehicles driving around. If people have other ideas as to a better way for it to work I'm open to hearing them as I haven't put much thought into it besides just being able to wash cars.
  12. +1 I've had to resort to keeping my different outfits in different bags to be able to keep track of them
  13. Can't apply for it yet since I don't have a property
  14. I've had my eye on a property for a while now that I was thinking about doing something with if the opportunity ever arose, and now that custom businesses have been implemented I might have a chance. There's a restaurant called Casey's Diner in game, and I'd like to see it added as one of the purchasable properties, because if I were able to purchase it I have plans for it that I think would promote a high standard of RP. Here's a picture of the restaurant: https://imgur.com/a/QjFdb7j It's located here: https://imgur.com/a/897WNuO What my plan would be with this restaurant is to turn it into a retro-Americana styled diner, like you see all over the place in the US. It'd serve greasy spoon staples like different kinds of hamburgers, hot dogs, some sandwiches, chili dogs, french fries, onion rings, fountain soda, milkshakes, etc. Since it's right next to Mirror Park, a large residential area, and right across the bridge from the PD, it's in a prime spot for customers, as both suburban home owners, and police on their breaks could go there to enjoy some quick eats. I'd offer delivery from the restaurant and would hire a delivery driver (or drivers depending on how busy it is.) The diner would have decor to match the theme, as well as playing music from a jukebox (speakers) that would help fit the mood. Players could potentially even pick out a song on the Jukebox from the playlist. Either immediately or somewhere down the line I'd acquire a liquor license for the restaurant so it could serve alcohol, and I'd add a bar to it as well, complete with the necessary staff. The diner would also have promotions and possibly host/sponsor events in the community too, to add even more unique RP to the server. All in all I would make more unique jobs on the server, and add new RP opportunities for both the customers, and the employees at this business, if it were to be added. Here's some pictures of what the restaurant would be styled after, so you can get a rough idea of what it'd look like: https://imgur.com/a/2RSgtqq https://imgur.com/a/wPCiAj1 Please +1 this if you'd like to see it on the server
  15. Yes things can happen but it feels pretty unfair to punish someone with a 15 minute wait time for something out of their control. If I get smoked by someone running a red light in an intersection I'm crossing, why am I being punished for it and having to sit through the coma? It's not like I wasn't careful and treated my life with disdain.
  16. People shouldn't have to be something they don't want to be because there aren't enough of them. Some people drive normally and get killed by those people who are doing 180+, how is it the responsible drivers fault that they got killed? Why are they being punished for driving the right way?
  17. @GamingAlF the +1s and -1s are for showing that you are agreeing or disagreeing with the topic of the post, not with certain points people say just so you know.
  18. +1 I think it should be removed because I just really don't see the point of it and who it's supposed to be meant for. If a criminal dies they're already punished because they lose their stuff, which can cost them tens of thousands of dollars. If people are constantly trying to death rp you can just say no. It screws over police because now instead of just not being able to answer the call they were at until the NLR timer runs down they won't be able to answer any calls if they die for 15 minutes. If the NLR timer doesn't start until after the coma finishes then they're getting extra fucked and it'll just make the backlog of police calls even worse. With civvies I can sort of see how it's meant to stop people from doing stupid shit like jumping off buildings, but why not just punish them with fail rp like they're supposed to be? If a bunch of criminals come and shoot up and rob Bayview where I work how is it my fault that I died and why should I be prevented from playing because of it? That's also not to mention all the stupid ways people can be killed to, like by desync, rule breakers, and getting in even the smallest of collisions while riding a bike/motorcycle. The only people who should be getting punished for dying are the ones who are intentionally killing themselves in my opinion, since when I was in MD I used to have to deal with those people, and their calls would slow me down and prevent me from getting to other calls. Speaking of which, it's known that we have a problem with a lack of medics. Despite all of MDs hard work sometimes there just isn't anyone to save you, and you shouldn't be punished with an extra 15 minute wait on top of the bleedout time for that. People will also use it to screw over those that they don't like with a 15 minute wait time by finding any reason they can to kill them, just because of an OOC grudge, same as how people screw mess with people by dumping their cars in water. The only somewhat good things I can see coming from this is that maybe it'll stop the FailRPers who kill themselves constantly, and it might cause PD to fear rp better and we won't have situations where one cop takes on several criminals by themselves because they know their armor will eat the bullets (I haven't been in the criminal scene for a while so I don't know if this is still an issue). In conclusion I think the cons of the coma being introduced will heavily outweigh any positive impact it will have on the server, since the coma seems to insinuate that death is your fault and you should be punished for it since you weren't realistically careful enough with your life, when that's just simply not true for a lot of cases. A game mechanic that prevents you from playing the game isn't a good idea in my opinion. I think the coma should be removed but having the timer reduced and having it only work when there's a certain amount of medics would be a start.
  19. +1 more competition between businesses is always a good thing
  20. Thank you NBDY, very cool!
  21. It looks like the bike caught on fire due to it being very heavily damaged. Sometimes the vehicle is more damaged than the numbers let on as I've seen certain things reset the damage numbers and repair visual damage while the engine remains damaged, so people are driving a car that says it's at 800 HP or something and it catches on fire because in reality it's been destroyed.
  22. If the game was designed with first person in mind then I'd say we should give it a shot but in reality the game doesn't really play that well in first person. Your character moves faster for no reason and is harder to control, lots of different actions are really disorienting in first person, and like others have said you can't use the rear view and side mirrors in cars in first person, so it can make driving more difficult than it needs to be. If this is being suggested to deal with people "metagaming" so to speak by using third person to look around corners or see stuff that their character shouldn't realistically be able to see I think that could be dealt with in a different way than a FPP lock. It was a good idea to ask about this but I don't think it should be implemented, for people who want to use FPP for immersion reasons the option is there, but those who don't shouldn't be forced to.
  23. -1 24 hours already seems like more than enough time, people would just be getting killed for scenarios they don't even remember. People already try to game KOS by attempting to get it over small things so they can come and kill someone unprepared later, so having that be possible for even longer sounds like a bad idea. It's not as if you just can't attack or kill an enemy after it's been 24 hours, there just has to be some roleplay beforehand, which shouldn't be an issue seeing as how this is a roleplay server.
  24. Kerb boosting doesn't make you go that fast, I think having above 60 FPS does allow people to drive faster normally but they shouldn't be going over 300km/h unless there's some sort of bug.
  25. Are you still looking for one? I believe I have a BMX bike in storage.
