I agree with this; I believe there should not always be snow on the ground, but rather randomized falling snow, and then after the snow falls for a bit, we'd notice accumulation on the ground. +1 from me!

This is more of an in-character debate that will most likely happen upon the release of the new City Hall government faction, which will allow elections for mayor, which will then allow discussions for laws like this. As of right now, the OOC suggestion will be REJECTED.

Currently refund requests are handled by Head Administrators and above. Requests that involve credits are handled by Founders. That is only 5 people, two of which are on leave-of-absence or reduced hours. We understand this is frustrating, but we ask that you remain patient.

Fixed - Just hold N while talking on phone to use phone VOIP.

Phone VOIP has been implemented, hold N to talk whilst on a phone call. Police dispatch team suggestion is hereby rejected at this time.
