Well you said accounts, not characters. In that case, you will not have a new player tag on a brand new character if your other character already surpassed 5,000 EXP.

ECLIPSE allows each IP address to have 2 accounts. Each account is different, so if one account no longer has new player status, it does not mean the other will or will not, it's unique. If you have 5,000+ experience on one of two or more characters on the same account, you will not have a new player tag on your other characters, but may have it on the other account.

No it wouldn’t be breaking the rules, pressing I isn’t considered a command and there is an automatic /ame with it, dead or alive. It’s been discussed in the past. Neutral on the suggestion as I understand the reasoning but am not sure if it’s necessary.

This is already against the Powergaming rule, as is any forced command without prior roleplay: I don't think there should be an accept command for an injured player to try and resist being carried, as they are obviously injured and have limited strength, but a /ame wouldn't hurt, not that it should be a priority though. So I'm Neutral on this suggestion

I suggest just adding the ability to buy little trailers to hook on the back of compatible vehicles to tow the boats to mechanics on your own.

I know DCC might not like this, but for people like me at our night times in the Eastern US timezone... it can be difficult to get transportation from a taxi at night therefore I think instead of restricting City-Bee's when there is one taxi driver online, do it when there is three or more instead, to allow for more possibility of getting a ride where you need to go!

-1 from me; speed cameras aren't meant to be there for you to know where they are and limit your speed, but rather to enforce the speed limit, if you don't want tickets, don't speed! Simple as that. You can learn where they are ICly, you don't need them to be displayed on the map.
