I'm just clarifying up a misunderstanding in the persons response. That's all. They responded with posts looking for Quality of Life updates for the script, not things that inherently unbalance things.

There are all posts asking for adjustments to the script, but not in regards to them being unbalanced, providing unfair gameplay, or community members thinking that the Graffiti script integration being unfair to criminals or law enforcement. I believe that was the point that Bala was making.

This is broken at the moment most likely due to a RageMP bug. It’s not that devs don’t want to add it, but that it’s just busted.

It's a joke when it's made like that. There is no ESP with helicopters.

Helicopters don't have "x-ray". Also, it is not in the slightest unrealistic to have a helicopter in the sky. In LA where the city is based from, they have multiple helicopters up all day, and all over the city. There are strict IC regulations for PD's ASD to keep things fair and balanced.

I was hoping we could look into the ability to disable certain VIP perks, like food, drink, and phone degradation. While the food/drink and phone is nice to have to never need to charge your phone and rarely eat or drink, it just kind of feels a bit off to have such a low metabolism, or an infinite capacity phone. I would like the ability to turn this off.

You ban evade, you're breaking our rule. There's no chance that's going to get altered. Don't ban evade. Read the rules. Follow them to the best of your ability. You get punished for breaking a rule, and decide to create a new account to circumvent the ban, you think you're above the rules. What stops you from pulling the same shit again. You're just going to break the same rules and not learn a lesson. Each ban is handled on a case by case basis. As Ranger said in the other thread, there's not going to be a change in this.

Personally, I love the rain. The weather is well done outside of being just always sunny. I remember when I first joined the server, over the course of a month and many, many hours of play, I saw rain like once or twice. I know this was adjusted to work correctly. I would ask for more rain, but that's being selfish While I am aware, and sympathize with players who experience physical ailments from the flashing lights, perhaps finding a way to de-intensify the lighting flashes, as well as reducing the sound, which iirc the latter can't be done, would be beneficial.

I am not in anyway blaming anyone here. I am merely stating a matter of fact. I'm not stating "crim bad because LEO low", but instead stating that a lot of the RP that you are hoping to receive can't be delivered compared to server prime hours. It's just not feasible. You have been in the faction, are in the SD faction, which doesn't fully have this issue. To boil it down in the simplest way: We have people calling 911 because someone called him mom fat We have people bored calling 911 for a bomb threat here because lulz We have people who call 911 because their CityBee got stolen We have people who are organizing a protest at CityHall and GOV is worried and wants unit presence We have NPC's calling because an ATM is being smashed We have NPC's calling because their house was broken We have 3 people calling for impound, pissed off because they saw a cruiser drive past, since that unit was going to clock off We have 100 obligations that are needed to be taken into account, and not enough to do it with. If we can get ahead of something, we will try to and when numbers are low, we need to figure out anything we can do. Is this a YOU issue? No, not at all, however it is also not an US issue. It's just an issue that, while it sucks, just is something we all have to compromise. I work a 9-5, and I'm usually on the server between 6pm - midnight Eastern. A couple of people that have replied here are Pacific timezone, which is around the tail-end of my time online. So again, this isn't me faulting anyone for the time they play. Why not squash the bug before the infestation overwhelms the already low number of LEO's online when UG was out doing their RP. UG stood against corruption, and in turn developed a name for themselves and their faction members had a number of severe charges. LEO's IRL and in-game would be fools to not resolve that ASAP before things escalate outside of what they can control. There have been a number of times that LEO's had to let UG go about and do what they wanted to do because LEO's were wiped out. That's all on this, this can continue back onto SAGOV corruption, and not PD. A new topic for LEO's can be made.

What he is saying that while set, it's not exactly in. The server cannot run like the US can. There is simply NO way for that to happen.

+1 I'm on board with this, but also for me, car washes are great for 3 minutes when your car gets dirty af again within 2 km. It just nulls the point of a car wash when it gets that dirty that quickly. In conjunction with this, I'd love it if there was a way to alter the GTA code that sets the dirty layers and defer the distance or time driving to be much more than that. This way people going to car shows can arrive with their cars clean, people can enjoy their cars being clean much longer, people will actually want to use the Car Wash in the city, or use the services at one of the three mechanic shops. While I agree, setting a fixed price at the mechanics shops is needed, I think there's also a re-working of how quickly cars get dirty that needs to be changed as well.

While having evidence is fantastic, I think that it is highly unrealistic to expect players in this game to be able to be able to save footage from their interactions. If you are going to be making a forum report, then it is your responsibility to inform those involved to save their POV's in a timely manner. We should not expect people to have 10+ GB of storage space for footage, or an ever ending stream through OBS/Streamlabs from their day. Not everyone has a great PC, not every one has copious amounts of storage on their hard drive, nor does everyone run graphic cards that are powerful enough to not interfere with their gaming experience. I think forcing this is not something that should be done at all. The other thing we need to take in account is location. Not everywhere in the world has fibre internet, or gigabyte or high speeds. So uploading longer videos may not be feasible for them. In an ideal world, yes absolutely I agree with you. However, we don't live in that ideal world. Something that could be looked into is an implementation server side where a POV can be made and saved for mod+ to fetch, but that will be a massive server strain. Reference of average user hardware per Steam March 2024 Regarding punishing players for not providing their POV, I don't foresee there being a world where this will be done. This, for the reasons I outlined above, is unfair to that player. Is it annoying that we can't get all sides of the story, yes, but that's what appeals are for.
