+1 You pretty much worded my idea properly. It would definitely add more regard for the player's life, would definitely reduce Cop vs Criminal shootouts, and would stop NLR almost completely. The coma should be a universal timer, so if the player logs out for the entire 10-15 minutes, they can come back and play after.

@Cooksley If you are the target and you manage to kill your Hitman at any point during the contract, the contract will be voided and you are safe. The person who placed the contract will not receive a refund.

@NobodyLTU this is what I had reported to you earlier. The guy was in Paleto, talking to Dwayne Smith on the phone. Everyone on the server saw this chat just like this. -
I was the admin helping him with this case, I did have to move his car to upstairs in order for him to park it. The parking should have some sort of system, where if it the player doesn't own the apartment on the ground level, it checks the one above it. Not sure who does housing, so I'll just tag @NobodyLTU

+1 from me, as well. I think the import prices of these vehicles should reflect the prices of the import list, as well, to balance out with the people who actually spent money on these cars.

100% agreed. Though, I'm pretty innocent on my main, I usually get pulled over at around 180-190km/h, yet, I almost always get a warning because I stop and I RP everything with the officer. On my criminal alt, I only have 2 days play-time, but the police are always watching us, we're always committing crimes, yet, I haven't managed to be charged with a single one. Its all about how you play it. Just getting out and running, sure, you get away and win the chase, but where is the fun in that? You didn't get to role play anything, you just ran.

Good idea, totally agree, I don't need to know, from 40 meters away, inside the shop, that someone outside turned their engine on, this should just be an out-of-chatbox thing.

As it is, the engine on/off is a normal /me command and is thrown into the chat so often that a person trying to RP with their own /me commands won't even get noticed. This is a very big problem at the mechanic shops and the hospital because tons of people come in and out, turning their cars on and off, that if you so much as "/me pats Bob on the head", they will feel unappreciated because they don't know I patted them on the head. I think the engine on/off should be a different color, that way it can be distinguished from /me and our /me's won't get ignored anymore.

Dante Wiggins and I tried pressing G, holding G, pressing F on every door on the van, to no avail, it just has the passenger get in and hop in the driver seat, or if occupied, it car jacks the driver. Would like to be able to use the 4 seats in the van as it's an amazing van. Figured I'd let you guys know so I can pick up sweet chicks in it.

I say spread them both at the same time. Open up the PD applications, once all the officers are selected, open the Sherriff's office AND housing in that area. It's not simple to do and will be a big update, but everything should spread at once.
