Hello, i think it would be quite a nice idea to be able to create groups on your phone. Basically like a whatsapp group. Like you go on your contacts and go on "create group" or something and then you just put in all the people you want in here. I think that would be very realistic, and would be solving a lot of problems. Like when a guy is trying to send binds to his gang members, he dont need to send everyone personally, he could just send it in the group.

+1 has been suggested countless times, no reason to not have the ability to create a group on a phone that is rply advanced enough to open gov websites / life invader / call a cab., 

a group chat is a simpler less advanced function

Reality: Warrant for group chat and 40 people catching felonies 

I feel like the messaging system needs updating before a group chat is added. Notification icon, embedded image links, new texts showing at the top highlighted as “unread” etc

Honestly yeah, if this were to be added it would be fair game for police investigations. The same way currently investigators can check through radio binds and listen in. It would actually be a nerf to crims.

What would be better would be the ability to send a text to multiple people. Would make freqs easier to send. Or just use the emails system.

it's not only a "Buff for crims" as I agree with what you said about updating the messaging system but bringing along a way to make group chats along with it is not wrong. Currently, If you want to gather a couple of friends and go meet up at a place you would have to call/text each one individually. However, if group chats were a thing, I could send a text like "Wanna meet up in 5 at the peir" and people would respond all in one place. I feel like it will enhance rp from crims and LEO as detectives would be able to get a "Snitch" into the group chat and feed them with information about the whole gang/group of criminals

LifeInvader is IC. You can create groups there already. Also, crims can create notes inside their HQ with /fdo with the current freqs

• No illegal activities can be conducted in private groups on Lifeinvader such as requesting backup and/or selling/buying weapons/drugs.

I don't know if this still involved freqs because it used to when it first came out but sadly not allowed.

This would be soooo nice for being able to organize stuff, with the current system, you have to message 10-20 ppl depending on what you are trying to do, this would add to more RP and make life SOOO much easier
