After a tiring day of working for Death Row Inc, which consisted of Liam multitasking driving while on call to potential buyers and sellers of properties, He decided to end the day off on a positive and enjoy himself with his wife "Eva Chase" at the Aztecas concert in Paleto.

The art of free styling doesn't come natural to most, Death Row is always looking for unique and raw talent. Jay was doing time in prison for murder when he met an old friend Drain, he approached Drain with a proposition on joining the team at Death Row, Drain, interested in the idea, agreed to meet up on the outside and go over some more details.

The chat with Drain went well, and Drain and his wife joined the Organisation. Not long after, Drain's friend Shamel came by the studio. He was claiming he could rap, but said he wouldn't perform for anything less than 20k, the team promptly wired him 40k and the onslaught of Freestyles began.

Shamel's price was considerably high, too high for the team to sign at the current moment, however he was keen to help out with a bit of criminal sh*t.

The first few weeks of Russo and Laurie taking over Death Row have consisted of setting up a lot of the legal proxies for their ever growing criminal organisations and finding their feet in the city has been challenging, however, hard work pays off.

It had been a minute since Russo and Laurie had picked up a shipment, however, they knew how to do it successfully with the thousands of shipments they had picked up in the past. This is probably why their good friend Charlie [REDACTED] contacted them asking for assistance at a drop location.

Charlie called Jay, letting him know their was a shipment inbound for his organisation at one of the riskiest shipment locations that the cartel offered. Jay and Mike gathered their team and waited patiently around the Sea Labs area, scouting out for a few hours prior to the landing of the shipment.

Charlie got a text from the Cartel saying that his products had landed so everyone headed in and secured the location, while The Rooks unpacked their shipment, Death Row kept cover for them. The operation was a success and The Rooks made away with their shipment., Jay put his AK-47 under the trunk floor panel of his Rebla and headed back to the Studio.

A good friend of Pops' who went by the name of Cairo claimed he could rap, the Record Label needed more rappers as at the time it had only signed one singer, so they offered Cairo an audition, he swung by the studio, discussed some numbers and also gave a brief freestyle.

The team agreed that Cairo would not be in the organisation, but would be signed as a rapper. Death Row Records, would focus' on managing Cairo's career, booking him venue's and recording tracks. Cairo was given a signing bonus but also was under contract and could not perform anywhere in the city without the permission of Death Row.

With the legitimate and illegitimate sides of the business slowly growing, the Organisations next focus would be to find a supply of guns to sell to their artists and friends.

Sakura Kawai always knew she was destined for greatness, she just didn’t know how far she needed to go to get there. 

Sakura had recently graduated from Yonsei University located in Seoul, Korea as an international student. She wanted to go to Japan but decided against it when her mom reminded her of the current financial situation, because of this, she went back to her hometown and moved back into her parent’s house. Sakura felt like she didn’t belong there anymore. 

She felt like she needed to talk to someone who understood her the best, so she called up her best friend, [REDACTED], who told her about a city called Los Santos. Sakura grew an interest when [REDACTED] told her about some crazy things she has witnessed in the city. Sakura laughed it off as she didn’t believe some of the things she was being told, but missed her best friend. She told [REDACTED] she will come visit Los Santos and see the craziness for herself. What Sakura didn’t realize was that this would be the beginning of a very long journey.

As soon as Sakura stepped off the plane, all she could think about was her best friend, [REDACTED], so she called her up and asked her to meet. [REDACTED] told Sakura to meet her at Pearl’s Seafood Restaurant, and to come alone. Sakura called for a taxi driver and gave him the location of the restaurant. After arriving, Sakura made her way inside to find her best friend sitting inside of a booth.

[REDACTED] and Sakura talked for what seemed like hours about everything they had missed out on in each other’s life. Sakura grew warm inside knowing her best friend had been doing well for herself and living comfortably. As the two girls finished eating, [REDACTED] asked Sakura to move in with her. Sakura was shocked at the offer and was about to decline when [REDACTED] told her that she doesn’t feel safe to be home alone as her siblings rarely come home anymore. Sakura hesitated a bit but agreed as she knew she couldn’t handle being in her hometown. Sakura knew she couldn’t involve [REDACTED] into her hobby she picked up in Korea and knew she would have to pretend to be legal in order as a way to hide how she really makes money.

The girls smiled at each other and made their way to [REDACTED]’s house.

A few weeks had passed and Sakura was at her favorite fishing spot on the backside of the pier when a man wearing antlers and a black skull mask came to her and said, “Gimme Kiss.” Sakura looked over to the man and laughed in his face. He played it off and removed the mask from his face. As soon as Sakura saw the man’s face, she realized she was talking to her Highschool crush Drain Kivimaki. He smirked at her when he noticed her eyes grow wider. “Missed me?” Drain said. She rolled her eyes and said, “You wish.” Sakura tried playing it off as if she didn’t really care he was there but he knew she still liked him after all these years. Drain overlooked Sakura trying to act hard in front of him and asked her if she would like to finally get that coffee she had promised to get with him before leaving for Korea. She agreed and the two went a few dates shortly after. 

After going on several dates for the next few weeks, Drain asked Sakura to be his girlfriend. She said yes and the couple grew closer as they made their relationship official.

After a few months had passed and their relationship had progressed, Drain got down on his right knee and proposed to Sakura while they were walking down the beach. Sakura grew speechless and nodded her head. Drain slid the engagement ring onto her ring finger and then pulled her in for a kiss. After going home, Sakura called up their close friend, Dommy, who was very excited to hear the news and yelled over the phone excitedly demanding that Sakura tell him everything at Girl’s Night. 

Sakura asked Drain if he wanted anything special for the wedding and he told her she had free control over the wedding as he already got everything he wanted. Sakura planned out their wedding with Dommy and Hailee. After working everything out, Drain and Sakura got married on the beaches of Chumash. It was a small wedding as Sakura didn’t want to spend too much money on the wedding. Dommy led the small ceremony and the couple sealed off their marriage with a kiss. The next day, Drain and Sakura went to City Hall and officially registered their marriage to the government. Sakura changed her last name to Kivimaki and became known as Mrs. Sakura Kivimaki.

Drain took Sakura to his apartment, which they can now call their apartment, and told her she can redecorate it to her desire as he wants to make her feel more at home. Sakura looked around and told him that there wasn’t a need for her to redecorate. He asked her why and she told him the apartment is already perfect for the two of them. Sakura told him she had to gather her stuff from her friend’s house. Drain offered to help but she told him he can’t come as her best friend doesn’t approve of their relationship. Drain felt useless in that situation but knew there wasn’t anything he could do to fix [REDACTED]’s opinion of him. Sakura moved her stuff into the apartment and they made their spare bedroom into their work space. Sakura had told Drain her real way of making money and he asked her to teach him. She told him what she really did to generate income and they both began purchasing mass amounts of cryptocurrency, to be used for [REDACTED] on the [REDACTED].

Although Drain has shared most of his things with his new wife, Sakura felt like she didn’t have anything she could truly claim as her own. She had been living in Los Santos for over a year and still hadn’t had the chance to buy herself a car. She had been too scared to spend her money as she didn’t want to make unnecessary purchases. She asked Drain to take her to Hayes’ Dealership where he helped her pick out her dream car. They were at the dealership for several hours before she decided on getting the Penumbra FF. The salesman had told her that it was very difficult to receive a shipment of this vehicle as it was considerably rare. Sakura and the salesman went back and forth for another three hours negotiating the final price of the car. After getting a fair price, Sakura signed the ownership papers and was given her car keys. She immediately took the vehicle to a hidden mechanic shop underneath a highway and asked them to add a Cherry Blossom decal all over the car. Sakura paid for the vehicle mods and was extremely happy with the end result; the new vehicle was perfect for her needs.

Drain and Sakura were visiting the LS Bank to deposit cash they had received from a recent gun sale, when Drain saw two familiar faces approaching them...

Drain and Sakura were visiting the LS Bank to deposit cash they had received from a recent gun sale, when Drain saw two familiar faces approaching them; Mike Laurie and Jay Russo. After a brief conversation and discussing what everyone had been up to, Mike and Jay insisted that Drain and Sakura visit the Death Row recording studio to discuss an opportunity they had for the couple.

Drain had remembered running into Jay during his stay at the DOC facility a few months prior and hearing about a new corporation starting up called ‘Death Row’. Drain had figured that things were finally moving along for the corporation, due to the fact that Mike and Jay were known to be purchasing several properties recently.

Drain let Mike and Jay know that he’s definitely interested in hearing about the opportunity and would swing by the studio as soon as he had some free time.

Moments after their encounter with the Death Row founders, Drain and Sakura headed back home to their Del Perro apartment and discussed the Death Row corporation that they had kept hearing about over the past few months and whether or not they would accept the offer to join if it was presented to them. 

Drain knew Mike and Jay very well due to being in prior organizations with the two, and was certain that they would be heavily invested and serious about the Death Row corporation if they were building it from the ground up. Although Sakura did not know Mike and Jay well, she definitely saw the potential in the corporation after hearing about Drain’s past experiences with Mike and Jay. The couple decided that they would visit the recording studio in the morning to discuss the opportunity further.

The next morning, Drain sent out a text to Mike, letting him know that he would be visiting the recording studio later that evening with Sakura. 

Some time had passed; Drain and Sakura were pulling into the parking lot of the Chumash Plaza when they spotted several super cars parked next to the recording studio. They made their way inside of the recording studio and were greeted by Mike and Jay.

After a few hours of discussion, they were given a tour of the studio before finally being handed their business cards. Drain and Sakura were now officially Death Row interns.

Some days had passed since the couple had joined Death Row and they were finally ready to start making some serious cash. Drain and Sakura reached out to Rafi, knowing that he was in contact with some individuals who had been receiving shipments from the cartel for quite some time now and who were a major source of the supply of heavy weaponry that had been flooding Los Santos. After a brief discussion, a meeting was set up so that they could go over numbers and strategy; to figure out the most efficient way to begin their gun trafficking business. 

After reviewing their options, they decided that it would be best to test the waters with a small order. Rafi was able to get in contact with [REDACTED] who had been doing business with the cartel for some time now, and was able to place an order for 30 empty pistol .50’s and 10 empty assault rifles.

After they had successfully distributed the guns they had received from their first weapon shipment to the criminals of Los Santos, Drain and Sakura were inspired to find an additional source of income.

The couple had been hearing rumors that there were a pair of high quality escorts in town named Sharkeisha and Lexi that were in search of work, so they drove down to Vanilla Unicorn and were able to set up a meeting with them, hoping that they would be able to leave the strip club with two new employees. 

The meeting went fairly well, as immediately after hearing about the business model and future plans of the 'Kivimaki Escorts' business, Sharkeisha and Lexi agreed to Drain’s proposal and were hired on the spot. Sakura then had the two escorts put on their new outfits; this would be officially known as the beginning of ‘Kivimaki Escorts’.

Several weeks had gone by and their weapon trafficking and escort businesses were doing extremely well. 

Kivimaki Escorts was attracting many customers and generating a lot of income as a result, something that made Drain and Sakura extremely happy. Christmas was coming up soon and Drain decided to reward his escorts with a holiday bonus. Drain and Sakura set up a meeting at Vanilla Unicorn with their two highest earning escorts; Sharkeisha and Lexi.

Discussion at the Vanilla Unicorn was rudely interrupted as several cruisers arrived at the location and demanded Drain and Sakura to put their hands up in the air.

LSPD seemed to have been tipped off about Drain and Sakura’s escort business anonymously. Heavy police presence was something that Sharkeisha and Lexi were extremely uncomfortable with, as they were very private individuals and had very unpleasant experiences with the police in the past. 

Stress was increasing for the two escorts very quickly, resulting in them making an extremely poor decision. Sharkeisha lunged for the driver seat of an empty cruiser, with Lexi right behind her. The escorts made their way into the cruiser and immediately hit the gas, causing the officers to scatter for their radios and inform the rest of the department that they were in pursuit of a stolen cruiser.

After the officers on scene had left to pursue the stolen cruiser, Drain immediately reached for his phone and gave Lexi a call to inquire about her and Sharkeisha’s location. 

The plan was simple; Sharkeisha and Lexi would ditch the stolen cruiser at [REDACTED] and wait for Drain and Sakura’s arrival so that they could escape.

Some time had passed and the couple was making their way to the location but it was too late; Drain was able to spot a stalled cruiser down the road, with multiple law enforcement officers surrounding it with their guns drawn.

Sakura urged Drain to continue driving past the cruisers in hopes that they would be able to confirm whether or not Sharkeisha and Lexi had been captured. Much to their disappointment, the situation was exactly as they had expected; Kivimaki Escorts highest earning escorts had been cuffed by the LSPD and were about to be transported to the DOC facility.

Drain and Sakura needed to come up with a new plan, and quickly...

Mike and Pops were keen to host a rap battle for every budding young rapper in the city to come show off their talents. Mike contacted his friend Clint asking to collaborate on a club night venture. Clint was down as he realised the earning potential was sky high. With short notice, they didn't have ample time to let all their friends and allies know to turn up at the party as Jay was locked up serving twelve weeks for a probation violation when Steel caught him carrying illegal firearms at Los Santos Customs.

When Jay got out of the county jail, he headed to the Studio, where he met up with Mike and an old friend of Mike's who went by the name of Arnold King. They chilled out before the event was due to begin, when they heard a familiar voice shouting through the door. It was Jason Steel, from the LSPD. Jay and Arnold hid their guns in the studio and went outside to see him.

They spoke for some time, but it seemed like Steel was only interested in one thing, free entry to the club. The trio wondered maybe his departments budget was cut or maybe he spent it all on cheap hookers and booze. None the less, it was important to give investors in the company what they want, so him and his partner were given free entry to the VIP section of Club Corruption.

 

They all then went separate ways and got ready for the night ahead of them. Jay pulled up early as some of their DJ's bailed last minute and he had to cover for them. He chilled in the private VIP suite with Drain and his wife Sakura for a bit to prepare for his set.

Jay started playing music as people continued to come in, the club was flooding, from Commissioners to street thugs. The night was popping before the heat of the rap battle came.

With everyone having a good night, it was time to move on to the rap battles. All the rappers Death Row had preorganised had called in sick last minute, so with some quick thinking, they offered a huge prize to encourage people to enter. To everyone's surprise the battle was concluded as a split, between an LSPD Officer and a Gangsta'.

With the music side growing, it was time for the team to expand into some tax evasion. Avoiding tax isn't so hard when it comes to dealing with cash. Jay's friend Marlon, hit him up saying he needs to sell a Kamacho. The next day, Jay had already found a buyer, so he and Bodhi who had been working for him went with them both to the bank and wrote up a contract, that stated, the buyer would give Jay the cash to hold, then Marlon would transfer the title of the car over to the buyers name, once the customer had full ownership of the Kamacho, Jay then released the funds to Marlon. Both sides of the transaction left perfectly happy, and saved a lot dodging the the hands of the tax man.

Meanwhile, Dimitri Misha, an employee had been looking to buy a Rapid GT but was worried about being scammed, Jay suggested on frequency that he uses our companies services, so Mike went up to Paleto to execute the transaction. It went smoothly and swiftly, with both sides getting what they needed and the tax man got f*cked whilst they were at it.

All in all, the weeks of setting up a legal front was starting to pay off in the criminal underworld. Jay and Mike were starting to see their plan come together, the next step was finding some guns to sell.

The day started out like any other Death Row was working on new music deals and trying to find new talents. Mike was chilling in the studio when he got a call from Pops, Mike answers the phone and Pops starts the conversation by saying ''Yo, did you see this shit Weazel News is making reports about?'' Mike was confused because he really never kept up with Weazel reports as he didn't believe in the bullshit media. Mike told Pops to just come to the studio and explain to him in person what ended up happening and how it effected them and then hung up the phone.

 

After Mike met with Pops he understood the severity of the problem, Weazel was blasting out news reports attacking gas station owners and demanding for the gas prices to be lowered. Little did this reporter know that Mike and Pops were the main reasoning for the gas prices raising in the city and that made up the majority of their income these days. Mike and Pops needed to formulate a plan on how to fix the situation before the whole city turned on them, and that they did. They decided to get the group together and go over the plan with them.

 

The plan was simple we would kidnap the reporter Travis Rashguard and make sure he understood we weren't the type of people he wanted to fuck with. We set up the teams accordingly and made sure we had someone who was close to Travis set him up so he wouldn't be expecting it. That person would be Liam Chase one of the best in the company, he called Travis to come meet with him and the plan was a go.

 

The kidnap group went to change their clothes and masks to hide their identity and leave no trace back to Death Row as a whole. They would go meet with Travis, zip-tie him and throw a bag over his head so he couldn't see where he was going. Everything seemed solid until something they didn't plan for happened, Travis wasn't alone and actually was accompanied by the owner of Weazel News. The plan still went through flawless with the group also holding up Seth and leaving him zip-tied in a hidden area.

 

Once Travis was with our kidnapping team he was quickly zip-tied up and the bag went on without a hitch, he knew these were people he shouldn't be fucking with. While they were in route Mike and Pops waited at the location talking over what they planned on demanding from Travis. They decided they were going to tell him that he had to make a new story blaming the raising gas prices on the government rather then the owners themselves.

 

 

Once the kidnapping team arrived at the location with Travis they quickly brought him inside and unmasked him. Travis was met with the masked kidnappers and Mike and Pops standing in front of him with AK-47s, he knew he fucked up bad. Mike and Pops came out of the shadows and confronted Travis about what he did. They explained that his new stories have effected their sales on gas and that it was hurting their pockets. They were being very serious but Travis seemed to take the whole thing as a joke. They ended up getting Travis on his knees and again calling Liam over with a knife.

Liam is instructed to take his finger off to show that we are more then serious about the conversation. Travis starts to realize he should have taken us more serious from the start and begins to comply with the demands he is given. He is told he has 5 days to make a story amending the bad business he sent our way. Travis is told if he does not comply that he will be killed while he gets an AK into the back of his neck. He is thrown a rag to hold over his finger and again is zip-tied and has the bag thrown over his head. He is escorted back to the truck and left where he was found, hopefully this will be the last run in needed for him to get the point.

 

The next day the group is feeling in the Christmas spirit, with Mike talking to Purm they decided to give back to the community. They both grabbed $100,000 each and got changed into some Christmas attire. They decided to go to the studio and get some ads from Weazel News letting people know to come on down for a Christmas gift from Santa.

Many people ended up coming through and enjoyed the great gifts the group was giving. After a while Pops ended up coming through as well, he suggested we call over one of our signed artists Sean to come sing some Christmas songs while we gave out gifts. Sean answered the phone and was excited to come through and play some new songs he learned. Once Sean arrived things really started kicking off and a decent sized crowd ended up gathering around to listen and enjoy the Christmas spirit.

With the holiday's coming fast in the week many people flew out of town to enjoy them with their families in other places. Death Row was going great becoming friendly with other groups and getting business done on many levels including signing new artists and renting out apartments and houses for others in the city. We thought the week would be pretty quiet with barely anyone in town, but someone is always their to mess with you at any time. Most of Death Row members didn't always carry a weapon on them as it wasn't needed, but when Mike was told that his members were being robbed by other gangs he had to question who did it and why.

This is when he learned members of the TRCC or Clowns were robbing his members for no apparent reason. Mike didn't like hearing this as he took it as people trying to make his group look weak because they have only been seen on the legal front. Mike Approached Jay and a few others that he trusted in the group and asked what they thought would be the best course of action with this problem as with his experience in the city he wasn't going to take shit from anyone.

 

 

After a long talk it was decided we would work with the Aztecas, LFM and other gangs who were fighting clowns as we would not take shit from anyone. The problem with the Clowns was that it was effecting our legal operations as it's not easy to do business with people when randomly you get pulled up on and get your pockets snatched. This was another reason Mike and Jay were upset as it was hurting their pockets and you never mess with another mans pockets. Mike realized from his long time in the city that if you're going to be fighting people you need some type of symbol that shows what group you're with and he knew exactly what they needed to use.

 

Mike decided they would take up the color orange as their was no other group using it and it was easily distinguishable from the enemy and our allies. Mike and Jay would pick out a specific car color that they thought best fit the group. Mike didn't want to have his group in colors this early on as he wanted to grow his legal businesses first but he knew he would have to do it to keep the record label and other businesses alive.

After talking with his allies they were glad to have Death Row join up and help in the fight. Mike had everyone change their car color and clothes and began looking for the group who was harassing them days prior.

 

Mike entrusted a few people to grab recruits for the group and the group was slowly but steadily gaining members over the past week. Thankfully most of the new members didn't need to be taught the basics and they loved what the group was doing. Mike got a call from Drain telling him to come meet him at the pier he had someone he wanted Mike to meet. 

Mike and Jay went and met up with the new face and he told them how he was interested in joining. Mike decided to give him a chance and let him prove himself throughout the night. He was able to do exactly that over the radio with the other groups and proved to Mike that he would be a solid fit business wise and conflict wise.
