    ID 95 and 39

Hi, I'm ID 95, Scott Reynolds, first of all I'd like to ask about the 'dw its not gonna be a report anymore'. Secondly, I couldn't save my pov as I don't record my in-game footage, so as you can see in the POV of the video, I exit the vehicle, I pull my gun out cuz it was already out, however, I comply with your demands, you can see I stopped what I was doing. I tried pressing CTRL+1 but I'm pretty sure I missed the key so I just stood still and let you do your thing. Once you were shot down by my partner, since I was no longer under fear RP, I grabbed my gun again and started shooting since I was no longer in fear for my life. You also kept aiming back and forth between us as if you could keep both of us under fear rp from that angle. That's all I gotta say,
  2. Player(s) being reported: Everyone in the clips. Date of interaction reported: 18/07/2020 8AM-11PM UTC Unix time stamp from HUD: 1ST VIDEO -ID 112, ID 190 1595059536 -ID 112, ID 190, ID 131, ID 99 1595059716 -ID 77, ID 112, ID 140, ID 40, ID 80, ID 94, ID 201, ID 209, ID 35, ID 91, ID 77, ID 31, ID 141, ID 14 1595060136 -ID 112, ID 99 1595063863 -ID 112, ID 190, ID 31 1595063538 -ID 22, ID 112, ID 190, ID 201, ID 5 1595062656 -ID 112, ID 18, ID 190, ID 201, ID 15 1595062691 -ID 74, ID 81, ID 170 1591520851 2ND VIDEO -ID 99, ID 112, ID 21, ID 35, ID 15, ID 56 1595063720 3RD VIDEO -ID 21 1595063513 Your characters name: Scott Reynolds Other player(s) involved: PD in the shootout Specific rule(s) broken: 9. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Baiting Government Services - Provoking a reaction from faction services without a realistic reason / or calling faction services to e.g. rob them. • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. • Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for anything other than its intended purpose. • Submerging any vehicle in water or unrealistically beaching any watercraft. • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. Our official discord server has a channel dedicated to game crash notifications and you should post here with a valid reason for being unable to return. If a player gets away from being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. Players should not deprive other players of roleplay, e.g. early on the interaction asking them not to speak unless it makes sense in the roleplay situation. 12. New Life Rule (NLR) The new life rule is triggered whenever a player’s character spawns at a hospital. Players cannot force their own death. The deceased character loses memory of their death, the events that caused it, and the information collected in that time frame. Example: A player is killed in a robbery. The player’s knowledge of the robbery, the robber and their death is not usable by the player in their new life. All parties involved must avoid interaction with each other for 30 minutes. A player must not return to the area of their death for that time frame or attempt to retrieve lost possessions from involved players. Official faction members may return to their HQ and resume faction duties but must abide by the NLR rules in all other ways. 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper roleplay reason and interaction. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with plausible demands, attempt to escape, or call backup. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack a player on foot more than once, including a failed attempt. Vehicles cannot be used as a weapon in an active shootout unless it's unavoidable when fleeing an active shootout. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) Someone is attempting to take your life. Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. 8. Metagaming (MG) Metagaming is the act of relaying IC information through any method not considered IC that has the potential to change current or future roleplay scenarios or using that information. Mixing IC and OOC information without any benefit is a minor MG offense. For example, a player uses IC chat to call someone by their player ID displayed above their head. Players may not have any interaction or knowledge from their alternate characters. 10. Powergaming (PG) Forceful roleplay that does not give the other player a chance to roleplay their own response is considered powergaming. Other players must be given a chance to roleplay outcomes of actions. Roleplay of unrealistic actions like super strength is another form of powergaming. All statements in /DO must be factually true in the roleplay as it sets grounds for roleplay. Roleplay is required before forceful server commands which may be used without consent from the other party if they are unresponsive and not typing for 30 seconds or more. A player cannot use the faction management script to destroy a faction as it is OOC. Government funded faction members must not abuse the salary system and must go off-duty when they are not performing their faction duties. If you perform an action which will influence potential RP in the future, you must have OOC evidence of performing said RP. OOC evidence should consist of a recording or screenshot and it needs to be timestamped (/time). RP would only be valid for 48 hours or until your character dies and NLR is triggered. The time limit does not apply to rule 7. How did the player break the rule(s)? Around 9AM all the way to 12AM or so, We had multiple situations where all the active high population gangs on the server decided to go around committing crimes in unison. First it was alright, We took our loss and continued to do our job. Then eventually as the night grew later, it showed that the entire night was made to just bait officers and kill them due to their mass numbers. They would rob stores with heavies only to let the alarm go off and have some sit inside with the rest of them on rooftops nearby. They would bait out pursuits to get an excuse to kill officers chasing them. They would roll up to their injured allies and start shooting the arresting officers even though NLR applies to them and they have killed all our officers already and should be avoiding us. The entire night consisted of them committing petty crimes that would result in minor jail times only to have it escalated by having a third of the server start shooting at us. In the evidence I have (all of the SAME night by the way) It will show all of the gangs coming together just for the sole reason of shooting officers. They specifically picked a time zone where most officers are sleeping and went around committing petty crimes and even non-rp crimes such as robbing officers and stealing their police cruiser. I have compiled some clips that were posted in LSPDs discord as well as footage sent to me all from one night. This needs to be looked into this is ridiculous. As this is a MASSIVE report and all the videos show multiple shootouts throughout the night, Lots of gang and PD members involved, I would like to request a thorough investigation and a staff member that isnt involved with the scenarios/gangs involved. The fact that at one point they were chasing US is kind of ridiculous. 6. Character to Transfer From: Scott Reynolds Character to Transfer To: Deshawn Turner Requested Transfer: Bati 801 (80k?) 100k cash Reason for Transfer: Scott and Deshawn go way back, they have met each other from a few cities back and they have met again here in Santos. Scott has been here for a longer time so Deshawn reached out to him the same way that Scott did a few cities ago back in San Fierro. They consider each other brothers from another mother, anything Scott needs, he can call Deshawn, and anything Deshawn needs, he can call Scott. So since that is their relationship, Scott will happily help Deshawn to set up in Santos, so he wanted to lend him his old bati and some cash to start off. When Deshawn flew into Santos, he had already got a text from Scott that he was in town and to fly over, the city was nice to live in and start again. So as soon as Deshawn flew in, he hit up Scott to guide him around, after that, Scott had some kindness to help out Deshawn start in the city, and for that, he decided to give him his old bike which he doesn't take out of the garage for 3 months and also 100k cash, which to Scott, is not that big and for Deshawn it's a big advantage that he takes from other immigrants. It's basicly a friends gift. How would you transfer the asset(s) if approved? They have a few friends in common such as Jaquan Smith or Dante Raven which they trust with their lives, each one of them. Does the character you're transferring from have an active loan with a loan company? Nope Does the character you're transferring from have an active debt? If so, how much? Nopew
