Founders Richie and Jack were your average drug dealers when they met for the first time. It was a rainy day in Los Santos, perfect for some in-door cooking. They met in a common drug farm known by the locals as Braddock Village. After forming a strong bond this duo decided to start an organization in hopes of adding support for their drug runs. The first new members to join the Misfits went by the names Jackson and Mikkel. These four friends formed the core of the gang naming ourselves the Misfits. Currently the Misfits are focused on gaining wealth and establishing ourselves as a respected criminal organization in Los Santos. We plan to achieve these goals by maintaining positive relationships with fellow factions and increasing our presence through drug smuggling. Our next goal is to establish another source of income through the firearms market. As a Misfit, you are an integral piece to a high-functioning organization. Every voice is heard and respect is given to everyone. We expect each of our members to protect each other even if that means giving up their own life. A Misfit's values can be summed up in three words: brotherhood, respect and loyalty. Yellow, a color that represents all three of these traits, can be found on every Misfit's dress code. Through handwork and perseverance the Misfits have achieved some important goals. While we are certainly proud of our accomplishments, we are not yet satisfied. Below is our future goals: Establish diplomatic relations with all major organizations Recruit quality members with the same brotherhood mentality. Secure a HQ Acquire a property for financial gains Establish a gun running operation. - Boss - The Boss is the head of the Misfits. He overlooks all operations and is responsible for every decision the organization makes with support from his high command. - Underboss - The right hand man to the Boss. The Underboss is second in command and leads the organization when the Boss is not in Los Santos. This position is achieved by showing undeniable loyalty and strategic thinking. - Captain - The last rank that is part of high command, the captain is responsible for providing both the Boss and Underboss with current intel. This includes information from other factions as well as internal information from lower ranking members. Captains are the last rank allowed to make large weapon purchase orders. - Lieutenant - Members who prove themselves to be leaders will receive this role. Lieutenants will take control of situations if no ranking member of high command is available. They are tasked with keeping members organized and on task. - Soldier- Soldiers have proven their worth during hectic situations. They have very good communication skills and are able to think clearly and quickly. - Comrade - These are the newest members to the faction. Each Comrade has passed our trial process and has been initiated into the organization. From this point they will prove their loyalty, dedication, and skill set. Do not start conflict with other members. Put your family first before yourself. Report all internal issues to high command, do not resolve them on your own. Be honorable, you must always represent the organization. Minimum 20k exp on one character for recruitment.
