No point discussing this topic, been brought up so many times, and has led nowhere.
 

LEOs will always overpower crims, mostly as their faction rules give them ability to do so. 

 

OOC measures were not viable as u can see by the countless discussions on this same topic, and IC measures will mostly never result in a viable solution as they're just better and DOC will come guns blazing if u try to do so for some reason, as you know, prison guards can leave the prison unattended to go participate in a gang shootout.

 

But god forbid u ask 1 person from a different organisation help u evade

You can ask them to help you evade, they can drop off a bike for you, and it has been done before. The issue comes when you want them to shoot with you, and that's when it's no longer helping you evade, but helping you wipe all law enforcement on the server.

you realize the same thing goes for us too right? like we're not all logged in at the same time, and for reference we had 8 people online last night if you want to try and pull that argument. You are also allowed to ping and get people online the server just for the PvP (which we are not), and yalls response was to call sd, and DOC for assistance

 DOC and GOV have very little players who can actually assist outside of their primary locations due to IC rules and regulations. To use the entire faction in this way is a mute point.

I think an LEO budget would be good, to assist in balancing. Plus LFM adding them in the tier system too, making them have to keep an active presence OOC like criminal factions need to to maintain their 'stuff', access to better kit and vehicles etc. As this will embolden the faction to ensure they are constantly looking for new things to do for posts, crackdown on rule breakers and hold a sense of achievement for the faction as they progress and unlock new and improved equipment.

But the RP side of things ALWAYS comes from crim side first. My faction The Souls constantly get suppressed/raided due to actions taken against GOV/LEO which makes sense. It is a result of a criminal's actions that sets the tone for the legal side.

I personally think its fair as a main crim for the most part. In real life cops have the advantage too. Kinda makes sense , I respect and like your post though forsure. I'm just saying my opinoun I feel like its balanced because in the real world cops do have the advantage once the crim is caught or under investigation. Crim's also have their own upperhand and advantages.
