This Character Story is based on Sophia Falcone, using experiences from ECRP. Based on the truth, with changes for story/dramatical purposes. I hope you enjoy. Reader discretion is advised. There are heavy topics of violence and detailed injury throughout.

A Call for Balance: Addressing LEO Overreach and RP Disparities on ECRP
Purely replied to Koji96's topic in Discussions
I think an LEO budget would be good, to assist in balancing. Plus LFM adding them in the tier system too, making them have to keep an active presence OOC like criminal factions need to to maintain their 'stuff', access to better kit and vehicles etc. As this will embolden the faction to ensure they are constantly looking for new things to do for posts, crackdown on rule breakers and hold a sense of achievement for the faction as they progress and unlock new and improved equipment. But the RP side of things ALWAYS comes from crim side first. My faction The Souls constantly get suppressed/raided due to actions taken against GOV/LEO which makes sense. It is a result of a criminal's actions that sets the tone for the legal side. -
I need to let the person I'm with know it's 'go time' when i tie my hair in a pony tail! +1

The only counter would be trolling or excessively rude comments, as it is OOC and connected to the sender's account. These messages will be easily traceable, and punishments for OOC toxicity can be given. If people don't know how to give a negative review without being toxic to the person, then they don't have to comment at all - continue as they do now. I really enjoy my Roleplay, but it would be nice to personally know what people think about my characters and how I roleplay them. And I think it would be constructive to allow others to maybe help steer how you embody a character.

I think the function of the /goodrp and the /badrp is completely wasted in a corner of a player's account that is only accessible (and never used) by staff members. Rather than being a wasted function on the server, I think it can be a useful way of receiving anonymous feedback from players that the recipient can see in an area on their Panel. I think the benefits are that players can see what people who interact with them think of their roleplay in a controlled and private way. Rather than digging through Discord to find someone to say they had a good character, that they enjoyed with (or the opposite), they can comment in-game that can be viewed whenever on the Panel.

Being a female on the server and having a character who is known for being flirty/sexual is a dangerous mix but one that presents new roleplay to the norm. Interactions with the true *members* of the community who have an impact on the server are normally positive and enjoyable. In my experience those people who I'm close with know how to joke, what to say, what not to say to me and visa versa, it's often the driveby cat calling in game that gives me as a player stress but the worst is dms on discord from community members who think I'm my character and believe its okay to say disgusting things and become hostile when rejection comes there direction. I think there is too much opinion based decision making on the 'Gross RP' catagory to make it a straight ban. But the other idea of having a private area to discuss these issues within a safe channel will allow us as the female playerbase to pin point offenders and understand those who repeatedly make inappropriate remarks and cause distress to females, and differiate those who just made a one-time bad joke.

Like it says in title. This suggestion is literally to use the U menu for car speakers in the same way as the TV menu works, with the ability to queue and skip songs, and turn off the car speaker in the U menu.
