  1. I reported both of you because I don't have any way of knowing who is lying and who isn't lying. I just want an admin to check logs and tell me what I would truthfully see in the footage. Let's wait for an admin to take the report before responding further
  2. Player(s) being reported: Fumar_Smith, Jaquan_Smith Date of interaction reported: 18/MAR/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1584543762 Your characters name: Belle_Cavallera Other player(s) involved: Specific rule(s) broken: 10. Powergaming (PG) Forceful roleplay that does not give the other player a chance to roleplay their own response is considered powergaming. Other players must be given a chance to roleplay outcomes of actions. Roleplay of unrealistic actions like super strength is another form of powergaming. All statements in /DO must be factually true in the roleplay as it sets grounds for roleplay. Roleplay is required before forceful server commands which may be used without consent from the other party if they are unresponsive and not typing for 30 seconds or more. A player cannot use the faction management script to destroy a faction as it is OOC. Government funded faction members must not abuse the salary system and must go off-duty when they are not performing their faction duties. If you perform an action which will influence potential RP in the future, you must have OOC evidence of performing said RP. OOC evidence should consist of a recording or screenshot and it needs to be timestamped (/time). RP would only be valid for 48 hours or until your character dies and NLR is triggered. The time limit does not apply to rule 7. How did the player break the rule(s)? I got conflicting responses in /ldo regarding the same situation, so one of them is not being truthful I tried to handle it with an in-game report, but I was told by froggytommy that I need a Senior Admin to check logs of dropping/picking stuff up, and alexalex told me to make a report Evidence of rule breach: When he answered "No, I guess", it was in response to whether or not Jaquan Smith had a bag. I then asked if that meant that he did not get a bag from Jaquan, to which he answered "no"
  3. Can cancel this, money was returned
  4. okay, so i recovered the clip from my recycle bin and apparently it was ReLive that broke the audio not sure if anyone else has ReLive but for me it randomly stops recording audio at certain times, still have to figure out what causes that, but yea
  5. hey Both clips provided by marchesi are mine Streamable broke the audio on the second one for some reason, this happened before the report, but i don't think anything would change with the audio working. I don't think i have the original clip unfortunately, if i do ill send it here. Just wanted to let you all know that marchesi didn't tamper with my clip at all
  6. THIS PROPERTY HAS BEEN SEIZED BY THE CITY OF LOS SANTOS -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bidding is currently on hold pending investigation by the Los Santos Police Department Investigations Bureau
  7. Date and time (provide timezone): 20:45 ish UTC, 23/FEB/2020 Character name: Belle_Cavallera Issue/bug you are reporting: /takelicense 0 taking someone's Driver license Expected behavior: /takelicense 0 taking someone's Weapon license Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: I did RP to ensure that a felon did not have a script Weapon license. I did /takelicense to see which number was for Weapon, and it said 0-Weapon, but when I did /takelicense 0, the /ame said that I took the person's driver license. ID 266 (Korab_Bagadovic) will need his driver license back, and his weapon license removed
  8. Character to be refunded: Edward Kingston Date and time of incident:26/DEC/2019 Requested refund (what and how much):$250,000 Description of incident resulting in loss: Edward Kingston was scammed by another person out of his Ocelot Lynx, which Kingston had agreed to sell to him for $250,000. The suspect did not pay up, but Kingston provided enough evidence for us Detectives at the LSPD to identify the suspect and subsequently place charges. The suspect has served his jail time, but has failed to return the value despite our best efforts. We now request the aid of the government in returning the money to Kingston from the suspect's account (adding debt) Evidence of loss: Please reach out to me for sensitive information. I will be able to provide the casefile privately with the suspect's name Comments: Please contact me at [email protected] (majestic#5081) Id rather not put the suspects name to prevent potential metagaming but will gladly send it privately
  9. Im just now hearing over F-Chat that he came back, but I still suspect combat log as it has been 45 minutes
  10. Player(s) being reported: 27, 283 Date of interaction reported: 16/FEB/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1581892520 (This was about 6 minutes after 27 logged) Your characters name: Belle_Cavallera Other player(s) involved: George_Vern, Chrisy_Fegan, Marco_Davis Specific rule(s) broken: 8. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Cop Baiting - Provoking a reaction from emergency services without a realistic reason. • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. • Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for crimes or submerging any vehicle in water. • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof. In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. Players should not deprive other players of roleplay, e.g. early on the interaction asking them not to speak unless it makes sense in the roleplay situation. How did the player break the rule(s)? both (new) players were robbing the store; one was injured and one surrendered. The injured (27) logged immediately. I waited 25 minutes Evidence of rule breach: All I got was right after, where it says in the text chat that 27 left. Ill send the footage to the admin due to having semi private info (tabbed out), if they want it
  11. +1, gives people the chance to decide if its worth it
  12. +1 Tattoo artists in the city already seem to have the ability to fully remove tattoos, when you buy a new one (say you have on eon the ankle, and buy a different one on the thigh, the ankle one is perfectly gone) So why not just be able to remove it completely? I get the point about realism that @Azphelle made, but some tattoos are quite small, so I think people should have the option to do it. We make our own RP, so we should trust ourselves to stick to realism Personally I must have accidentally miss-clicked buy instead of preview despite never intending to buy one, and now I'm stuck with it Just add a tattoo to each body part called "Remove" or something that you can buy for $1000, which is either nothing or just an invisible version of a tattoo
  13. +1 With the insane amount of time that some people put into this game, it would be sad to see people have their favourite video game taken away because of a mistake/misunderstanding/misjugdement If someone can manage to keep a 100% clean record over 6/8/12 months of active playtime, they clearly have a dedication to the rules, roleplay, and community, and it would suck if they were banned over something like a misinterpreted rule/rules that are harder to understand because they got punished for something ages ago
