STAFF POINT OF CONTACT

The following thread is to provide a clear chain of command for members to follow when they need to contact staff members for assistance or have questions/inquiries. Members of the community should first contact the assistant head of the appropriate section. The head should be contacted in the event of no response or mishandling by the assistant.

Every staff member should be contacted through forum private messages as this allows for documentation of the conversation and helps to ensure that the issue is properly tracked and addressed. 

Founders

The founders are responsible for the vision and direction of the community as well as development progression. Concerns that require assistance from Founders are forwarded from the Staff Team through the appropriate forum sections.

Director of Staff

The Director of Staff is the highest level of authority within the staff team-, barring the Founders, within the Eclipse Staff Team. They oversee the entirety of the staff team and day to day operations of the staff team. They should only be contacted in events of misconduct stemming from the Head Administration team.

Director of Game Affairs

The Director of Game Affairs oversees the Events and Legal/Illegal Faction Management teams. The Director of this division should only be contacted in events of misconduct stemming from any head in each respective team.

Director of Player Inquiries

The Director of Player Inquiries oversees the Player Reports, Decision Appeals, and Refunds and Transfers teams. They should only be contacted in events of misconduct stemming from any head in each respective team listed below.

Inquiries about Administration Staff Members

The Head and Assistant Head of Administration Staff are responsible for the conduct demonstrated by all Moderators through Administrators. They should be contacted for any issues questions or concerns pertaining to the administration team. For concerns related to a Senior Administrator, the Head of Administration staff should be contacted directly.

Inquiries about Support Staff Members

The Head and Assistant Head of Support Staff are responsible for the conduct demonstrated by all Support through Senior Support staff. They should be contacted for any issues, questions or concerns pertaining to the Support Staff Team.

Player Reports Team 

The Head and Assistant Head of player reports is responsible for overseeing how each player report is handled by members of the Administrator Team. They should be contacted for any concerns relating to a player report.

Decision Appeals Team 

The Head and Assistant Head of Decision Appeals should be contacted for any issues or questions about Decision Appeals.

Refund Requests & Transfer Requests 

The Head and Assistant Head should be contacted for any issues, questions or concerns about Refund and Transfer requests. For any questions or concerns relating to Staff Auctions, contact the Head of Refund & Transfer Requests. For any issues with credits or donations, create a refund request.

Legal Faction Management (LFM) 

Contact Legal Faction Management for any inquiries or concerns regarding government factions, or legal player factions.
Players should be utilizing the relevant factions' Internal Affairs / Point of Contact for In-Character or Out-of-Character queries/situations before contacting Legal Faction Management.

Government factions include the following:
LS Police Department (LSPD), LS County Sheriffs Department (LSCSD), LS Emergency Medical Services (LSEMS),
SA Department of Corrections (SADOC), SA Government (SASG), SA Judicial Branch (SAJB), Downtown Cab Co. (DCC), Weazel Entertainment News Network (WENN), and Bayview Auto Centre (BAC).

Contact Faction Management for any inquiries or concerns regarding player-created factions. Faction leaders should go to their faction handler before going to the (Assistant) Head of Faction Management.

Events Team 

The Event Team is responsible for the planning and execution of server events. In addition, they are responsible for mapping requests. They should be contacted for any inquiries or concerns relating to server events or mapping requests.
