Eclipse Roleplay in 2022 and counting. Having a huge community and a server that is still alive for 5 years is a great achievement. It's true that as gamers we are hardly ever satisfied, we always expect more and deserve more. More updates, more content, more scripts, more balance, more players online. I would like to ask you, what do you love about this server? Most of us are here for 3 years or less. Personally, I am glad that I found the oportunity to develop my character in a server that combines text and voice. I am also glad that some of the toxic users got removed. This server combines a good flow in general although I have never been in the criminal side. For me, the best thing about this server is the community, I managed to find people to spend so many hours with, laugh and joke, express our fustration or share ideas. Also, it provides me with content to share with you on youtube and it's fun. But tell me about you, do you have a roleplay scene that you still remember? Something funny? I am looking forward to see! I will start with the latest one that was a great scale terrorist attack that over 200 people took part! Ranger Posted August 18, 2022 Report Share Posted August 18, 2022 Overall, my total favorite experience is just meeting everyone I know (OOCly & ICly) and gaining friends. Specific RP, I will never forget the first time I met Darius Bivins at Bayview. Second to this, is back in 2020 when gangs would enforce color, I was putting blue on my car, and at the same time watched some Zetas gun someone down in LSC with an AK for having his car blue and refusing to change it. Some may say that could be a negative thing, but as a newplayer/new to the server player, it struck fear into me when it came to interacting with Zetas. I have never swapped the color I chose quicker than that moment. Here's a funny clip of me starting turmoil between a good friend of mine from Africa (yes, actually) and someone putting on the accent. Bayview days were top tier. retronub Posted August 18, 2022 Report Share Posted August 18, 2022 (edited) My favourite moment is when I sang my heart out at the top of observatory in the name of love for the enjoyment of my faction members while I was drunk. It was awesome seeing hard work in the planning fully pay off, and seeing people RP be so willing to RP with each other. What was expected to be a simple jewellery heist unexpectedly was caught by cops, and we had no choice but to ceasefire and negotiate our way out.. Awesome display of RP all around. I was at LSC checking mods out on a truck and @Eriksen accidently copy pasted in 1000 twice, making a delivery for a fucking Dynasty at a reward of 10 million. Me, him and a few friends sorted it all out and managed to cancel the order. I still think about how different my time on the server would be if I had completed the order. Second is probably establishing Burnout Nation, meeting new people and creating friends for life, such as @Ranger @Sabrine and @MrWonanother @Alexx. @Gaz.. Not only that, but also building friendships with other factions such as LSMC and illegal factions like Irish and Aztecas. Screaming at @Kris at a PD Supervisor Meeting. The Chazs interrupting a Supervisor Meeting to hoover the room (it had wood floors). Zayn Mullings getting called out at a 10-1 for stealing PD weapons and him pretending to go AFK. Travis Palmer and Chloe Bailey screaming at each other while I was in the car with them as a Cadet. Patrolling with Palmer and Reefer. Asked Osborn if he thought it was ironic they put a Police Department on a road called Sinner Street and hearing him crack up on the radio. I have had so many good times on ECRP, more than I can count and remember, like it was said previously what makes this server special is the community, it is sad to see so many people unable to login for one reason or another but I can definately say it's been a fun (and sometimes frustrating) time so far.
