Ability for anyone to put a character description label above their head

Recommended Posts

Fairly simple suggestion:

Create a command allowing players to create a text label above their head to describe something about their character. The command could be /describeme

Examples could include: Wearing a body worn camera, Missing one arm, Missing left eye, bruising / strangulation marks around neck, Smells of liquor, Smells of marijuana

Obviously there is potential for abuse with people making up silly descriptions or using it to behave in a Non-RP, but like any rule breaking those people can be dealt with by admins.

This would open up a whole other level of immersion.

+1

This type of command would be great.

This would allow players to describe situational characteristics about their player without having to spam chat with a "/do" every 5 minutes.

I've had experience in roleplaying a child where people would ask "why is that 30 y/o man doing that?" to which I would need to update the obligatory "/do you would see a child in front of you"

To anyone that worries the command will be abused: Simply allow players to report them to staff members and have warnings and punishments handed out for non-rp descriptions.

You can use /ame or /ado whatever the command is.

IT does work, if you are rping with someone, if you type in this command, they will be aware of what your status is.
