I think it would be fine, especially with the very long cooldown time of banks. Nearly all the banks are hit during the day, so they would rarely even be available at night. It doesn't make any sense RP wise, it is just another OOC restriction placed on one side :(.

Think this poses a clear balancing issue, the chopper is already a strong tool this is unnecessary.

Its a money sink. If your rich enough to own a property and want to decorate it, then I think its fair enough that it comes at a cost. The city is balanced around having these high costs, as were previously brought up. Think how much you pay for food, a speaker, even fuel.

You are definitely right in regards to /me's and /do's, but the unedited version could easily be forwarded to the staff member. In regards to making it harder to defend yourself, a lot of these situations are down to people analysing the POV's and discussing certain things that went on (see the linked report below). Also there has been a couple of reports recently in regards to gang HQ's and DM's and large numbers of people etc etc. Seeing the full POV helps the players understand this, and see how the rules have changed/how admins are perceiving the new DM rule. There was a recent report with Royals and Lost MC. Seeing the full POV of this situation and the admin explanation, greatly helped my ability in seeing and understanding the new rule changes in action. I have just linked this purely as an example of what I mean. The POV's posted here have been analysed by the defending parties as to justify there actions based off of the timings stated by the various reporting members etc. If you look into this report aswell, you will see how the staff chat box has also been blocked. This looks like it took a matter of 30 seconds to do. If these POV's had been hidden, it would have been a lot harder for the defending parties to make there case. I think if clappers can do it for there montages, then surely our staff can do it for reports.

With the recent new large uptake of support staff, I feel like we need to put some precedent in place in regards to forum reports. Understandably staff do not want the staff chat being public knowledge, however more often than not now days we are seeing reports where the POV is simply never posted and just sent privately to the admin solving the report. I really feel this is not in the spirit of the report, and makes it harder for people to defend themselves, as well as for people reading reports trying to understand the admins decisions on certain rules/rulings. If I am being honest I chalk it down to laziness. It takes a few minutes to either blur or black out the chat box so it is not readable, and this is just part of being a staff member.

But they are committing a crime by repeatedly ramming your vehicle, in an area that would RPly be heavily populated with lots of cameras. It is a NCZ that means there should be no crime. How you can say repeatedly shunting someone's vehicle in the zone to push it out of it, doesn't constitute a rulebreak? It is very poor RP. This isn't a debate about free parking. That should be handled completely IC by the various traffic divisions in the PD and LSC.

Couldn't agree more with this. I am struggling to understand how you might initiate on people you see in a lab or chop, if demands no longer give you the right to shoot? They can just run to there vehicle engine on and get away every time?

Agree with this, and would also like to add that it seems silly to me that we don't offer temporary bans. Every ban is perm one. Why not make bans for accumulating punishments have certain fixed lengths? Like a 1 month ban or 3 month etc.

So calling someone that is homosexual a f***** would be inappropriate. But calling that same person a cocksucker would be okay in your book? Both of these are derogatory slurs. Why have you decided to draw the line there? Calling someone a cocksucker is just as homophobic as any other slur... Here comes the major issue with the suggestion, are we only supposed to pick the slurs that you decide are too bad?

What do you mean by this?? We are banning the use of racial slurs over VOIP if I stand in Grove and hear someone say the N word boom I can report them. Then what we have an admin discretion on whether they said it with a hard r or not? We gonna need some linguistic specialist admins xD

If this goes through watch the report forums get absolutely flooded. The already high chance of getting banned will be even higher. Everytime any slur is used there will be a report on it. What streamers are you even talking about?? The only streamers are you and a handful of friends who are all sub 50 viewers you aren't bringing a big player base here...

-1 from me also this is a slippery slope to start on. One day we will end up with a banned words glossary. Just be more careful if you want to stream here who you interact with. Why should players have to change there RP to accommodate for your stream?

-1 sounds like an IC issue talk to your superiors and monitor the CCTV cams more closely, there are plenty of available units, look how many show up to traffic stops. If these units were more evenly deployed instead of everyone swarming to one location you would be able to cover much more of the city and have quicker response times.

The problem is a hostage, in real life is literally a get out of jail free card. Police always comply with demands initially until all the hostages are safe. Cops consciously decide to not RP any sort of fear for the hostages life or take appropriate action around the scene. But once again any kind of report of a cop for this (NRP), is simply met with file an I/A report. We need to stop protecting cops behind this system and start holding them accountable for there actions. Pulling up outside a bank right by the doors and blocking a car in isnt RP. You should be closing the roads down staying well back. Both hostage situations I have been involved in resulted in the cops killing/shooting the hostage by mistake.... This would obviously carry very grave consequences in real life, but nothing happens here.

This is due to the new update they did today I think, piggy backing onto this it also does it when you walk through those interior doors, which makes it impossible as it keeps just dropping it every step into the door.
