Been a while and I hope this was really read and taken in a good way. Some things have definitely been improve. Really good to see that and such but the suggestion boxes have gotten many many more +1 and many -1 and good suggestions that would fit good into the community but I see there isn't really any Dev interaction there yet (again). Really was hoping this was taken to them and spoken about I think we as a community paying for this server and most likely much more then is needed (nothing bad here don't take it as such). Deserve more information and knowledge of where it is all going and coming from, A Trellor page would once again make this a good things for US as PLAYERS to see where your focus is updating, fixing and adding into the server, And showing the plans of how it will go in the future. As an "OG" and been here since 2017 not active from 2017 to 2020 or what it was to 100%. but from 2020/2021 I was active and played over 3k hours on here and such and damn it was fun but slowly lost it shine because of the scrapped updates and nothing else to do exepect either sit at Bayview and do /fix /modview and all or be PD and/or SD and just drive casually around and do a shoot out here and there, Nothing have really been added as far as RP goes and Civilian things goes it is dry for many people here I think as of 2022 (for me). I really want to get my fire and shine back into here. I REALLY WANT TOO, was back in 2023 a bit played for couple of weeks/months but nothing was new it was the same old thing. Some people hosting a event there, some there and typically it is admin hosted and yeah they are great. But lacking in many aspects. Also with The Event team, I fucking love you all but you have been put a bit on a leash on what and what not you cant do. I remember the criminal airplane event that happen and such after it some issues within the community these good and fun event was completely GONE from the server not sure what happen there but they were great and fun. The heist on the Money Truck (was in PD back then) LEGIT the MOOOSSTTTT fun in ages I had within the server I really want to say @Timmaayy (probably you who hosted it in the server and did your ideas to it if not SORRYF OR TAG ) But YEAH they were fucking amazing and hilarious and YEAHHH ofc some people got upset "i lost a .50, I lost a shotty" etc, some peopel can't accept that they lose sadly but that should not be a thing that stops you The EVENT team from doing these I really hope they do come back if so you will 99% see me come back into the server and do them. As well as there is many many things you could plan with a bank heist, drug lab heist and many things but you're like leashed or something from the past complain that happen but I do understand both views of it but making a rule section with the Events and such would make this really really possible I seen the server go from having almost monthly posts in the Dev chat, with teasers and good ideas but some turned down by them but people waiting on it and then it never happens -- ONE example was the credit card system with possible sharing accounts and all was hyped and looked forward by many old people and then it was just casually removed/NEVER talked about again -- It would be good to have some updates on a Trello site with it and all. This would make sense if admins did respond to /reports involving rule break. I've waited for a car ram, DM for a long time, YES I do know they "RP" and such but removing /b will just be a bad feature hence this reason I stated here. You will not be able to tell a big crowd of "apparent" rule-break to save their recordings if needed so, having to /pm and check your clip many times to do so is just annoying. And with /b people solve their own issues if needed mostly I've had times where we as 2 players solved an issue that really was reportable but it took way too long for admins to respond to it so we solved it and made up. And the masive use of /b from you being in PD for a long time and me being in MD and DOC. I've seen the spam and shit that can happen ofc, Reason why they should add /togooc that last for maybe 10-15 min (not perma since it will likely be forgotten about and something is needed to be said there)

Removing it is one of the worst mistakes they can do since people will meta-game more in voice for those who don't care about it. A way to make /b less is having a /togooc of some sort command. While at it they should really add a /togweazel command since that gets spammed more then anything in the game even more then people crying in /b, removing valuable /me and /do etc etc. Seen many RP threads from like gangs where they either have to cut/edit their text so the "Oh buy VIP today blabla" - Server MSG and "Join LSPD TODAY" every 10 min or something. If one toggleable chat command/text is added it would also be good to add toggle for those chats that are not nessacary all the time in normal chat. But yes, /tog (chat) would be a great addition on the server. For both less spam in /b, much less useless weazel stuff and the system/server msg fills a lot up in chat as well. Being online for a bit yesterday seeing weazel "accidently" post 2 of the same ad, and the "wait 10 min and then u can post 5 more from that list" is just spammy imo.

So, Just checked the development channel as well here is clearly the issue that I'm stating here it says on 07/01/2023 (July 1st 2023) That the update will come out next week. But there have not been any official announcement of what is happening with this update it is soon to be 3 weeks since it was "supposed" to have a release. Just to get more context to the suggestion and thing I'm talking about here. And once again before someone comments, Yes Real Life issues. Server issues and such will happen but that is why we need to get some updates, transparency or just simple "Oh this happen we can't release it for couple of weeks reasoning: vacation blabla. Since sadly there was no update after the bank/credit card update was not talked about at all or said it was cancelled maybe if you scroll up ages and ages in general chat which gets sent messages MANY MANY per day so it is impossible for some to see it. Really this is a good opportunity to change and adapt for something new and becoming more of a "community" with us players instead of not being apart of it. we PLAYERS who play here everyday want to know what is going to change to the server we LOVE. And have our input and disagreements with these updates. I really hope for a change with the suggestion. Seeing as clearly there is a issue for the past 3 weeks with announcements and such.

This might be in the wrong suggestion post sorry if it is! Quite not sure where to put it So to start of I'd like to say after being here from 10-20 players on my Richard Forth character it has gone REALLY far and good with updates and improvements, but as of lately that I think it is slowly becoming less and less updates the community really want and more what you guys think we want. The suggestions on the forum here is filled with great ideas and some less great. Some stuff I'd love to see from either the Dev Team, Head Admins or whoever takes care of suggestions to forward them for the scripters and what not. Even having some transparency for the community who plays the server and keeps it alive. Posting either more updates of Dev stuff, saying what gets cancelled and what is getting focused on. Like for example the shared bank account or something that was posted 2021 or 2022 where did this go? Clearly it was an amazing and wanted thing to be added but it was just teased and posted about then nothing for many years. Some people like me are still wondering if it will come or if it was scrapped completely. Another example is the weapon update happening soon hopefully. It has been teased but really no updates or information that gets a player base "hyped" of some sort for it. Just been "oh its delayed" etc etc, I get that stuff happens in real-life and such but that is such a med/minor update for the game that wont really change the out-come of the server we used to love/love. I feel as the community really is not involved anymore. I hope this is not taken as either an attack or dissing anyone here on the server or admin team. Just I feel as we PLAYERS deserve more information on a server we donate on, buy VIP, buy Credits, spend hours and hours. We make the server if you really do the deep thinking. Some suggestions that can be easily done with the transparency for the development of the server. Is adding a Tellor(I think its called that sorry if not) for the % of updates and how far in development they are. And also adding some sort of Suggestion Team for the admins where they will also forward the community suggested thing for the Coders and Scripters for the server Paulius and Osvaldon as mostly I see random post from Mods/Support Team +1 here and there and "This is a good suggestion" but it gets now where and usually don't get implemented into the server. As I feel it is not checked by our main coder/scripters/Dev Team. This could easily be fixed with either Tellor as I said, Discord channel for this Admin Team to post the highly +1 post and if it is possible/good idea that really caught their eyes they will either maybe react to it in the discord(Private Channel) And the Suggestion Team will forward it to the player base saying if it was good or bad and maybe some explanation of why it was Denied, Approved or This and that wont work but it was a good idea. I really hope this receives some good feed back from everyone this is not supposed to hurt or make anyone upset. I just want the server to grow and not decline in players. It is really time to take care of what you actually have and take care of it. TL:DR Tellor Website for updates and how far into development they are, more transparency within the Dev Team to post on suggestions if good or bad. New Admin Branch/Team for Suggestion part of forums for posting updates if approved or denied suggestions. And listen more to community suggestions then your own "what I think is best and good for the server" Much Love, Trevor Zelias.

Just basically a bump and seeing how this have even been talked/thought about in the dev team. As I feel suggestions are not practically ignored but mostly looked over in someway or another. I know the "weapon" update is coming into the server and such and I myself have not played for half to a year seriously on GTA. But yeah as it comes to this update I commented on about half a year ago I guess some type of answer from either dev team or higher-up admin team to say if its good or is it some empty "oh suggestions here" and its just not getting any info if it is going to be added or if the idea is good.

Re-adding of the old staff list that was "removed?". The new one feels just unsatisfying and clunky to look at. No "Promoted and/or Removed Resigned etc. Just looks like the community is less knowing of who gets promoted and added as a new support etc etc. Having the "Staff point of Contact". is good but why remove something that was just a scroll and press last page etc. My problems with the "new" staff list: Too big pictures for the admins the old one with small names and colors and (lead hacking investigator) behind for an example was just nicer to look at. Section for newly added supports/admins/resigned for knowing what happens in the staff team and what updates there is. For example if Dqniel leaves the admin team we wont really know unless we dig deep. or get announcement in Discord (which some might be banned from and wont see it be posted). Looks clumsy and lags when you try to enter it and is hard to find the "click here for full staff list". It is easy to miss it.

+1 Seeing something new to rob, take hostages and such for would be amazing. I'd love to see some type of massive build up thingy for a big robbery on the bank, jewelry making planning, look outs and such boats might be used helis when more are added and all. feel as a flecca bank you rob it take money run away either wroom wroom away or just shoot. nothing really planning with cutting off CCTV more, checking what cops are up too. getting some look outs like 3-4 for a bank that gives info having boat get away. Some might say it is taking from some FiveM things but they are succsesful there with it so why would it not work on here. And admins will probably say "dev have to script and code its up to them". But seeing as a lot of suggestions are just thrown into the sea and/or either ignored and not input to the game it is clearly something wrong with having this section in the server. (Might be off topic here but seeing as this is once again a good idea for the servers activity and more for crims to do id like this input here). Server had amazing updates 2020 2021 and so on. Seeing as 2022 been lacking good and big updates that made changes and fun things to the server. Hopefully 2023 will be amazing year and they will add many things like this!

Since you seem to be a old NGG player yourself, what is your name I went by Elisa Blaze if anything rings a bell. I miss Harm and "should of stayed out of Harms way". Luke Harm, Claude Speed and Nicholas Harm legit funny guys and memeing guys. Old SAMP and NGRP days was so fucking gold with everyone. I always wondered after hearing of Harms passing how many have actually passed away sadly. It is a long time the closing of the server and it was open for such a LONG time.

Make the impound lot auotmatic and if u have tickets you have to pay them before taking the car out. Legit standing here for 1-2 hours sometimes (peak hour also) and no one comes. If you call with phone it is a charge if the PO wants too. It is way too annoying to wait many hours when you might not have that much time to play at all. Yes it removes some "RP" but it really is no good RP involved with this anyway. Just automation on it all would be good. if they have 3 degree speeding ticket or what it is to get arrested then notify the PD that they are there instead. and other charges.

Re-Adding VIP chat will have something to do while either fishing, trucking and such. I remember talking a lot in /v on NGRP and it helped when farming and such and I think it was a thing back here also but removed in later time. Toggling it so it is off on maybe login all the time is a good thing for people who don't want anything to do with VIP chat. And have certain moderators for the VIP chat that wants to help it to control no meta, toxic and such is happening inside of it. Or even support if they wanna contribute to it and such. Teamspeak I think many would like a public TeamSpeak server I jokely/not jokely @Lewis(sorry if it tags u here) about it and said it. I do think a public TS would help the server with less meta-gaming punishment for just sitting in discord with for example Sai, Sofia and such. (random examples). And if we do appear to meta while a report is coming our way ofc you'll get the punishment. While LEOs can sit and meta game, talk shit about others. This happens sometimes and they don't get any trouble from it. And here comes the "PD" who says "we use it for tac-1 and such". But then again why do crims have to suffer from using /vr and radio freqs ingame when there is clearly 911-919 that are LEO based freq that they can use for their J-TAC. It makes no sense why PD would need a TS and crims will get a punishment when they sit in discord and talk with their friends and mute when it comes to ingame mostly. NGRP used to have a public TS and a private LEO TS and it was not considered metagaming to sit and talk in the public TS unless you did actually meta game.

Also adding so admins can enter a /ppm group to investigate and all if needed. like /ajoinppm (chat ID). There is logs most likely for this but this can help with there is bunch known metagamers and such checking if they are doing it after some type of report etc. And if a situation happen and admins are on scene and need proof of things they can ask for their group id to ask/talk to more if they have any proof, saved clips or anything of all this.

+1 Less cut the /b when something happens so /ppm helps with saving up shadowplays in a group and everything. Instead of /pm all id's that are around.

So seeing this. Can I make a chop chop where ever I want then? And what if all official gangs decides to not sell those things and once again limit the server for Criminals gains. I see it makes sense but I can almost put $100 on the line it costs WAY too much to order in one of these making them not worth for gangs even to order in since they can do guns instead and sell for way more profits. But if so I can place it anywhere on the map that is cool and all but I feel as this update is good and looks amazing it limits criminals once again to make money because it being "you have to order in" and knowing that official gangs can just choose not to order in or say fuck it lets not sell and take all the cars coming in and not give them shit as an example.. Having a switching chop chop like Iriael is saying here will benefit both the players not knowing all gangs. And those who are a bit more on the solo side. I talked to some about this and having OOC corruption allowance from a faction and adding this removes a big part of being "sneaky" about it and such more. I know NBDY and them did a a great update wanting more "Roleplay scenes". Yes this update definitely will add these things but is still limited behind a big wall from gangs. I logged on my criminal for couple of hours checked around and found no way to chop cars or anything like that since it is a limit. My criminal as of now have legit $2,000 in bank maybe used to have apartment back in 2020 and such but quit it. I wanted to test the update and try to grow him again. But not knowing the locations for drug sell points any longer since new system and turfs. It feels empty for a criminal that is solo. I checked every old chop-chop and that was my go-to way to make money to get back on the feet on Richard(My crim). But now it is limited and near impossible to do anything like this. Talking about the MDC and a lot of PD/SD officers using /mdc way too much. So even if I were to drive LEGALLY 80/120/145 a lot of PD/SD use their MDC for no reason seeing a car drive past them. or even in front of them not even suspecting them of a crime. Have seen and been with PD officers that do this, having the "stolen NPC car" flag back as a "Stolen Car" is really unfair towards criminals now since MDC really is too OP against it with you being able to check with 1 button click "stolen car". Even if you drive 100% the cops will do it anyway. Not sure how to counter this thing but maybe adding a % it gets reported as stolen or something? Just feel like 1 button click "STOLEN" is way too OP for PD now. So question is how much does it cost to order in one, how long does it take and as well as the server is struggling a bit with official "real" gangs that do these things. I remember LFM, Aztecas, FSO and many more ordered all the time but as of now I feel ordering is not worth the price, % of cops getting notified and power it costs to order. Somethings might not make sense but I hope it does wrote this while in a stress kind of.

Adding a command such as /interiormusic would make it easier for parties, big interiors and such. Since some are too big for speakers. Also having /setvolumeinterior or something would also be good for the volume for it

Bumping a bit I wanna see peoples thoughts on this.

The update for the DM things is great but I feel some rules are still too hard punishing for some people that might not FULLY FULLY know about them here is one example. So a question about server advertisement. Some people have made a small mistake and just said the most popular one for the streamers. And I can almost put $100 that 99% of all will not even come close to get on there. Why do they get banned for mentioning the thing that most likely brought them to Eclipse. Same goes for some people that dont fully understand the server advertisement rule to 100%. And just mistakenly mentions one. I do feel like that rule have always been too harsh, giving someone a insta-ban/perma is just not good for Eclipse. What you could do is mayne warn. Or ban them for a week. I know you MIGHT be able to apply for unban but some people dont know what to write or say. This rule is easily broken and is mostly not intentional to be broken. So please do look over the length on it and maybe actually give them a fair warning such as 1-2 week ban. With a put date on it. Or make a new system where you can just write /warnaccount. And if they login they get general info on the problem they did and have to Agree to it and write something small ingame to get it removed like the whitelist application. Also why I say it is in a grey area is because we can openly talk about NGRP. Which is a server many have played from 2009 to 2017. And you dont get any kind of warning. There are talks about it in the discord, forums and ingame. I know Nick, Kris, Lewis, Percival and many many more from here that talks about it sometimes. So just hoping that you can look over this one and get a better punishment system for it. (This is a response I wrote to new rule update from Osborn and got it re-sent to me from him.
