So reading this it is a good improvement indeed. I'd love to see this in action. But also considering "1 year = old" is a bit too long? We all have made mistakes that could be considered DM/Meta gaming and such. I've seen couple of times this have happen with people. Like a person that stabbed someone at Pier as their RP character is "Insane" and they got a DM punishment for that but saw them self doing somewhat "RP" for it. So I will myself say check over the times for certain rules and start adding how severe the certain rule breaks are in the punishment text or add the link for the complaint. I have a VDM jail myself on my account and never done anything after that punishment. It was de-sync on my part and did not have a video of the situation since I got PMed 24 min after "Save POV"((old days)). And that made me get a VDM jail. It was on the high-way with desync and many more factors like snow and such being around. So lets say I get a DM punishment again for something stupid like a situation in either DOC that I am part of being a guard. Is it really deserved to be a ban because of my (V)DM punishment? Seeing as it would be "not a year" and get anohter one etc. Sorry if all I wrote made 0 sense I wrote it while tired and woke up to it being not posted.

Bidding while in-active So basically putting a thing where you have to have been active 20+ hours on Eclipse to bid. Where people can't just check if there is a raffle for the "Adder" or the raffle for the general store. And go and bid on it because you're inactive and have $10m laying there. I feel like the people who are active and do actually play on the server should have a benefit of being able to bid on those things and buy tickets. Not the ones who are in-active and but it because they wanna "stack-up" their things. It just makes it more fair in the end. And I can't just get a super "rent it out" for 20-40k and go in-active and not play the server again. This also in the end will help out with the thing people say "rich get richer" with those who already have a lot of things while being in-active And this should be a 20+ hours limit in the "last month" before the auction is made. Lets say for example the there is one made tomorrow at 2021-11-02 you go back to 2021-10-02 and check if they have played the server for at least 20+ hours to be able to bid on it. And 1 month might sound a lot for it but it makes it fair for those who have long work shifts and can only play "x amount" of hours every month. Alex will 100% be missed. I know I have not been around Bayview, Burnout and you guys in general. And not around on the server as much for couple of months. But always loved every single one of you. So not seeing Alex either on his PD or Odinson he will be missed. And will be fucking happy to see him back again soon. I met him at Bayview first. And we had fun and all that many many memories and such. From him firing me to him most likely helping me. And the Minecraft server I hosted for everyone it was all great and amazing. This makes sense fully, but one thing that makes no sense is the suspension of licensing. Since it is 2-3 days IRL time and we get jailed from 15 mins to 16 hours I think. Seeing the suspensions and such should be looked over a bit and changed with hours instead of days. and make it so people that do get arrested for driving without it and such gets added more hours every time and that it pauses while in either jail/prison and then when they are out it starts going down. This is a game about driving GTA is like 90% of it and same goes for RP servers its like 85% driving then and such. So 2-3 days OOCly for me seems a lot.

big +1. Many friends that have been banned for some things that dont deserve a perma ban like NRP, some small DM etc. Feel like having a ban pattern like 1 month, 3 month 6 then maybe perma. Or a /warn system automated that when you get 3 warnings you get banned for "X" amount of months. One ban I think is stupid that a lot of people dont understand is "server advertisement". A lot of people don't fully understand this one to a 100. Would be good to give them a temp ban of 2 week or a month and let them comeback because 90% of the people getting banned for this one want to comeback and know after getting the message "banned for SA" they fucked up. For example Michael a friend he got asked like 5 different questions that made no sense and in his appeal it showed him wanting to comeback fully to the server and play. And yet he got denied. Kitty Katson is another example that most likely would love to comeback. and many many more. Small issues should not be resolved with a permanent ban because they make a small mistake or did something bad. It will hurt the PB more then be good for it..

Phone update missed calls and such So with phones now, when someone calls you and hangs up it don't really show up in "recent" as I think it should. Only way to get a "missed call from xxxxx" is by doing /phone. Also the messages making "new convos" after someone closes a chat with the other person would be good if the person not wanting to close them keeps getting them in the same tab. Adding coroners to the phone so you don't have to dial 6666 since a lot of people don't know the number or that it is there. Would add some more chances for the job to be something that people could really consider using to earn some extra money. Maybe also add a tab for mechanics/weazel news so you don't have to use commands like /newsagency and /mechanic like with DCC adding "the news person is 9999 miles away" and "the mechanic is 9999 miles away" just to know how long it takes for them to come and having a general knowledge where they are and it could also help with if you're in a gated area or some area that the GPS don't really guide well You know that they stopped/having issues. /Modview having a transparent black background The /modview being dark all around when checking your own car. Making colors and pearlescent look different and such. Removing this effect would make it way better New clothes to the store and more hairstyles It would be cool to see a new clothes system like how we got the mechanic update to review the mods of the car and such. Add the same type of preview and system to clothing and hairstyles so it would be like under "Hoodies" only hoodies would show up. "T-Shirts" etc. Also make it so we can combo clothes like we put it into some cart system where we can see everything we have chosen on us to make sure it looks good together. Then press "checkout" it does the same thing as before. Same goes with hairstyles not sure if possible but adding more different hairstyles would make the server a new experiences in a way since everyone have seen the same hairs and such for the longest time. Tattoo stores could also go into this category Food system Having some type of system where maybe some type of food gives extra quick wellness regend. Or even adding like it gives a bit faster HP regend, more stamina to run etc. And the stores/orders would be different prices in someway. And hunting for meat could give some better things for you cooking it and eating it and such. Making of a new system with LE/HE adding Mid End Adding some sort of Mid End for "kind of expensive but not too expensive cars" Because seeing the HE filled up with Dominators and BF400 and all those type of cars fills it up real quick. Even Paleto HE can be full sometimes and there is no chance of getting a car up for days. Even adding extra slots to the both HE would make it way better in someway. But the Mid End could fix a lot of issues with many mid tier cars being there taking up a lot of space. Cruise Control bindings Adding a cruise control short cut if you hold CTRL + 1/2/3/4 you can put different speed on them all like 80 for the city, 145 high way. Even adding your own numbers to the cruise control might not be able to do it within rage but this would make it easier to switch between different cruise controls. Choosing our own animations with short cut keys. Adding so we could pick our favorite anims with a key press and use it instead of having to write like /anim dancef9 or /anim dance10 etc. And you could also force hands-up to be the one it is already since it would make sense. Property limits Remaking of how property size is and such so it is linked instead with the boundaries within the house/yard. For example it would make it good for houses that have a big backyard/frontyard that they cant really reach making it possible to build everywhere. Also it would make it so people cant really build outside onto other peoples properties and such. Not sure how much effort or time it would take the scripters to do this but it would be good for owners of their house/property/businesses and all. Adding of backdoors Some houses/most houses have no way to reach either their balconies/backyards and need to use their limit of 30 furnitures to reach the backyard or balcony and such. So adding a backdoor thing to some houses or get people to request a "door" for it would be great. For example the house I own have a nice backyard but I have to use stairs to build onto the roof and down to the back making it look not good and wasting the 30 furniture limit. Having it so you lock it with the "main door". or even have it individual locked like properties have it but make it "back-door (Address: blabla) (Locked)" Or what it would be. And to make it easier for admins to add them you could put it on Senior Admin or Head Admin to do it and people get to /Report for it to be added instead of going to one and one and one house alone. This would be cool adding more danger of "drunk drivers" also. Making the breathalyzer more used for MD/PD same would go with drugs since it would be a good long term effect of these things. Ever since I've been on eclipse i think ive only seen one drunk driver arrested it is so rare to see it.

New idea added.

Adding a inspect system ((/inspect)) So, One idea I have had in mind is the /inspect system where someone could write like /setinspect or something it says "Trevor Zelias is app. 6'5 and would be muscular and have a scar on his arm saying "FUCKLIFE" and this and that" Would be good so people that have either had perma damage on their character like for an example my friend Maccy he lost his legs and such(atleast i think they perma rped that). And people could do /inspect instead of him having to spam /do every time he meets a new person. Or like "Would have a pinky finger missing" and someone /inspects it. Adding fishing sell off for boats (( Get boats and the waters used more )) This would add more activity to boats that was just added and would also add more activity to Lifeguard in LSEMS. Being in LSEMS and seeing all the different jobs and divisons there is not much happening with lifeguard currently except they check the beach once in a while. And maybe adding a certain fishing sell point somewhere out in the water/on the island, and make it so you cant fish too close to it or add a certain area where people fish, Making it this way adds usage to boats, maybe the island and more to LSEMS Adding some things to do for civilians and boats Adding like a job out in the water maybe a "trucker" type of job where you delivery maybe gods to the trucker job itself and make it interact with each other in someway. Maybe adding some type of job like postal to the island not sure what could be added for boats to be more useful and such Adding boat parking Maybe adding 1 storage for boat parking close to the mors insurance so people could park their boats in there for (X) amount of money since it takes away spawning points and such from non-vip and all. Adding animals to hunt on the island having the "rare" one spawn more What could also be added is animals on the island maybe new animals to hunt there and make the "cow" "pig" and the rare ones spawn more often there Credit card system The credit card system for saving account and different type of bank accounts that was showed and teased would be good to see any update/how far it has come since it has been almost half a year for this tease, Just some type of small "hint" if it is being worked on or canceled or what have happened to it. ------------New Ideas added------------ Lowering the suspensions for reckless operations to hours instead of days One thing that I think myself is the reckless operation things is 2-3 days is a bit too much. We get jailed for 1-16 hours (might be more) And get a license suspended for 2-3 IRL days I think is a bit high in the script. I think maybe making it so cops add "hours" instead of "days". So if they do wanna suspend 24-48 hours they write it like that instead /suspendlicense 24 (or what they write). And something with preventing suspension stacking. I've seen my friends/other people get their licenses suspended for like 4 days and such. The change from days to hours would maybe help this a bit as well as make it more "realistic" with the IRL time to in-game time. Even a system that makes it if you get jailed for 4 hours the suspension of your drivers license don't go down unless you're unjailed/out. Like salary works. And if you get re-jailed and such it freezes the time again. Since most people that are legal and I guess illegal just don't play for the days they are suspended.
