  1. Player(s) being reported: ID 264 Date of interaction reported: 25/SEP/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: Your characters name: James Famingo Other player(s) involved: N/A Specific rule(s) broken: 10. Powergaming (PG) Powergaming is playing unfairly through not allowing other players a chance to roleplay responses and their own actions, unrealistic actions, or non-factual statements in /do. Forceful commands should be used after RP or the party is unresponsive for 30 seconds. Government funded faction members must go off duty when not performing faction duties IC. Players must capture time stamped evidence performing RP that will potentially influence future interactions and evidence is only valid for 48 hours, death, or until others RP invalidates it. How did the player break the rule(s)? One of the Deputy's (228) was trying to make an arrest while two bystanders kept trying to bother the suspect as well the Deputy. I along with another Operator joined in and cleared the scene off the two people. 264 kept coming back and I asked them to put their hands in the air. Upon trying to make an arrest- 220 kept making invalid statements in /do, leading to them not being arrested. The reported party was informed that they'll be reported via /b. Evidence of rule breach:

Player(s) being reported: ID 20 Date of interaction reported: 20/SEP/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: Your characters name: James Famingo Other player(s) involved: Matthew Handley, Harry Payne, Kitiara Romanov Specific rule(s) broken: 9. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Players are required to remain IC at all times. RP can only be paused or voided by admins. If a crash / disconnect occurs, players must post in the crash reports discord channel and contact all parties to resume. Players reconnecting must be given all opportunities held prior. Players should not instigate situations they do not have time to play through. If a player is chased they must wait 15 minutes before they can log out of the game. Players can’t depict their character with real images or game images not possible on ECRP. Examples: Ignoring RP, baiting government services without proper IC reason, asking to be killed or forcing your own death, unrealistic stunt jumping, misusing expensive vehicles, using script work vehicles for other purpose, submerging any vehicle in water intentionally, swimming for an unrealistic amount of time in a chase, or stealing from / tampering with an OOC F4 menu. How did the player break the rule(s)? Had a call about someone picking vehicles at oil fields, upon arrival we noticed the suspects vehicle in question and apprehended it. We heard shots and we diverted ourselves towards them- we gave demands to ID 20 with 2 operators pointing Carbines and they still decided to aim back. We cleared the threat and attempted to provide BLS and ID 20 logged out. We waited for a while before clearing the scene and they did not come back. Evidence of rule breach:
  3. That argument doesn't make sense, there's no way for you to know if any back up/panic buttons are being pressed except the little /me script. If you really want to go that deep into the roleplay, then rp'ly you wouldn't even see my character press the button due to the dark environment and a bush obstructing your view. What else besides calling for backup would you do when there's 10+ gang vehicles circling around you for no absolute reason while you're actively trying to investigate? We asked the person on the drag to back off from the scene and stop circling, we didn't ask them to leave UNTIL all the other vehicles showed up. Asking people to back away/clear the area is standard police procedure. There was no instance of anyone attempting to search the injured individual. I was about to do it but the roleplay in my /me clearly states that I'm looking over for any further injuries. I will not reply to this complaint anymore unless requested by a member of staff.
  4. Thank you everybody for responding. Due to chat spam, the demands were not noticed by myself or the other Deputies present on scene. Further to that- merely shouting "hands up move get shot" with no one actively aiming weapons at us, twice while you're in a vehicle in an already heated situation does not count as valid demands in my opinion at least. Like I said, at no point was it mentioned that your friend was going to be arrested, he was not declared as a suspect during the whole scenario. Removing someones mask does not mean they're being arrested. This is the only footage my shadowplay managed to capture since it's set to 4 minutes. I don't recall seeing a Rapid GT with 2 occupants when I first arrived on scene. I only saw a white Drag with one person on it. I pm'ed almost everyone involved on scene to save their POV's, please provide yours if you did. I don't understand how any of you got to know that we called for backup? The video clearly shows no one near myself or any other Deputies when I make the callout? Also you're telling me that four Deputies with their "guns on their backs" actively investigating a scene pose as a threat to you and give you reason to open fire on them?

Date of interaction reported: 29 AUG 2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: Your characters name: James Famingo Other player(s) involved: Christopher Porter, James Hawkes, Russ Stax, Deshawn Stax, 255 Specific rule(s) broken: 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper IC motive and interaction. Prior interaction should include escalation such as a robbery or a report to the police. Players may not kill victims who have complied with a plausible demand in reasonable time unless involved in severe hostile activity against them or an ally within 3 hours. Players on foot should only be attempted to be hit with a vehicle once with valid motive. Vehicles cannot be used as weapons in active shootouts unless where unavoidable. Players must be able to explain their reason and provide proof of prior reasoning if requested. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand. 10. How did the player break the rule(s)? Got a call about an injured off duty Deputy at Senora Freeway. Fortunately I was very close by and responded quick, upon arrival I noticed that there is one other injured individual present on scene. We provided BLS to both the people and carried out the situation the way we were supposed to until the off duty Deputy whispered to me that the other injured person held a Micro SMG at him. I forwarded this information to the scene leader (James Hawkes) and we decided to keep it between us. We were going to investigate and hopefully take the guy into custody without making it seem obvious, not once was it mentioned that we'll arrest the person with the SMG- we didn't even mention it in our /me's and /do's. The only mention of the SMG was made was when his friend on the Drag left the scene. The dude wasn't even declared as a fully fledged suspect at any given moment however fast forward 2 minutes later and a whole gang arrives and shoots us without valid demands for no roleplay reason at all. There were no radio callouts being made by the person on the drag or the injured individual and there would've been no way for the gang to know what was going on, no clue how they got to know about the situation either. I was going towards Paleto SD to get on duty when out of nowhere an object pops up and sends me and my bike flying in the air. I decided to stay in character and call MD after which ID 201 came up and started looting me without any sorts of roleplay for no reason. I have never interacted with their character before and they had 0 reason to come up to me and start looting my stuff. I notified them after the situation to save their footage but I did not receive a response. Evidence - https://imgur.com/YAurMId Evidence of rule breach: My death - The actual rulebreak -
  8. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear RP is showing appropriate care and concern to preserve your character's safety and life. If a player's life is in direct danger they must RP adequate fear and comply with demands. If an attacker lowers their weapon to type, victims which were under fear RP remain as so. A player is not showing proper fear if they run while on foot/bike or in an unpowered vehicle and a weapon is aimed at them at close range, or if they drive into an active shootout more than once without the intent of providing cover or fleeing with it. A player still has the option to react if they are in a powered vehicle, if they already have a weapon drawn facing their attacker, or if their attacker's view is obstructed by an object. 9. How did the player break the rule(s)? One of our former employees called 911 and said that their vehicles been stolen and they're pursuing it. I responded to it and started chasing the vehicle, after about 2 minutes they decided to pull into the hangar in Sandy and get out of the car. At this point we had over 5 units on them, we all got out and aimed our weapons at them and ordered them to step out multiple times. Instead of getting out and surrendering which they should have done, they reversed to the back of the hangar, ran me over and fled the scene. Evidence of rule breach: I don't have my POV saved due to my shadowplay bugging out and recording the wrong monitor- these two POV's are from the other Deputy's on scene.
  9. Hello, ID 9 here. Before anything, I was aware that I was being reported and I did try saving my POV- unfortunately my shadowplay bugged out and recorded the wrong monitor so I will not be able to provide my POV. I agree that I pulled up at a high speed but on my screen I did not crash into the store, neither did I break any glass- my positioning was purely intended to block you from getting into your vehicle, not to prevent you from getting out of the store. Even though I didn't block the door, it's worth mentioning that there is no rule stating that it cannot be blocked, it's been done numerous times and we haven't had any issues about this before. It's a tactical strategy used in order to prevent you from fleeing, totally IC. When I got out of my vehicle, I immediately pulled out my shotgun, the weapon wheel obstructed my view and hence I could not see you pointing a weapon at me until I actually came inside. Adding to that, there's enough desync as is but I'm not gonna go there. Also, I'm IC'ly trained to use my shotgun during these sorts of scenario's where I could be outnumbered (it's in our training manuals, you as an ex-deputy should be aware)- I had every reason to charge in and start firing at you and I also had multiple units responding to my backup call so you were about to get caught either way. The reason I denied DeathRP is because you started firing shots at me without any sorts of warnings or even speaking to me in any way/there was no roleplay on your side. You started shooting literally a second after seeing me come to the scene. Not sure how you're saying that your weapon was pointed to my face at 'close range' you weren't close to me at all- I was outside the store and you kept moving inside the store room, I simply took advantage of the situation and pushed in since there was no way for you to run at that point.
