    ID 176 Non-RP x2

Player(s) being reported: ID 176 Date of interaction reported: 06/03/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 163 | 1583528078 Your characters name: Jason Pack Other player(s) involved: N/A Specific rule(s) broken: 11. No Crime Zones (NCZ) A no crime zone is an area where players may not commit any actions considered crimes. Players must not disobey orders of law enforcement officers but are allowed to flee. The /NCZ command and HUD notification are indicators of being in a protected area although it is up to administrator discretion if your actions are in violation of NCZ rules. If a player uses the NCZ for protection the attacker must wait for that player to leave the area. Players may not go to a NCZ after engaging in criminal activity resulting in an ongoing chase. NO CRIME ZONES: • “Tequil La La” club, “Yellow Jack Inn” bar, and the block around them. • All government offices, law enforcement offices, hospitals, banks, and the blocks around them. • Los Santos Airport, Bus Depot, Department of Motor Vehicles, and the block around them. 15. Player Theft, Prison Breakout, and Kidnapping Players cannot force their victims to withdraw money from an ATM, sell property, or sell vehicles. Players cannot force their victims to hand over assets that are not present in the area. Players cannot steal from players with “NEW PLAYER” above their head unless it is in retaliation. Players with the (( NEW PLAYER )) tag that deliberately insert themselves into or start active crime scenes lose their new player protection during those illegal activities. Players may not steal from their faction treasury as the F4 menu is OOC. Permission for prison break must be approved by a Moderator+ prior to the attempt. Players may participate in no more than 1 prison break attempt within 1 OOC week. Official Factions may attempt 2 additional breaks in the case the prisoner is the faction leader. Players are allowed to kidnap or to take other players hostage for these specific reasons: • You have to have a roleplay reason to kill the victim in accordance with the a, b, and c points under DM section. • If you attempt to commit robbery of a property, you are allowed to hold the players within that property until you have finished the robbery. An NPC is not a valid hostage. • If a hostage situation involves police in any way all of players involved in holding the hostage may not take another hostage for 1 OOC week. Players can give consent to other players to be kidnapped outside of the stipulations above if the roleplay makes sense, but they should in such cases avoid involving law enforcement in any way due to the consented roleplay. How did the player break the rule(s)? I was doing the money transporter job as a "New Player" when I stopped at a drop-off location. While refilling the ATM player 176 got into my money truck and drove off with it. I PM'd him where he firstly started saying it was not him and was being un-cooperative so I have decided to report him. I also notified him in /pm. 5. Threads looking great! Good luck.
  6. Hi, Yes, I believe vehicle speeds are different from GTA Online - the stats shown in dealerships however are correct to how the car will perform in the server. A good place to ask this type of question for next time may be in the #i-have-a-question section in the ECRP Official discord server.
  7. -1 I believe this has been suggested before, but I think there will be too many problems with desync for this to work.
  8. Seen these guys around a few times and was amazed by how good their RP was. Awesome experience, keep up the good work vatos!
  9. +1 There should definitely be an alternative way to fix a car if there aren’t any mechanics on or if they are not trained to get a tow truck. Sometime you can be waiting agers for one.
  10. Player(s) being reported: ID 169 Date of interaction reported: 02/03/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 262 | 1583173798 Your characters name: Jason Pack Other player(s) involved: N/A Specific rule(s) broken: 10. Powergaming (PG) Forceful roleplay that does not give the other player a chance to roleplay their own response is considered powergaming. Other players must be given a chance to roleplay outcomes of actions. Roleplay of unrealistic actions like super strength is another form of powergaming. All statements in /DO must be factually true in the roleplay as it sets grounds for roleplay. Roleplay is required before forceful server commands which may be used without consent from the other party if they are unresponsive and not typing for 30 seconds or more. A player cannot use the faction management script to destroy a faction as it is OOC. Government funded faction members must not abuse the salary system and must go off-duty when they are not performing their faction duties. If you perform an action which will influence potential RP in the future, you must have OOC evidence of performing said RP. OOC evidence should consist of a recording or screenshot and it needs to be timestamped (/time). RP would only be valid for 48 hours or until your character dies and NLR is triggered. The time limit does not apply to rule 7. 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper roleplay reason and interaction. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with plausible demands, attempt to escape, or call backup. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack a player on foot more than once, including a failed attempt. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) Someone is attempting to take your life. Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. How did the player break the rule(s)? So i was just standing in the middle of the road. I was looking at my phone typing a text IRL after i had just logged in. 2 minutes after I had just logged in ID 169 comes and rams me with a money truck for no reason. He had time to swerve around me and saw me for agers but decided to just ram straight into me. He then proceeds to pick up my body without a /me or /do command.
