Maybe with a check of: “ is there an open request for more than 15 minutes and you didn’t do another within that time then you don’t get paid” to stop people farming.

Cells open automatically when no DOC is on duty after 30 minutes
Ash replied to Charlie2231's topic in Game Suggestions
Good idea, Maybe all except the ones on the far wall at the top as I believe they're specifically high-security cells and regular inmates aren't put in them. Also the following doors: Door to the recreation room Door to showers Doors between cellblock and the laundry room Doors to the yard Gates in the yard (except outermost one obviously) +1 -
Issue/bug you are reporting: When using /panim backpack, it disappears when someone else in the vicinity uses it and you talk. Expected behavior: It works Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Have 2+ people attempt using /panim backpack simultaneously and have them both press N to talk.

I always envisioned something cool like not just randomly finding an animal, instead some sort of trail. Kinda similar to RDR2 hunting. You get given a vague description of an area from an npc you then can come across animal droppings or something on the ground, maybe a couple indicating the animal went East or whatever then you come across a dead animal that would be its prey and has rotten meat on it then eventually you find the actual animal and hunt it giving you a carcass that you can either sell whole or cut down to meat. and with the upcoming freelance job xp system you could unlock better tipoffs. There could be a huge variety of tipoffs for locations as staff could make a long list of locations and descriptions of them

A better solution maybe would be some sort of export where the police can copy the record to clipboard and then paste it in an email to you on the gov site. That way there’s still the interaction and “proper” way of getting it, but they can then send you the list to have a full copy without manually going through everything. or maybe even just the ability to view your record directly from city hall tbh

And irl half the population doesn’t excessively speed over 2x the limit and evade police, it’s a balance between irl and game mechanics. I also believe their high speed units are gated behind certain ranks and have regulations around when they can be used. People tend to prefer realism when it benefits them. Also I’ve seen some of the new cars look fast and fancy but they’re not that amazing which can be a tad misleading.

I'd have thought those liking heavier RP would prefer to have the physical item as opposed to pulling it out of their ass at opportune moments +1 to making half the panims actual items you "use" (coming form someone that always uses the camera for my ic content)

A lot of bans are timed initially or come with precursor punishments, then at a certain point or severity it’s an indefinite ban. And pretty much all indefinite bans are appealable with chance to return depending on the appeal. The only real actual “permas” are cheaters, ban evaders and DSOers. Or are you suggesting just add more steps before an indefinite ban? As for the uncertainty, this is usually because at the point of an indefinite ban the players punishment history needs to be taken into consideration and the actions for the specific ban that was added, so cases are a lot different, hence they’re reviewed by senior admins+

dont even think it needs to be 5/10 minute. Even just like 1 minute or something would be good or just disable it within 5 miles of burger shot
-
Oh no, I don't mean that it's intended behaviour to do that, I'm saying that's what should happen realistically
-
It just shouldnt remove layers below at all if possible and newer tags should just be on top of older ones. It could be that this is a limitation of how it works, but I think this'd make more sense

Not a crim, just someone that used to be Faction Management and is just curious. I'm confused about one main issue everyone is bringing up here, the wait to get tiers. Is the wait in the new system to get things such as the .50 longer than it takes a gang to get official (and therefore any kind of import) with the old system? Because from what I know, it could take 6+ months to get official and even then it was quite hard? When I viewed this new tier system it seemed more like the shittier guns like sns were more of a stepping stone of being able to import something a lot earlier than any gang would have been able to historically? Again, please correct me if I'm wrong, I'm just trying to understand the arguments made

Cancelling eating food doesn't just completely destroy it and instead has % left like drinks. Give /panim news3 (which ever one is the movie camera) the same right-click camera functionality as /panim camera. Press E to sit on chairs at burger shot. split /license and /license [ID] into /licenses (shows all) and then individual options of /gunlicense /drivinglicense /truckerslicense etc which show full name and then the license if it exists. Make /low work when typing on phone (e.g. 911) "/low police" "/low Roberto Sanchez just killed a guy", hell, make it default behaviour. New command /mybio [Text]. Simple one-liner you can describe your character "Looks mid-40's, has a prosthetic leg, smells of strawberries" and if you're within whatever range you can /examine [ID] and that text prints to chat. Clone the bag item into a "backpack" that uses the same model as /panim backpack and functionally works exactly the same way as existing bag. Instead of f7 be remove everything, have it cycle between: all UI visible, no UI except chat (/hidehud true functionality), and everything hidden /togglealias command that allows you to only ever see player numbers by choice (and retain upon relog) /alias ID with no name should just reset the alias you had for that person

Summer Credit Sale + New Credit Store Vehicles/Supers
Ash replied to ILLYRIANN's topic in Game Suggestions
Add rp enabling vehicles to the credit store like utility vehicles, patrol dilettante, golf carts, tractors, food trucks etc the kind of stuff you don’t want tonnes of people to own but still enhance rp -
Fishing yields “big fish” if x distance from shore, sells for more Make car speakers work in boats (if they don’t already but I could have sworn they don’t, could be wrong) edit: I was wrong lmao Drop the prices, for something that’s nowhere near as useful as a car, the prices are quite a bit too much imo. Some sort of freelance job cargo would be hella fun but that’s not really in line with player owned boats but could be fun

If it's due to the performance, i'll take the friend limit over the potato performance that killed LI originally

please do this, it's hindering my social media #influencer roleplay
-
Ah so some sort of debuff weapon, could be interesting tbh
-
Do you mean tear gas that injures people? If so cops already get this in pretty sure. Doc has smoke grenades though since you don’t really need to injure that many people. So I think this is pretty much a thing already, even then, requests for things like these are handled in-character between the faction and the government
