  1. Character to be refunded: Natalie Emerson Date and time of incident: 3/26/2020 Requested refund (what and how much): $14.000 in charges. 8x Bobby Pins 1x Pump Shotgun including 20 bullets ( Pump Shotgun by its self is 10k, ammo would be 1.700 ) 1x .50 including 32 bullets (8.5k with 50 bullets so it would normally would around 6k) 1x radio 2x burgers 1x water I could not see through my video and the clip I had of what was in the 19.8 volume bag, so I don't mind not being refunded for those items. Description of incident resulting in loss: Backup call was put in, responded to it didn't have much time to get out the shotgun before the shooting started and unfortunately because I was shot down and taken to prison and lost quite a few items and also lost 14k in money.. The forum report went through, which is why I am posting a refund request. Evidence of loss: Comments: I don't really care too much about the clothes that were lost. If there are certain things that can't be refund, that is understandable.

Well if you really want to go this route, with the situation at hand I didn't really have much time to do a proper roleplay as two of your officers rolled up next to me which is where I had to delete my preview first try, they had a shotgun and pistol pointed at them but then they failed to follow FEAR RP which as I stated in this report below ID 53 wasn't shot down he was the reason I was shot down. If I continued to try and be more proper with my roleplay it would have ended in me getting shot down right next to you instead of further down. But if you really want me to do show some of my proper roleplay then I will here is a picture of a VERY small and tiny portion of roleplay I can provide if I am allowed too. This is a roleplay I did on one of my other characters as you can see I have the ability to provide a lot of detail to my roleplay and I normally do a lot of details to my roleplays but this situation I was unable to because of the fact I could hear people yelling "More cops are coming" so I am sorry I was unable to provide as detailed roleplay as you had wanted but if you were in my shoes in a situation like you would have probably have done the same. Yeah but you still have failed to provide any footage or proof to show you had your Mission Row keys or your cruiser keys on the same ring as your cuff keys or that you even had your keys on you to begin with. From all I am seeing is just you trying to use word to try and persuade the staff to agree with you when you have yet to provide and footage of your own. I have pmed you letting you know that you would be reported for PG and telling you to save your clip, you obviously didn't take the advice that I gave you and thought I was indeed joking which clearing as can see with this report I wasn't. You knew when I started the roleplay after my ALLY ran to me saying find the keys I was looking for the keys to unlock his cuffs, which you decided to deny me of that privilege of having him uncuffed by saying "Would not find it" which again I will go back to saying before I was checking your pockets and ruffling through your vest to find them so I definitely would have heard jingles from the "said keys" I DIDN'T apparently find. Doesn't matter if you weren't the officer to cuff @airi you later uncuffed him after everyone had left which is PG. You tell me I didn't find them yet I was ruffling through your vest and pockets which would have DEFINITELY moved your BELT if you wanna play it off you had it on your belt, in which case I would have found them by hearing the JINGLES. I stand by what I used as photos, each state and officer has it differently but you never roleplayed where it would be to even give me a chance to even find them and take them from you so I could continue on with my roleplay which makes me see it as very ONE sided roleplay going on here from my POV it looks like you didn't want me to get my ally uncuffed and escape with them so you PG the keys not being in any location that "I wouldn't have heard or seen" for it to slide into your favor. By you stating this is seems you are pissed off you got reported when you were notified in game that the report would be going up, honestly yes I am kinda annoyed that I was thrown into prison when clearly your officers failed to FEAR for their life and you wanted to PG. So yes I was a bit annoyed but not that it didn't go my way more so because the fact that three people (the other two have a different report against them) on scene who are POLICE officers are not following the rules and us CRIMINALS are always get yelled at for not roleplaying correctly yet this is valid evidence to show POLICE officers don't always roleplay either and they break rules themselves. I have even spoken to multiple people about the report and they have brought up to my attention that YOU powergame quite often and they are happy that you were finally caught on a POV and are being reported because of it. People who fail to follow the rules is what annoy most people who are here to roleplay and are here to have fun, yes it can be annoying when it doesn't go our way but when someone doesn't follow the rules I can say on my behalf and quite a few others it is even MORE annoying. Small Note: As I had already provided to you I normally do very LONG and detailed roleplays but because I was hearing people yell "More cops are coming". I was in a rush to get this roleplay over with. Sorry that you caught me at a bad timing and I gave a very bad roleplay unlike my normal roleplays, that isn't the point of this report it is about the fact you PG the keys.

Well, if we want to be realistic here then yes I still would have found the keys because I was patting down your vest then moved to your pockets which at this point I would have heard jingles from the keys being moved around when searching your pockets so either way I would have found the keys. As you could tell even if you had multiple different keys, based on the circumstances of the situation at hand I wasn't looking for car keys or house keys. If we want to be more realistic we can be, I am friends with multiple cops and detectives and I know they don't have their keys for cuffs on the same ring or the SAME LOCATION as the keys for their house and cars. And if we are going back to talking about being cuffed by a different officer, if the suspect at the time was cuffed by a different officer and you are playing it off as you don't have keys, how and why did you go and uncuff @airi after everyone else had left the scene. As seen in this photo this is what you realistically would look like with your uniform and vest, as I roleplayed looking through your vest pockets and pockets. You can see here the officer to the left has his keys on his vest, the officer in the middle has his keys on his belt. (the officer on the right it is unsure to see where he has his keys located as the officer in the middle is covering part of his body.) In this picture you can the officers keys are on his belt but are right next to his pockets so RPly if you are roleplaying that your keys on on your belt it would be visible when I am patting you down from your vest and your pockets. The officer in the picture above has his keys on his belt and are very visible if you are searching pockets. As seen in both real life pictures, you have had the keys on you no matter the location and I would have found them then been able to uncuff my ally and this would have possibly been me getting out free without having gone to prison. But like you said in the video I have shown you said you didn't have keys, which is lying in /do.

  5. Player(s) being reported: ID 47 and ID 53 Date of interaction reported: 3/26/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1585209721 Your characters name: Natalie Emerson Other player(s) involved: Ricky Brasco (ID 132), Millie Woods (ID 197), Jonas Woods (ID 13), Kirky Blackrock (ID 34), Ray Woods (ID 150), Leon Montgomery (ID 42), Sully Adams (ID 257), Jake Le (ID 46), Dray Woods (ID 14) and All PD Officers On Scene. Specific rule(s) broken: 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle into an active shootout more than once without the intent of providing cover for a friend or yourself, or fleeing with it. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a car which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. How did the player break the rule(s)?: My boyfriend (ID 34) and I were at mask shop getting some new clothes when he got a backup call, from mask shop we left heading one block south of Low End to get to the backup call. We went up to Low End to get a better view of the situation and hopefully to get a better ambush position on the officers below. Demands were shouted and the officers still continued to pull out guns and start shooting back even though quite a few of the officers were out in the open with guns aimed at them and continued to pull out their weapons. After I saw most of the officers go down, I rushed down to help my friend/ally Ray Woods out of his cuffs. I saw the first officer closest to me and Ray to which was ID 119, running over to him I roleplayed trying to search him for keys to uncuff Ray, at this point I noticed another cruiser come along so I stopped my roleplay to aim at the officers, my allies can be seen in the back shouting "Get on your knees" but the officers failed to comply even under Fear RP ID 47 jumps out of his car and starts running away from the shotgun pointed at him by ID 23. ID 53 straight afterwards jumped out of the passenger seat of the car when he had a pistol to his head by Sully Adams (ID 257) and runs to the injured officer ID 61 and behind the cruiser, you can see at this point Millie Woods (ID 197) and Leon Montgomery (ID 42) run over to ID 53 and if you listen carefully in my video, you can hear ID 197 saying "Get on your knees!" but as seen in my video and Kirky Blackrock's video he pulls out his gun and starts shooting at them when he was under Fear RP. They opened fire on him and thought they had injured him but he just crouched down behind the other injured officer to make it seem like they injured him. Because of ID 53 failing to follow the rules and going under Fear RP I ended up injured since he shot me from behind then was arrested and thrown into prison after being denied Death RP when I could have either A. escaped with Ray Woods and Sully Adams or B. if I was shot down I would have been shot down too far away from everyone else that I would have just bled out. None of which would have ended in my going to prison but sadly due to him failing to want to fear for his life when under Fear RP, it resulted me in going to prison. ID 47 didn't really get far after running from the car being shot down by Kirky Blackrock but still he failed to follow orders with a shotgun aimed at him which shows very poor roleplay from a police officer especially with their requirements of strict roleplay. Had the situation gone differently, and ID 47 still failed to fear for his life instead he ran way from a situation where realistically if he ran from a shotgun to the head they would have shot him down on the spot and made sure he didn't survive unlike what happened with him getting shot down and surviving. Had they killed Kirky Blackrock before putting ID 47 down, the situation might have probably ended the same way it had ended, but with Ray Woods and Sully Adams not having got away. 6. Player(s) being reported: ID 119 Date of interaction reported: 3/26/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1585209713 Your characters name: Natalie Emerson Other player(s) involved: Ricky Brasco (ID 132), Millie Woods (ID 197), Jonas Woods (ID 13), Kirky Blackrock (ID 34), Ray Woods (ID 150), Leon Montgomery (ID 42), Sully Adams (ID 257), Jake Le (ID 46), Dray Woods (ID 14) and All PD Officers On Scene. Specific rule(s) broken: 10. Powergaming (PG) Forceful roleplay that does not give the other player a chance to roleplay their own response is considered powergaming. Other players must be given a chance to roleplay outcomes of actions. Roleplay of unrealistic actions like super strength is another form of powergaming. All statements in /DO must be factually true in the roleplay as it sets grounds for roleplay. Roleplay is required before forceful server commands which may be used without consent from the other party if they are unresponsive and not typing for 30 seconds or more. A player cannot use the faction management script to destroy a faction as it is OOC. Government funded faction members must not abuse the salary system and must go off-duty when they are not performing their faction duties. If you perform an action which will influence potential RP in the future, you must have OOC evidence of performing said RP. OOC evidence should consist of a recording or screenshot and it needs to be timestamped (/time). RP would only be valid for 48 hours or until your character dies and NLR is triggered. The time limit does not apply to rule 7. How did the player break the rule(s)? My boyfriend(ID 34) and I were at mask shop getting some new clothes when he got a backup call, from mask shop we left heading one block south of Low End to get to the backup call. We went up to Low End to get a better view of the situation and hopefully to get a better ambush position on the officers below. After I saw most of the officers go down, I rushed down to help my friend/ally Ray Woods out of his cuffs. I saw the first officer closest to me and Ray to which was ID 119, running over to him I roleplayed trying to search him for keys to uncuff Ray, at this point I noticed another cruiser come along but my other allies had my back and shot them down while I continued to roleplay with this officer. He then asked where I was searching to which I made it known to him I was checking his vest pockets and his pockets in which he then A. lied in /do and PG saying he did not have any keys when he did. After realizing more cops were coming, I turned to leave to escape before getting shot down and then arrested. If the roleplay had gone the way it should have gone Ray would have been uncuffed and I would have either A. escaped with him and Sully or B. if I was shot down I would have been shot down too far away from everyone else that I would have just bled out. I did an in game report and Administrator Timmaayy took the report; I discussed with him the issue, then showed him the evidence. He would give his opinion, but unfortunately the person being reported is in also a mechanic at Bayview's so he said he couldn't conclude the report because it would be unfair if he sided with the person being reported. So if Administrator Timmaayy has anything to add to this report, feel free. Evidence of rule breach:
  7. Player(s) being reported: ID 30 Date of interaction reported: 3/08/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1583734685 Your characters name: Danielle Castle Other player(s) involved: Kirky Blackrock (ID 256) Specific rule(s) broken: 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper roleplay reason and interaction. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with plausible demands, attempt to escape, or call backup. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack a player on foot more than once, including a failed attempt. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) Someone is attempting to take your life. Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen. How did the player break the rule(s)? Basically Kirky and I were heading to his house to get more ammo after responding to a backup call, we were pulling around the corner when ID 30 was just stretching so I thought might as well see if he is okay. After pulling closer to ID 30, he stopped his animation and then whipped out his gun before shooting at us without even giving us a single demand or any communication. At this point both Kirky and I both confused in which he continued to aim at us until he was no longer in sight so I backed up the car to get away from ID 30 having the thought he would continue to shoot at both me and my ally. So in fear for both of our lives I thought it be best to back up, once the person had disappeared around the corner and we waited a bit we went to investigate in which ID 30 was no longer around. Evidence of rule breach: This is my POV of the situation. https://streamable.com/1flwy This is Kirky's POV of the situation. https://streamable.com/x8prj
