    ID 182 Fear RP

Hello! This is Kirky Woods (ID 182). Thank you @Emulsify for keeping me updated on the report! I would first like to address the reporter's concern about me failing to fear for my life with a shotgun aimed at my vehicle. The only officer that was a threat to my life was stood directly in front of my car when the engine was still on. When I ran over the officer aiming a shotgun at my car, I removed the only direct threat to my life, as the other officers were unprepared to react or even aim at the vehicle. The officer that was run over was made from bricks and stopped a full-sized SUV, which is the only reason he or any other officers could get shots off at my car. If the officer was not made of brick and stopped a moving vehicle, there would have been no direct threat to my life. Seeing at my engine was still on, it only took a quick movement of my foot to hit the gas petal, which would've taken less than a second. He also states that I sat paused for 4 seconds whilst he aimed the shotgun. In the evidence provided, I could be seen moving my camera to get a better look at the officer standing next to my vehicle. I didn't notice he aimed a weapon for a couple seconds, and as soon as I noticed it I reacted to run over the threat to my life. I do not see the 4 second pause as an issue of fear RP. Being given 4 seconds to notice the RP and respond accordingly seems like a normal time span. The reporter also referenced a previous report with a similar case. I feel that both the situations differ from each other. In the other report, it could be seen that the deputy aimed a shotgun at the side of the vehicle for multiple seconds. In the linked report, the driver of the vehicle stopped to allow a passenger in the vehicle and had a difficult escape path whilst a shotgun was being aimed the entire time. In the case of this report, we did not stop the vehicle for an extended amount of time after noticing the threat, and had a very simple escape path. We did not have to make a full loop around the deputy aiming a shotgun at us to escape. I only had to hit my gas petal and drive the vehicle forward in a direct path out of the situation. Finally, in this report am accused of ruleplaying by the reporter. I find this incorrect, as it would RPly make sense to remove the only direct threat to my life. Just because I stayed within the rules of the server while roleplaying, which I hope others do as well, doesn't mean I am abusing the wording of the rules to my advantage. When speaking to the reporter, I explained the roleplay reasoning and why I felt it made sense to remove the only threat to my life and escape the same time. He felt that my reasoning for the roleplay I did was incorrect, and thus this report was created. Thank you for taking the time to read my response

    ID 117 Deathmatch

Player(s) being reported: ID 117 Date of interaction reported: 17/APR/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1587114932 Your characters name: Kirky Woods Other player(s) involved: Cruzio Stax Specific rule(s) broken: 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper roleplay reason and interaction. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with plausible demands, attempt to escape, or call backup. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack a player on foot more than once, including a failed attempt. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) Someone is attempting to take your life. Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. How did the player break the rule(s)? Cruzio Stax (ID 167) and I (ID 90) drove into the drug lab that ID 113 and his friend were cooking at. We saw ID 113 and his friend run out of the back of the shack and onto the beach. I followed them out to the beach and chase or begin interacting with the two. With no words or demands, ID 113 opened fire upon us, completely ruining any plans of interacting with the two. 3. Greetings @BallinByNature This is Kirky Woods (ID 61). We received a radio call that one of our members was being stopped by multiple officers and possibly was getting searched whilst she was in possession of ammo for a heavy weapon. Our intention in the situation was to hold up all the officers and escape with our ally before any more officers pulled up to the scene. We were watching from a distance for a few minutes, and as soon as we saw her turn around with her hands up we moved in and gave all officers demands to put their hands up. The two officers that were shot on the scene were shot because they failed to fear for their life after being surrounded by 10+ gang members with heavy weapons. They were given demands to put their hands up, but they decided to pull out their firearms out and aim at us. I do not see this as a breach of DM as the officers were given demands at gunpoint to put their hands up and they did not comply. Instead, they tried to pull out their firearms and aim at us.
  4. Hi, Kirky Blackrock here. You listed my name under ID 13 in the complaint, but that was not me. I responded to the scene for backup later on as ID 34. The vehicle they were driving belonged to me but I was not the driver. me:

  6. Player(s) being reported: ID 277 Date of interaction reported: March 8th, 2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: Your characters name: Kirky Blackrock Other player(s) involved: ID 15, and other Zetas. Specific rule(s) broken: A no crime zone is an area where players may not commit any actions considered crimes. Players must not disobey orders of law enforcement officers but are allowed to flee. The /NCZ command and HUD notification are indicators of being in a protected area although it is up to administrator discretion if your actions are in violation of NCZ rules. If a player uses the NCZ for protection the attacker must wait for that player to leave the area. Players may not go to a NCZ after engaging in criminal activity resulting in an ongoing chase. NO CRIME ZONES: • “Tequil La La” club, “Yellow Jack Inn” bar, and the block around them. • All government offices, law enforcement offices, hospitals, banks, and the blocks around them. • Los Santos Airport, Bus Depot, Department of Motor Vehicles, and the block around them. How did the player break the rule(s)? ID 15 and ID 277 were involved in an active shootout at LSD. ID 15 was fully killed on the scene, and ID 277 managed to drive off in a yellow Feltzer. He was pursued by members of my gang to pillbox, where he picked up ID 15 who just bled out on scene. They both swapped seats to allow ID 15 to drive during the active chase. I do not have any footage of this since I was being treated by MD during the chase. After rejoining the chase, we pursued him around the city for a few minutes before he drove to the bank and parked his vehicle. Evidence of rule breach: ID 277 being involved in a gunfight minutes prior to him at the bank: https://streamable.com/zhagg ID 15 fully dying at LSD ID 277 and ID 15 in the vehicle during the chase. https://streamable.com/gr0dm ID 277 at the bank.

Player(s) being reported: ID 68 Date of interaction reported: March 7th 2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1583585498 Your characters name: Kirky Blackrock Other player(s) involved: Jonas Woods, Lilith Rosa. Specific rule(s) broken: 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle into an active shootout more than once without the intent of providing cover for a friend or yourself, or fleeing with it. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a car which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. How did the player break the rule(s)? ID 68 was driving around on his drag in an active shootout with no fear of getting shot or injured. He drove through the middle of crossfire to attempt a ram on Jonas Woods and Lilith Rosa with his bike. 8. Greetings, this is Kirky Blackrock (ID 85), Sadly, I do not have any recording of the situation saved. Me and Rose Hudsonn were driving towards the bank when we saw Jamaar Bovarium running down the street and asked if he needed a ride or any help. His VOIP wasn't working, so we informed him and he used text chat to give us directions to the Lithuanian Nation gun store. We stopped at the gun store, and he asked us to follow him to his friend's house. The rest of the situation can be seen in the footage.

    ID 45 Non RP

Player(s) being reported: ID 45 + 1 unknown Date of interaction reported: 7/29/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1564393052 Your characters name: Kirky Blackrock Other player(s) involved: Samuel Rojas Specific rule(s) broken: 9. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Cop Baiting - Provoking a reaction from emergency services without a realistic reason. • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. • Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for crimes or submerging any vehicle in water. • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof. In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. How did the player break the rule(s)? These two guys were jumping over the gates of DOC and lockpicking vehicles in the employee parking lot. It has been happening multiple times this week and this is the first time we've got one of their IDs on a recording. In this situation, Samuel Rojas got notified that his car was being broken into while we were off duty. When we arrived back at DOC I caught a glimpse of one ID before I ran inside to clock in and gear up. I heard from Samuel there was a second person who was with him. While I was running inside, Samuel gave chase to them and both of them logged off after crashing the granger from the video into a gate. Not sure if you'd be able to find the ID of the other person, but they logged off around the same time as ID 45. Evidence of rule breach: Video of us pulling up into DOC and ID 45 running to the black granger. https://streamable.com/1e8qk This is where they crashed the granger and logged off Edit: found a picture of the unknown ID in the background. No ID though.
