Being a part of a gang is serious and dangerous matters that have dire consequences. It’s like a deadly tornado that destroys everything and kills anyone who stands in its path. The violent gang culture destroys countless innocent lives and creates a constant fear and intimidates the neighborhood. It also damages several families and communities in the most destructive ways. Our negative actions and misbehaviors can potentially lead to death and murder, attending funerals of family members and loved ones and entering the judicial and prison system. In the past 20 years of my incarceration, it has provided me with more than ample time to reflect on my life and past experience. My life’s journey is extremely difficult to talk about. However, I feel it’s important I share so that it may encourage and inspire you to reconsider joining a gang and committing the same mistakes I made. Allow my painful experience and poor decision-making to be valuable life lessons to be learned and not to be repeated under any given circumstance. I was born in Vietnam in 1976, after the conclusion of the atrocious Vietnam War. In the misty autumn of 1981, my family desperately escaped from our war-torn country with a pocket full of dreams in search of a better future. In the middle of the night, we boarded my father’s fishing boat and began to embark on our journey from sea to land. After a few days, we were stranded in the China Sea after our wooden boat was heavily damaged by the hammering waves and thundering storm. As we were awaiting certain death, a miracle happened. The Hong Kong National Guards spotted our battered boat, as they were on patrol that afternoon. After being rescued from a potential tragic ending, the Hong Kong government placed our family in a refugee camp. A few months later, we were authorized to be transferred to the Philippines for a temporary stay, pending authorization from the U.S. government to legally come to the United States of America. Hungry but loved In the cold winter of 1982, my family was granted permission to come to the United States as Vietnamese refugees. This great country became our new home. My family came to this wealthy country penniless and endured a number of adversities as we gradually settled in the United States. Living in poverty was an immense challenge and entailed many struggles, but we never complained about our God-given opportunities to better our lives. My devoted father carried the heavy burden on his shoulders to find a stable job to support his young family. The unsuccessful attempts to retain a job was a tremendous stress on my father, but he was determined to find ways to feed and provide shelter for his family. We went without food on many occasions, but the love we had for each other kept us warm and full in heart and spirit. My father wasn’t about to sacrifice himself and his family’s life to come to this country to suffer starvations and hunger. In the blazing summer of 1984, after two years of constant moving, my father decided our family needed to settle and moved to Stockton, California. We applied for government assistance and we were placed on welfare. The meager monthly income and food stamps were extremely helpful, but it wasn’t enough to support two adults and six young children. A roof over our head and food in our stomach was the priority and everything else was considered a luxury. My father finally found a job as a fisherman, working for a friend in the Bay Area. The language barriers limited my father’s job options, but he was too grateful for the wonderful opportunity to earn an honest living and provide for his family. While my father was away for weeks and sometimes even longer, earning a living in the Pacific Ocean, my mother stayed home to care for me and my siblings. She became both Mom and Dad during the long absence of my father while he was away working in the dangerous ocean. Attending public school in my early adolescent years was extremely difficult and painful. Being a tiny and poor Asian kid, I became a victim of bullying and harassment. I remembered on the first day of elementary school, as I was introduced to the class, I was welcomed with awkward stares. Their puzzled and bewildered reactions made me feel uncomfortable and confused. For months, I wasn’t able to develop a friendship with my classmates. The loneliness and deep sense of rejection slowly crept into my thoughts as I played alone on the playground. I felt as if I was the only living person in this giant planet, not having another human soul who I could call a friend. The loneliness was difficult, but the sense of rejection was worse. As the years went by, I continued to suffer the verbal and physical abuses. I remember being called: gook, Chink, FOB, ugly and other despicable names. The victimization altered the way I perceived and viewed the world around me. I became extremely insecure, angry, resentful and withdrawn. to be continue ......

that's why i report it in game because of some one cheating. or server bug when you log out your car spwan at another place we saw officers cheating or using some modes or script to give them the advantage to win. being an officer does not make your character innocent people always breaking the rules if you lose your vehicle once driving it to impound is ok but not 4 time 2 time was at MD that's not random PD dont care about MD parking lot is not abuse far as you dont have iligel items in your car is ok far as i know

hello already 5 time i pay 15 for it onse was a guy raming the cars from NCZ to outside of NCZ so he can unlock it and when i report it they told me you need evidence of you parking it in ncz like who take picture from the place he park his car like if is NCZ is can be a bug with my character like more than 10 time i loged in game and i saw my vehicle's get choped from ncz from my parking house like please i legit can use my vehicles PS : admin timmay was very nice to give my car back onse when he saw last driver was banned for a reosan (i dont know why but i think he was the guy puching cars out of ncz) thank you

you can unlock safes with laptop very simple like real life with hacking the lock but if you fail you will not lose the laptop and we need some change with bolt cutters because is so stupid paying 4 k for trying to steal a bike is worth 3 k and is high chance you fail unlocking the gate and lose you boltcutter

-1 already lot's opportunity is in-game for criminals to make money and have fun on both sides (RP, development) like cooking in labs or cooking inside the apartment (i am not a fan of cooking in the apartment ), chopping cars, taxing people in drug labs it was like this before. and the system still is the same is just the player are playing criminal RP they like PVP more than RP and the reason criminals doing civilian jobs is not the payment I mean it can be but the strong reason is they can't get robbed by other group 24h all the chopshop's are active drug labs are empty but if any reason for not using it is not sever fault is only player fault this is nothing to with game mechanic your gang faction leader's can have this Design in game for his group so if you pickup a drop successfully he give you money

yeah but you are in the wrong world sir right now at this time zone I am writing this is a criminal gang member making 200 k every day by afking inside his house watching youtube video in the same time he feeds all his MPC's with out any risk and in the same time he earn the money he wanna use it for a shipment . and selling to other gang so they can fight their enemy's 1 hit 4 target sound very good and all of it is IC issue of course and maybe you ask they need marijuana for cooking . no they cock LSD way more easier and you don't need check labs any more for picking up plants and if you wanna respect your gang most of the people don't they just run inside the lab with a rental fagio bike literally 0 loot so if they get robbed they don't lose any thing cooking table =a way to you abuse the black market

-1 in the current stats unfortunately most likely 80 % of the criminals have free or stock price access to the heavy black market and reduce damage of the pistols just wanna give a huge advantage to official gangs and their friends to hunt other unofficial gangs . criminal RP looks like a looting system and giving demands, when you saw another criminal is not about talking and respect. already new gangs very struggle in roleplay and life and now they wanna lose the fight they get force in to it by default because pistol legit not making and damage

yeah guys the problem is server quiz and is very easy. why when I kill a new player because he is in the drug lab i cant loot him and take his gun ((old design)) it is quiz and new players fault 2 or 3 official gangs in server and just abusing the black market to import guns and just looking to some how use it . and soon as the get unofficial ((no more black market heavy guns )) they announce we are disbanding because is not point to be in this faction because we wanna join other official faction it is because of the usages of /me and /do all the criminal gang member when they lose they just log in on the PD character and focus their enemies and no way to prove it all the player are free to play ant thing they want it is robbery rules and NCZ fault player put 18 drug table inside the 2g Apartment only and only to feed his MPC's to import gun and give it to another unofficial faction or group of people they don't even have topic on player faction . to they attack other official gang because is IC Issue and that player with out any problem post a picture in the discord faction Chanel to show how he or she cook nothing wrong with the rp there is just a way to I feed MPC'S and we only cook LSD because is not need to get ambushed when you trying to get marijuana from labs it is your fault if you wanna role play as a criminal most likely you should be a pore criminal who can't even pay for his food and be 9 hours in jail it is drug labs fault to they turn to a ambush ,robbery zone no one will ask you IC and OOC what was the reason for the rob or demands you just can kill people and rob people because is criminal activity it is the server fault when you rob a player inside the drug lab the MPC ((the guy literally standing there jerking off)) no doing any thing to save me because rply that guy is Black Market Representative and even he talk with you and rp with you but you don't see that you just see (( press E to sell )) it is cheat engine faults is not smart enough to found the cheaters but wait a sec cheater is rolling with another gang ((official gang )) and he Does not die in a single shout outs and I don't know how hard it is to that faction Knew he is cheating NOT MY JOB why should I report him all of this behavior all of this nurf requested buy your self and all of it because of you abusing it or you let other people abuse it and didn't do any thing about it and is will be more trust me . i am waiting for that day you will not be able to put your gun out if you are not inside a drug lab

trust me as a player doing hunting for 2 years every day literally every day hunting was boring for me but after the new forest is turn to a challenging work is very hard but is challenging

funny thing is people waste their time trying to Convinced others and founders. they will not change anything like all the updates and rules adds to the server and lots of players didn't like it . trust me don't waste time on something they already change it because of you abusing it this will happen with vortex as well when criminals abuse it too. and drug tables and Apartman building. I have drag bought it for 1.5 m 1 year ago never even use it. was a normal bike for me.
