  1. I am so sorry that i misgendered you. However, I immediately corrected my mistake oocly, so I'm not sure what the problem is. In fact, I even retyped my rp to accommodate you again. You could have ran when i fell, but chose not to, so I dont see why you are mentioning that at all. I can give demands, but you don't have to listen to them if I'm on the floor. In the future, I will make sure to make my /me's and /do's more gender neutral. This is still blatant fear rp and PG though.
  2. you didn't even have your gun aimed at me until i had rolled. Were talking a fraction of a second here, its really ridiculous. Either way, my gun was out. If you wanted to try to "initiate roleplay", dont point your gun directly at me when i also have a gun out. ID 274 should be able to contain his anger and not go into /b with it. Also talking on radio while being sprayed with bullets while injured is pretty non rp and I ask that the staff reviewing this case look at this.
  3. Thanks for the tag @DrizzyDre I did nothing wrong in this situation. Literally look at the DM rule you just posted. "• If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property." We both drew our guns at the same time, he pointed the gun at me when I was rolling (with my gun already out) , so I shot. As far as I knew, there were 2 of you, and i saw no weapons, so I wasn't really outnumbered. would also like to add this screenshot of ooc insults from ID 274 that I took at the time after i came back to the scene (after being treated by medics) -
  4. Player(s) being reported: ID 47 Date of interaction reported: 2/27/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1582792460 Your characters name: Chuck_Derda Other player(s) involved: Specific rule(s) broken: 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle into an active shootout more than once without the intent of protecting a friend, fleeing with it, or using it as cover. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a car which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. 10. Powergaming (PG) Forceful roleplay that does not give the other player a chance to roleplay their own response is considered powergaming. Other players must be given a chance to roleplay outcomes of actions. Roleplay of unrealistic actions like super strength is another form of powergaming. All statements in /DO must be factually true in the roleplay as it sets grounds for roleplay. Roleplay is required before forceful server commands which may be used without consent from the other party if they are unresponsive and not typing for 30 seconds or more. A player cannot use the faction management script to destroy a faction as it is OOC. Government funded faction members must not abuse the salary system and must go off-duty when they are not performing their faction duties. If you perform an action which will influence potential RP in the future, you must have OOC evidence of performing said RP. OOC evidence should consist of a recording or screenshot and it needs to be timestamped (/time). RP would only be valid for 48 hours or until your character dies and NLR is triggered. The time limit does not apply to rule 7. How did the player break the rule(s)? Was robbing ID 47. After trying to rp patting her down, she just replies "No" with no reasoning at all, and immediately jumps off the pier, breaking Fear RP and failing to let me respond to her RP. 5. Hello and thank you for taking this report @Archaeah. I was holding c the entire time during the footage provided. I actually didn't know what the id abusing glitch was until after this situation. As far as I am aware, if you get injured while crouched, your id will still not show. I can confidently state that it was never my intention to hide my ID during this short gunfight, and I pm'ed him directly after, which should show that I didn't mean to cause any problems. Regarding Jay's response about him stating he was aiming between bushes, I simply request that you carefully review the footage, as it is clearly not the case. In the screenshot he provided it makes it look like that may be true, when in reality it is a simple matter of reaction time, that is very evident in the video. Not sure what else i would have done besides "reacting instantaneously" as a gun was pointed at me and demands were shouted, but this has been covered in my previous post. Just to recap, he clearly passed the first large bush after aiming at it, but as soon as his crosshair hits my bush, he takes a step back and shouts demands. I was completely hidden and no part of my body was protruding from the bush. Regarding the last point made, as I was completely hidden IC'ly, there is no acceptable reason for Jay to go off of his own opinion on what is realistic and what isn't to justify metagaming, and this should be considered powergaming.
  6. Again, at this point we are straying so far from what is actually being reported here that it just makes me think you are trying to distract from the main point. I'm not here to sit and argue over what the realistic version of a GTA bush would look like. I know what your point was in regards to my player model, but it's just like all of your other points, so i figured I would add my own opinion on it since you wanted to speak about the specifics of this RP situation. You can claim that you didn't use your crosshair, but I will claim you did. You tried to outsmart an ambush by using your crosshair color to find me. I think that this back and fourth is useless, as you even stated that the situation is clearly shown in my video. Just going to quote my previous point as stated before - It may make sense that you MIGHT (which is still doubtful) be able to see me irl, but IC'ly I am completely hidden. I am really questioning why you feel it is okay to blatantly disregard IC information to go off your own opinion based off what you view as realistic. Again not even going to address most of this as it is clearly becoming well off of the topic of my intial post. However I will say that maybe I could have sat still or done something differently if you didn't point your gun directly at me and scream "out the fucking bush now". I think that you are trying to state that I shouldn't care because I didn't lose anything. This is anything but petty as I care much more about proper rp and rule breaking than loot, especially when it comes to staff. The evidence has been provided and I will stop commenting on this post.
  7. There are 2 pov's, both of which show absolutely none of my body protruding from the bush. If you really had no confirmation (aside from the obvious cross hair light), I can almost guarantee you that you would have not stopped running as soon as your crosshair lit up, rather you would have kept moving around, continuing your line of travel, while pointing your weapon, "checking" the bushes. take a step back and think about that... As I explained to you over discord, and my reason for including this line, I was extremely confused. I have been told many times that using your crosshair to find people in bushes is metagaming. I have OOC respect for your status here, hence why I stated I was confused. Why didn't I PM you? Since you, "a staff member and the leader of the biggest official gang" had performed what i just thought was a rule break, I was flustered. Maybe i was misinformed? Maybe there was some rule or something new that allowed you to do that? After your PM's, I was under the impression that what you did was okay (again, because of your staff role, you would know more than me), so I got off. I still had a bit of doubt in my head, so i went ahead and uploaded my recording to ask a few other people that have lots of experience on this server about what happened. I just went back and counted the number of people that responded to me: 6 people saying that it was metagaming, and to report. So that's what I did. That's why I didn't PM you. It was 12+ hours after the fact that I truly became aware of the situation. I can assure you that there is absolutely no OOC negative intent here in my report. In fact, I feel that this is truly coming "from a place of maintaining the server integrity". It's just the unfortunate reality that the only 2 problems I have had recently have been with you guys. ***Allow me to say that nothing beyond this point should really impact the outcome of the report. If we want to talk about the points made below, we can bring in the fact that this would be powergaming. It may make sense that you MIGHT be able to see me irl, but IC'ly I am completely hidden. I am really questioning why you feel it is okay to blatantly disregard IC information to go off your own opinion based off what you view as realistic. I have seen quite literally every gang on this server hide in bushes the same exact way I have, and there has never been any conflict of interest. *** Right, lets talk about RP. Here is the bush I was hiding in. - As you can see, this bush is about shoulder height. Your image is in no way an accurate representation of it. I understand you are talking about the inside of a bush, but still. Here is something similar to what I think of - I stand by my original point of being able to fully hide in a bush like this, especially in the middle of the night. Again, we are arguing over something that doesn't need to be argued over, as people hide in bushes all the time to gain an RP advantage, and there has not once been any argument of it being "unfair". Actually, thats not what I look like. I am in an all black outfit, in the middle of the night. Your ability to detect me would be hindered by this fact. This just makes even less sense RP'ly when trying to prove your case. Again, this is all just reaching. Here is just another piece of evidence, bushes themselves sway a little bit, but as you can see in this video, the actual part of the bush that keeps the player hidden is always completely still. https://streamable.com/6n5cm In conclusion, I feel that Jay wished to gain an unfair advantage by using his crosshair color to check for hostiles in bushes. I was clearly fully hidden in the middle of the bush, making no movement. I did not want you to do anything other than properly RP and create an interesting RP situation (which I was deprived of because of this). Never once has anyone complained or had a problem with hiding in the middle of bushes, in fact you yourself have probably hidden in many bushes, having played so long. At the end of the day, you are trying to make RP excuses that makes up for your crosshair lighting up red and blatantly metagaming it. Regarding the ID abusing claim, I was crouched the entire time, and simply forgot to press c in the middle of a hectic shootout where I was the main target. As you can easily tell, I was not purposely hiding my ID as I PM'ed you directly afterwards, showing my ID. I apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
  8. You are ID 221 btw. I didn't inform you because i didn't know who you were or your affiliations with Wesley until after I showed the footage to others after i left the server. I informed Wesley that he would be reported, so i'm surprised he didn't mention anything to you or any of the others with you, especially if he knew you would be able to provide footage that would prove all of this to be true. explained all of this to jay also. Jay's report is an entirely different matter and doesn't matter here.
  9. Player(s) being reported: Wesley_Wilson - ID 49, Jamaar_Bovarium - ID 221 (possibly ID's 85, 123 for metagaming) Date of interaction reported: 2/16/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1581910722 Your characters name: Chuck_Derda Other player(s) involved: ID's, 85, 123 Specific rule(s) broken: 8. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Cop Baiting - Provoking a reaction from emergency services without a realistic reason. • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. • Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for crimes or submerging any vehicle in water. • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof. In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. Players should not deprive other players of roleplay, e.g. early on the interaction asking them not to speak unless it makes sense in the roleplay situation. 9. Metagaming (MG) Metagaming is the act of relaying IC information through any method not considered IC that has the potential to change current or future roleplay scenarios or using that information. Mixing IC and OOC information without any benefit is a minor MG offense. For example, a player uses IC chat to call someone by their player ID displayed above their head. 13. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. How did the player break the rule(s)? I saw this guy pull in to his apartment and run in. When he came out, he broke fear rp by acknowledging my demands and turning around trying to shoot at me after i already had a weapon pointed at his back at close range. Next, i take his stuff and bring him all the way up to the door i saw him just exit. He proceeds to go ooc stalling rp saying that i never saw him go into the door. after i tell him i did, he just says "naa". this is just creating ooc spam and stalling rp. As seen here https://gyazo.com/aedca7cdede77ce38019d1ccd48457a0 Wesley acknowledges that he saw me outside watching, meaning he should have never gone ooc trying to claim i "didnt see him". Right after this, I start hearing people pull up. Suprise suprise, it's the zetas. Not only the Zetas, but specifically, ID 221 is Jamaar_Bovarium. This is important because Wesley_Wilson and Jamaar_Bovarium were both previously in the Wanted, as well as Gangster Disciples. I would say it is safe to assume they are good friends by now, and my personal thought is that Wesley messaged Jamaar somehow and told him he was being house robbed. There is just so much that lines up, no radio communication, etc, it makes me seriously doubt that everything was legit. My next piece of evidence is conflicting stories between the 2 individuals. Wesley stated that he radioed BEFORE entering his house that he saw me (https://gyazo.com/aedca7cdede77ce38019d1ccd48457a0), whereas Jamaar stated that He was the one who saw it and called it out on radio (https://gyazo.com/b8259005f03354fab48589ba1326946f). If anyone has their POV of the situation that can answer these questions (I find it odd that no one would have...) I will gladly apologize for the accusation. 10. See, if you had ran through or "looked into" the bushes to clear them, there would be no problem. Instead you stayed back and pointed the gun at the bush looking for your crosshair to light up red. There's no debate on this. I personally have done "/me searches through bushes" and then begun running through bushes before. Will no longer comment unless directed.

Mixing IC and OOC information without any benefit is a minor MG offense. For example, a player uses IC chat to call someone by their player ID displayed above their head. How did the player break the rule(s)? Jay and kelly pulled up and started to rob Rex. As you can see in the video, Instead of RPing searching through bushes, running through them, or any other way to check for hostiles, Jay clearly starts pointing his gun at bushes in hopes that his cross hair lights up red, which is obvious metagaming. Once his crosshair lights up on me, he says "out the fucking bush right now". I was quite confused that a staff member and the leader of the biggest official gang would have performed such poor actions, so I pm'ed him after the interaction. below is his explanation that he gave me, which quite frankly i dont think matters at all after seeing how clearly he Meta'ed. https://gyazo.com/c3166a36f05ea0135c869753d1071a55 https://gyazo.com/d88bcaeea922b813e36496e88aaf855d Firstly, he seems to try to make it seem like i jumped out of the bush and attacked him before he aimed at me and told me to get out of the bush. he stated "I mean, you moved out and shot at me", which was only done after he gave demands. Next, he says "do you think rply, the bush would be still? that you would be a statue?", and yes, i do think a large bush that big would be still and i would be still as well... regardless, in this situation, that doesn't matter. rply, he couldn't see me. He could only see the red light on his crosshair. I can provide an additional pov showing that i was completely hidden upon request. I think its pretty clear what happened - you used your crosshair changing colors to find me. I dont wan't to add clutter to this report, so I will leave it at that. Responding only to the staff member handling this case. Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/40emh
  12. "If you dont have any enemies in your life, you have never stood up for anything". Best of luck and much more respect to y'all than those orange dudes who broke away.

Me and ID 160 were on our bikes and he tried to get my attention, so i stopped to see what he wanted. He then proceeds to go ooc and say "hello chuck". I was confused, wondering if this was a staff member or something, so i started to type "sup?". As soon as i started typing, he jumped off his bike and tried to put me under fear rp. He went /b during rp to give himself an IC advantage, which i find ridiculous. Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/uuvys
