+1. It's annoying when you consider looking at a new paint color then basically are forced to pay to get a similar color instead of resetting it to what you had before.

Just cap alliances at 60 and keep faction limit 60. Boom, both problems fixed. If you want a maxed faction then your alliance is only yourself. No need to drop down to 40. Ease peasy.

The problem is the truckers are unwittingly taking jobs they should never even consider taking. If the jobs included estimated time for completion (including travel time) I doubt most people would even consider most of these trucker jobs at $1k per 20-40 minutes when you can easily make 2-3x just doing the other freelance jobs (that is unless they really like trucking or for RP purposes). In order to make trucking job even useful there probably needs to be NPC shipments in addition to PC shipments and the NPC ones should be priced to be competitive (or just less than this so PC jobs can charge the "correct" amount) with other freelance jobs in hourly pay. This topic tends to come up a lot in suggestions, but I don't think it's really on the devs radar at all. Unfortunately for new players they will continue to do this awful job without realizing how bad it is.

Something like a "damaged" mode that restricts your speed to a very low amount speed just to get to a mechanic seems reasonable.

Who is generating the news and disseminating said news about the fictitious companies? Or is the intention just blind investing?

The price tag is to reflect the OOC significance of the item not to emulate a realistic price. I think that was explained VERY clearly, so I am not sure why you are replying as you are.

That is like ~7-10 PM in the NA (depending on time zone) I would hardly call this an "off time", in fact, that is a prime time to play for a lot of NA players. If cops cannot be bothered to show up during that time period that just reinforces the need for an automated version if anything.

-1 unless they are both: 1 time use and have an extremely high price tag (like 20k+) There are probably some niche scenarios where they make sense, but in like 95% of scenarios on this server there is no need and being on the blindfolded side isn't going to be enjoyable at all. The fact that people on the server cannot act maturely with haircuts and zip ties should be enough to not vote in favor of this which is clearly worse than those as the victim. With that in mind, I think the extreme price tag would allow them to be used in those niche scenarios while not being abused in standard robberies just to be a dick.

You can just RP with proper /me and /do, if they lie about a do then you can report for OOC scam and get refunded. Assuming you get them to say the cash amount is correct in a do or that they have transferred the property in a /do then you should be pretty well covered. Such as having them count the cash on hand before exchange and confirming the amount in a /do. "Please count the cash for me." /me counts the cash /do how much cash is present? /do $x /me attempts to exchange the cash for the <item> at the same time. /do successful transaction? Note this utilizes the eclipse rules: Character Creation and Property, "Players may not scam or deceive other players out of character for their property." as well as Power Gaming "All statements in /DO must be factually true in the roleplay as it sets grounds for roleplay." The bigger injustice is nowhere in the rulebook does it say that scams are allowed in NCZs

You get like $50 per 3 seconds (not sure the exact numbers here) for the duration of you grabbing cash. It will show up as pocket money.

If they hunt you down for nonrp reasons just report them. The new rule does 100% apply to this scenario: Outfit / car color is not a reasonable motive. Harassing someone about their colors is obviously extremely low reward as well.

You're advocating people need to be held accountable for losing stuff as a result of rule breakers? That makes 0 sense at all. As for the suggestion $25k is an insane amount, especially when they go by base value of the items (e.g. your $10k .50 is probably $3-$4k towards your refund). +1

Should be an option in transfervehicle honestly. /transfervehicle id license (optional price). Would save people a lot of hassle, especially ones who are newer and have not quite figured out how to prevent scams via /dos

NPC shipping jobs with reasonable prices (e.g. ~6k per hour of work.. or whatever is deemed correct) would go a long way to fix the shipping problem. There should also be a listing that shows the estimated time to complete (estimate driving time at 80 KM/H + loading/unload time) so people can calculate the pay per time period (maybe even show this calculation as $ hour). Server may potentially need to put some amount of money into each order to make PC stores competitive.

Not sure how that is "cocky". I don't think we need to use server resources to replicate EDC on the server when we have stages already. You can use Vanilla Unicorn, Bahama Mama, Tequilala, Vinewood Bowl and Sisyphus Theater (off the top of my head) for music venues already.

There are 2 stages already available to you: Vinewood Bowl and Sisyphus Theatre. If you want to do the RP you should be willing to foot the bill if one exists.. that said I am sure you could attempt to contact the various dealerships to see if you can get a sponsorship deal etc (or even ask admins if you plan an event).

Sounds like an IC suggestion unless you are asking for 'free rewards' from the server. If not you can always offer your own rewards to create your own event.

1. There is no suggestion (this should be in "discussions" if anything). 2. The test is laughably easy. Most of the questions are obvious as hell and if not covered in a 2 page document that takes maybe 2 minutes to read.
