Sounds like an ic issue . This system makes you take care of your cars , and when you lose one you feel the cost . As said above , own multiple vehicles . I never logged off cause my car was in moors , first time i hear this

Hey look another topic PD vs Crime On topic though , someone said powergaming BUT when a cop saw my shotgun going out of the window ( full black tinted window ) ( call it a bug or a script wise issue ) and i asked how come , the answer was GTA is a third person game , if you see it you see it He was an admin aswell so why we even talking about this ? So if PD want to talk about realism we can do it sure , IRL a gun wont be glitched out of the window and you will get smoked by 4 ogs in a car cause you have no idea they got heavy weapons on them

For some people doors are not rendering properly , so they abuse that enter the apartament and empty whatever they find. Far as i know , they can loot only what is Opened like cabinets , opened safes etc .

Actualy the IA system IRL in 7/9 countries that i know is not like Ecrp And there are examples of that plenty of them , but as mentioned before i cant even be asked we just talking and talking with no outcome .
