+1 to the suggestion I don't see how in terms of RP or realism having this facilitate communications between criminals and making it easier an OOC issue like you stated, a group chat of 5 people might as well not even be a group chat

There is no such thing as “shooting metas” GTA V mechanics are so limited and it all relies on your aim and awareness and finally positioning at the end of the day, practicing in the arena and playing for fun is not gonna allow u to find a new “meta” where u can increase fire rate / do more damage / switch guns fast etc (which are against the rules)

+1 and as for the whole wanted thing, script can be made to stop it from allowing a player to release a vehicle with active warrants / tickets

-/+ - for the sync / fps issues mentioned (not sure if it can be countered from the servers side) Big + for immersion since you can actually blend in the surroundings when needed (since the map is small) instead of being targeted over and over by PD and for ex: you can just walk around like a normal human without getting jumped by 10 cruises since there’s other people walking around too

FYI, since the war system was made ages ago there’s only been ONE official war as the war system was made for the Council vs WCA/ Dojin war ., and gang a & b can be in conflict and gang member a can sit there shit talking gang member b during active conflict and you can get banned for a Non-RP for robbing them (which breeds reports, no RP, and a word Idek that stands for the opposite of immersion) ., and you need to actually be at official war to acc RP a conflict properly., however they never get approved

There’s always dominant forces irl and it’s always considered an IC issue from a Crim to crim perspective the same way you say PD being too OP and ICly unstoppable is realistic., a gang that earned its respect, fought for diplomacy., did x y z to reach their point ., would deserve to “dominate” and be on top., gangs weren’t pushed out the server like you say I’m sorry that losing your gang had you stopping crim RP but that’s not the case for everyone, for a lot of people and this can be proven factually, being a Crim used to be way more fun with less restrictions and a lot would agree that we’ve had eras where crim RP was at peak and was extremely fun; and it is what led to eclipse being where it’s at today

You’re missing the part where those “big gangs” actually start out small and do tons of rp to add to their story leading the a point where they are huge., all earned ICly and can be dealt with ICly., I don’t think adding more restrictions is the solution., let’s even take zetas as an example., they provided a lot of rp to the crim scene and even tho the rules were different in 2019 and a lot of people would say that was one of the best times on ECRP., they barely had any restrictions., so yeah idt more restrictions is the solution, restrictions are the problem, if gangs are allowed to compete and grow conflicts based on not wanting x gang to grow for example., it would not be valid., that allows gangs to reach that point because the rules are forcing all gangs to be too friendly to each other (even in terms of rp I’m not talking about shootouts or “action rp” ) and not letting gangs do their rp organically since the start caused a lot of issues as a lot of RP and IC interactions was impeded by the OOC restrictions. If gang a b c for instance fight as competitors then as gang a is standing strongest they decide to stop the fighting and achieve certain terms (zetas did taxes) and that made sense and situations like that provided more RP.

We are not RPing in LA, it was said so in 2019 but in 2020 it was stated that were not RPing in LA and los santos is it’s own city; and it’s almost a police state when LA is the exact opposite

Dont you think an actual stock system implemented to PD’s F4 scriptly won’t improve immersion and rp behind the scenes for PD since they’ll keep up with (I believe already done) monthly budgets and notice and change things based on x is being used too much , use less of x , or having an overflow somewhere., and when “out of stock” you make a huge order and you go to let’s say zancudo, grab a huge weapon shipment and have “NG” or Pd SWAT along with other units to go and use armored cargo trucks etc and deliver them to mission row and other precincts to restock

then to say crims are not at ANY fault would be hypocritical of me so I won’t., but we can both agree PD get the game too easy compared to crims, you play on easy mode, we have to play on legendary., not sure when was the last time you played crim given you’ve said you were in WCA before it’s downfall & the war., but trust me playing crim now is nothing like it, give it a short yourself, get in game to put yourself at people’s shoes while expressing issues that concern them directly (which is good) tip: if u do end up doing it, try minimizing voip usage when interacting with cops to get an unbiased treatment and standards of RP

I'd say a big step to the right direction would be taking criticism in a healthy way rather than viewing it in a malicious way

You know if PD didn’t keep pushing in in tiny waves ranging from 3 officers alone then kept peaking the door alone or pushing in small waves against all of us inside, from an IC RP standpoint, in other words “They fucked up” now as they started to gather up outside, had we really used a “clap” poor RP mentality, we would’ve pushed outside and started a shootout, instead we kept getting pushed by small waves who got themselves killed then a .50 cal would drive in alone and the gunner gets shot in seconds, from a tactical standpoint, the was a mess, we played smart and did what a cartel would do, held our ground and you guys decided to execute your entire “operation” operation (speaking from an IC standpoint) and the need for all that unnecessary wrongfully used force wouldn’t have existed if they tried to outsmart us and just hold it tight on the outside, holding their ground from the outside, setting up properly as we did on the inside and RPed the situation out., either we try to surrender as we get bored of being stuck there, we would’ve either surrendered (most likely not) or tried to escape and as we leave some of us make it out and some dont, or we push it out and start a fight where you would be setup and take most of us down, having multiple casualties from both ends, possibly a few people making it out , some dead , some in prison.

I read all of it, it’s really a great and objective way of explaining a portion of what the majority of crims have been experiencing and that’s something I preached a lot at one point and tried going down this path to help fix it, right now I am not sure whether I should voice out my opinion or not, one of the main problems is lack of communication and as long as there is a TREND of players / community members who get banned for simply voicing out their opinion, there’s something wrong there. It’s 2021, this is a gaming community on the internet; it’s sad to say some of the worst countries irl have less restriction on what us humans can SAY or not SAY, compared to here. Constructive criticism should be much more welcomed as it currently is.

Been amazing to play with ya'll and be part of this gang, much love , there couldn't have been any other group on this server who'm I would've had the same criminal RP experience with, but as crim RP is coming to rock bottom , good things come to an end

I mean if x Ray is taken from you, so are supercars, for the sake of realism and we stopped having many vehicles like the drag, I’m pretty sure you wouldn’t like it but it won’t mean “you’re not here to rp” people engaged in lots of rp to build their character and IC wealth to the point where they afforded it and obtained it, then it was part of their character to be able to just always avoid interactions with cops, most of the time I was using my drag I would never even talk or interact with cops most of the time and I managed to stay clear of felonies for 2 months while actively playing as a criminal because I would utilize this tool I earned tactically and just always leave and be discreet without being seen, that’s a tool and you have tools yourself as being in PD and at times it even fucked me up and I’ve been caught because of the bike multiple times and it wasn’t as “OP” as you claim it is , I could say “me get high rank in PD me get supercar” since you’re saying “me spend money me want go fast” you own 6 drags yourself so I’m not sure how you’re dissing the original state of the bike.

Honestly any upgrade would be a +, given the bike is literally unusable now and Everyone who owns / drives one can agree it’s terrible, whether it’s your average pier fisherman , criminal, legal , or cop
