You don't have to stick with the name you put on your bio. The bio isn't something you have to follow, it's just an example of you being able to write a convincing biography that falls within the instructions given.

I'm not sure I understand the point of this. If they have a gun, an item will be visible. If they don't have a gun, an item won't be visible. That's how it currently works with guns, it's just changing what will be visible. Am I missing something here?

I wouldn't worry about it too much, seems like an innocent misunderstanding. I'm sure the mechanic will get over it and the cops won't bother to pursue such a small case.

The current fix to this is to click the border of one of the inventory menus, that should reset it and allow you to drag items. If it happens again, click the border again.
