  1. I won't go bellow 230k, let me know if that's cool and I'll change the price
  2. No. Last two weeks 1-3 1Gs at Strawberry/Jamestown have gone anywhere between 200K to 250K, a premium has been applied to this apartment due to the central location and proximity to the main bank, poker, pawn shop, city hall, LSC.
  3. @Victor Einhart is on the money. I think the last thing players want is others making IC decisions based on something that is RP'ly hidden but scriptly unhidden, it causes confusion. Unless a script solution is developed to hide weapons then you are better off finding clothing that fully hides the weapon, which does exist
  4. ahh I see why the house is being sold for 1.5m then the irony of calling a realistic offer a scam when you or your mate got scammed for 1.3mil
  5. Thank you for the offer, but the price is fixed and will not be changing.
  6. Two or three 3Gs have been sold in the same area for much less. One with a driveway sold for 1Mil two days ago, would you lower your price to 750k?
  7. Thanks for clarifying the range you're looking for. I don't personally think drags are worth that much, but I wish you the best in selling it!
  8. | Downtown Los Santos | | Central Location, close to Bank, Poker, LSC, City Hall | | $230,000 - Price at the door (unlocked) | | FOR SALE | Address: North Archer Ave. 13
  9. I think the main difference from the pillbox auto-RP is that it's sort of always been the expectation. MD, to my knowledge and I'm sure Ash can speak to this more than I can, has always been more focused on the EMS/EMT RP of getting to a call, treating players and transporting them and not necessarily hospital RP, although I do know there is surgery RP but this is usually something that is requested. For PD and SD they've had specific SOPs created for self-processing if there is no DOC around. I'm assuming this is a relatively recent change since to my knowledge we only really used to /prison before RP and all if people had to leave for OOC reasons. Having said this, I think it makes sense. PD/SD already have a ton of other stuff to do and if a specific shift happens to play when no DOC is around then they are essentially forced to take on the role of a DOC guard on top of whatever else they have to do, which isn't something they signed up for. Also, I would imagine most people would be happy with this as it can be seen as the same sort of boring RP you would find at impound where you're essentially being dragged a long through the motions as they take you in, pat you down, take mugshot, grab jumpsuit, etc... On the other hand, OPs frustrations are understandable as he could have taken this boring interaction and decided to make use of it to attempt some sort of prison break or other type of RP and it can feel like PG for having that opportunity taken away by the use of ''Auto-RP'' (if that's what we're calling it now)
  10. Nothing that was sent to you is rude in any way. The first thing you do when you post an appeal is read the guidelines. It's pinned to the top of the page and it reads in all caps ''MUST READ BEFORE POSTING'' Naturally, if you directly go against these guidelines, of course the staff member is going to show you the specific regulation that says you should not be contacting anyone about this. The regulation is not in anyway ambiguous, it states in no uncertain terms ''You are NOT to PM or directly contact any staff member regarding your punishment appeal unless they specifically say you should. Doing so may result in a closing of your request or further punishment.'' All staff members are volunteers, they do not have fixed schedules and as such appeals can take time to review, especially since it might warrant a discussion between them. Not sure what else to say about this, in my view, it's clear you did not read the guidelines before posting (or if you did, you willingly decided to ignore them which is arguably worse) and the screenshots you showed are not rude in any way.
  11. Is this needed? I think the post you're replying to is a far cry away from ''the same rhetoric used to justify hate against black people''
  12. I really hope no one got OOC'ly discharged for an emoji reaction...
  13. No clue if this is directed at my reply. ''Would you, for example, take issue with someone being laid off from their job due to making their colleagues uncomfortable with their speech?'' - This question is impossible to answer without further context, I assume you typed it thinking most people would answer ''No, I would not take an issue with someone being laid off from their job due to making their colleagues uncomfortable with their speech''. However, I can equally provide you with a hypothetical where my answer to this question would easily be ''Yes'': A Saudi Arabian company with a hybrid workforce has received a complaint from their workers. The company workforce is comprised of 90% Saudi workers with the remaining 10% being remote workers from around the world. The complaint is from the Saudi portion of the workforce who have expressed their discomfort with a colleague who is openly expressing their support for the LGBTQ+ community via the company's various digital platforms that allow things such as profile pictures. The reported colleague was let go shortly after the report. In this instance, yes, I would have an issue with someone being laid off from their job due to making their colleagues uncomfortable with their speech. All of this to say that it's great this community is progressive, I am progressive myself and a member of the LGBTQ+ community, those of you closest to me will know this. Having said this, I want to make sure that if someone gets ejected from parts of this community for their views it's for truly hateful reasons and not for just having a different view. (e.g John from Texas supporting traditional family values that I mentioned earlier) Keep in mind as I stated in my first comment, I do not know the specifics surrounding any recent events, so do not take my views on the matter as a comment on them.
  14. Not really in the know on recent events surrounding this. However, I just want to say that expressing a view point that disagrees with the status quo should not be met with punishment unless this view point is hateful or insulting in nature. In essence, there's a stark difference between calling people slurs, posting hateful messages and being genuinely hateful to a group of people versus expressing an opinion. To give a more concrete example. There's a difference between John from Texas saying he believes in traditional family values VS John calling all gay people the f-word. All of this to say that, in my view, the best way to persuade an individual who might not understand or be around these topics is to fight them with arguments and not with cancellations or bans. I'll leave this video here from Sir Rowan Atkinson on the matter of freedom of speech, all the while recognizing that Eclipse (and the factions within) is it's own private community and as such has no obligation to provide people who are hateful with a platform to spread their hate.

    SOLD

This has had the price increased or it's been sold and placed for sale for 700k, fyi
  16. There other ways this can be achieved. Community Policing style initiatives, patrol on foot in high-traffic areas, etc... The main point is that for Impound specifically, there seems to be a lot of people who have issues with it (this increases x100 fold when outside of peak hours). Even with an activity increase, the current impound system has been complained about multiple times. I understand stuff like impound reports are important, especially for investigative RP and I personally don't want to see it completely automated. However, a similar system like LSC and Bayview could be added where if less than three LEOs are on-duty players are able to automatically pay for and retrieve their vehicles provided they have no warrants. No one attending impound because of active RP that ties up most Officers is understandable, but not being able to retrieve a car from impound because of lack of players on-duty is mainly an OOC issue that should be met with an OOC solution imo.
  17. Date and time (provide timezone): 14:26 (GMT+1) Character name: Barrett Kincaid Issue/bug you are reporting: Whenever I attempt to preview an animation through F6 it spawns a similar character. Status of the character changes from IDLE to WALK to RUN to SPRINT yet the character remains stil and does not move, just idles. Expected behavior: Animation that accurately previews how it changes a character's idle, walk, run and sprint speed. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Notice in the image how it says ''Sprint'' in blue, yet character is just standing idle. I attempted to press F6 and try the animation preview both in and out of a vehicle. https://imgur.com/tfRbEQlhttps://imgur.com/tfRbEQl Vehicle license plate number*: N/A
