  8. Meant to edit my initial reply. It seemed to have fixed the issue initially, but it has since resurfaced. Hasn't been too bad, just happening when I'm closer to city hall and tequila mainly.
  9. I had the same issue. Delete clientresource folder contents in RAGEMP and rejoined the server. Let the assets download and it fixed the texture issue.

  13. Thanks for the offer, but I'm looking for more than 205k. 1Gs in general having been regularly selling anywhere between 200-250k and depending on location above that. For that price you're likely better off finding an apartment in strawberry or jamestown
