  5. Player(s) being reported: ID 112. Date of interaction reported: 15.3.2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1552683287 Your characters name: Michael Edward. Other player(s) involved: Name(s) Here Specific rule(s) broken: 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) ● Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. ● Examples, where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When the engine of your vehicle is stalled and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle in an active shootout more than once without the intent of protecting a friend, fleeing with it, or using it as cover. ● Examples, where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a vehicle which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. ● As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. 9. Non-Roleplay (NRP) ● Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. ● A /REPORT does not pause roleplay unless an admin does so. 11. Powergaming (PG) ● Forceful roleplay that does not give the other player a chance to roleplay their own response is considered powergaming. Other players must be given a chance to roleplay outcomes of actions. How did the player break the rule(s)? The Player (ID 112) showed absolutely no fear at all, even though a handgun was straight at his face. He then said that I can't rob him in front of a prison. So if that's not allowed, why can we bobby pin cars from there? Anyways. Then he starts to use his radio to see where his buddies are at, which is not allowed when Fear RP is active. He then says that we should wait for an Admin, basically saying that the RP is paused, but how can he then still use the radio? It directly says on the rules that you should /report, and continue with the RP. Now, as he was not complying whatsoever, I could have shot him right then and there, but decided not to. I then went to open my browser to double check the rules, as the RP was supposedly "paused", and that's when he starts to shoot at me with his weapon. Again, as he said, the RP was paused. As I'm taking all of his stuff, he calls for backup at the prison, which is against the Fear RP Rule, and we were supposed to wait for an Admin as he said. What I mean by refusing to RP, is him saying: I'm not doing this, so he did not even give me a chance (PG), and didn't even bother to RP reaching out for his gun, and started to shoot at Michael. Player(s) being reported: Mask 6147_8985, Stranger 315_9148 Date of rule breach: 12/30/2018 Time of rule breach: Around 00.00 UTC +2 Your characters name: Tyler Howard Other players involved: No one else was involved Specific rule broken: 6.3.1 Metagaming (MG) is the act of relaying IC information through OOC methods or using OOC information in roleplay scenarios. OOC methods include third-party software, for example, Discord. 6.3.2 Mixing IC and OOC information without any benefit is a minor MG offense. For example, a player uses IC chat to talk about OOC content or calls someone by their nametag. 6.3.3 Relaying IC information through OOC methods, which benefit the player, is a major MG offense and will result in a ban. For example, a player is at gunpoint, the player uses an OOC method to call for help, as a result, the attacker is unable to detect this action and has no chance to counter it (it is unfair for the attacker). How did the player break the rule?: As you can see from the video, they were probably going to rob me, so they asked me to pull over. I dont have to pull over just because they ask, they could have shot at my van and make it stall, then I would have to leave and comply. When I didn't pull over, they start shouting in IC chat multiple times that they are gonna report me for Non-RP. Actions like that are metagaming. Now, I find that this is a minor offense, but you should know that the basics of playing in an RP server, is being able to know what is IC chat, and what is OOC chat. Player(s) being reported: Mask 1304_2167 Stranger 4910_4540 Date of rule breach: 22/12/2018 Time of rule breach: around 21.30-22.00 UTC +2 Your characters name: Jason Costana Other players involved: Specific rule broken: 7.8 Combat and roleplay logging 7.8.1 Players must not disconnect from a roleplay situation to avoid negative IC consequences. If you crash, you must reconnect to the server and inform the other parties and attempt to resume the roleplay scenario. oken: 7.1 Fear roleplay 7.1.1 Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s life in situations where your safety is in immediate danger when the attacker is in a position to quickly end your life at will. This can come in a form of having a weapon aimed at your character’s head at close range, where reaching for your own weapon would result in you being killed instantly, or where your life is in direct danger and any attempt to resist would result in your immediate death. How did the player break the rule?: The robber with a gun, disconnected/timed out after I shot him down, so he avoided jail time and kept his record clean. He did not return in 15 minutes The partner did not have a gun, because she did not participate in the gunfight between the cab driver and the robber. That is why I pulled my gun out and shot the man who robbed me. The lady then started punching me, when I was still there, so I had to aim the gun at the woman. She did not care about a gun being 10cm away from her face, and decided to punch me multiple times again, showing no fear. I then shot her down, which wasnt my original intention. I was gonna keep her as "hostage" until the police arrive. Evidence of rule breach: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G_C3Brr4x2s&feature=youtu.be

Specific rule broken: 7.3 Vehicle deathmatch 7.3.1 Vehicle deathmatch is identical to deathmatch, however, the rule explains how vehicles should not be used as weapons. How did the player break the rule?: As you can see in the video, I saw a civilian driving a cab. I decide to go after the man, then I return to the DCC HQ, and I see the man in his car, so I pull my gun out and try to make him leave the vehicle, which he does not do. Then I start shooting his car in order to stall it so that Fear RP would come into effect and he would have to leave his car so I could call the cops. I did not succeed in trying to stall the car, but then all of a sudden, the man hits me and reverses back into me, making me injured. Evidence of rule breach:
