Issue Being Reported: Pressing the up arrow key does not bring my phone up, and I have no other way to access it even if I changed the key bindings. Similarly, I have no way of accessing any of my money. Whenever I interact with an ATM or a bank by pressing E, it will bring up a menu that I can not interact with no matter what I do. This similarly happened with the DMV menu.
