Well, I like the idea. It's true taking out cars from Impound lot it's taking for so long. Also if we are responding, we do it usually in Code 4, so the transit is basically about 5/10 minutes. Other times we are just busy in other kind of situations, I agree adding a BOT or a system as the front desk to check for suspended license/outstanding citations/charges; letting you out the car if all is fine. +1

I was reading your entire brick post @Liam Boland, and I was laughing so hard... But the worst, is because I don't want to cry. You explained all my feelings in that post, imagine if it is difficult to be police officer, add to this the amount of these kind of RP. As @SamWolfe, I have been playing here for almost a year and... Please, if the admins hear us, you don't need scripts.... Scripts are only things to improve the RP experience, but the players need to be logical without scripts, and know when they are failing RP. Cheers

At the moment I can confirm there is no point as play civilian, there isn't any perk and it should change. In addition, I'm playing Eclipse for time ago and as you say, there are amazing roleplayers who love the RP and create fantastic situations. But then, I meet gangs and people who just want to shoot, and always win. Also, I play as Police Officer, that's quite stressing sometimes... In a minute can explain some weird situations happened to me: 1. Yesterday, we went into a pursuit, and a sports bike just climb a mountain, yes, a mountain with a ridiculous % of elevation, just to reach the peak and fall from there. None is just surrendering, or RPing accidents. He just prefer to fall from the cliff instead surrender. Criminals mostly do it, and when they get captured they would say "/me gets a bobbypin from the sock and attempts to unlock the door", or just resists 20 minutes, waiting their friends to pick him up, ignoring 10 tase on their body. But of course, if they get a headshot, they want to RP death "because it's realistic".... or maybe because they don't want jail. Also, if they are not scriptly injured, they don't RP anything. 2. People using bikes to ram everything. Yes ladies and gentleman, bikes are OP on GTA, but you cannot use them to ram vehicles using desync or ram people. IRL if you ram a pedestrian with a bike, you will fall, for sure... The unique objective for most of players is WIN, WIN and WIN! They will try everything instead comply in a RP. 3. People ignoring environment RP: I was playing on a Spanish server for so long, and they actually have a very good RP level. There is a law authorizing you to frisk people wearing mask, as a probably cause. Here criminals just can stay around f***ng when you are doing a traffic stop or arresting someone, waiting the exact moment to help him, or just bothering you. Then there is people who just come to the PD by car and says you "fuck you officer", by free. People abuses using masks. In addition, I was working as investigator inside the LSPD, and I saw many people failing RP as fuck... Just rushing interesting RP like a weapon exchange, doing them in the middle of the parking lot or at NCZ, abusing they can't be robbed there... Also I reported once someone doing a weapon exchange at LSPD, and the report just got denied, I still think this is lack of RP and non-rp. Then you created "Rate RP", I don't for what is this useful or where can I check this RP track regarding a player... I don't know how that can be useful at all if only admins can see it. I would love if people get more concerned about the kind of RP they are doing, and if they try to improve it. It should be any reward to those players who hardly fight everyday to keep RPing well, otherwise we will lost them due to these others who are failing RP or are lacking RP and don't get punished. One good thing could be reduce jail time in RP involving the police. For the last, I would like to congratulate that people who is hardly playing as civilian, but at any time they committed a crime. For example, I know a character who committed a crime 6 months ago (December 2018), armed robbery. It's the unique crime in her criminal record, and due to that, she cannot apply for firearm license or some government factions. This shouldn't be like that, as it's a game and as in some countries you can do.... There should be a way when a time pass, you can "delete this crime" for your record, or just don't take it in account. Otherwise is annoying to someone who just love his character, and is trying to keep a civilian RP. Cheers, Rias
