VOIP is In-Character, however people have no control over how their voice sounds, and it would most definitively be failRP for you to take that in-character. Unless the person is actually roleplaying transgender, him having a male voice should not be taken in-character.

And taking that in-character would be fail RP and/or metagaming. This kind of attitude is why people resort to voice changers. If someone is roleplaying a female character, and you decide to flirt with her, you're flirting with the character, not the person behind the screen, so it shouldn't matter if it's a guy or a girl.

I think this matter is pretty much put to rest by Balling's post in this punishment appeal. However, having an official rule for it might help wide-spread knowledge among the player-base. +1

You might be confused as to what pedophilia is. Age of consent is irrelevant when talking about pedophilia. A pedophile is a person that is sexually attracted to someone that hasn't undergone puberty yet. 14+ would make more sense if you are trying to deter pedophiles.

Players can not see players in other dimensions. If we are in an interior, we are in a different dimension, so for example if I am in prison, with a few cops, I reset my dimension and suddenly they can not see me anymore as we are in different dimensions. The only way to get around this would be to only allow the command when you are in the normal world, but then you wouldn't need to reset it, because the bugs occur when you enter/exit the world. -1

The GTA models are for the most part well optimized and all mesh together nicely, I would hate to get a mismash of random "realistic" car models, that look out of place in the GTA world. -1

I feel that one of two things should happen: 1. Make the no car jacking / asset protection script cover the entirety of the NCZ 2. Remove it completely At the moment it's causing issues with people doing /ncz and saying "we're not in NCZ do /ncz".
