Hey @vivalabart3! I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues passing the quiz. When you get denied, you should receive an e-mail notification, which should include a custom message written by the staff team member who denied you, and their reasoning. I suggest looking into the mail for things that you might need a refresher on.

I think it could work, if any official faction could take it over upon declaring war with the current faction that holds it (think of the old turf system). This way it wouldn't be biased towards one faction. conditional +1 based on what I said above.

Same would be true at the bank, airport, and so on. The only place I could maybe, maybe, see someone killing someone that they really want to kill is the hospital or Tequila-la, but even that would realistically have a very fast police response. But Tequila-la would be an entirely different story because of the on-hand cash people have there.

-1 That is exactly the point of a No Crime Zone. If I were to be a thief, and I pickpocket this one dude with a fancy watch, then I find out hes in a gang, and he's coming up to me, what am I gonna do? Run to the bank or police station, and chill there until he gets tired and leaves. It would be highly unrealistic for you to give him permission to shoot up the police station just cause I robbed him, which was one of your examples. I agree with Chuck also, if his/her organization is so powerful, surely they can stop someone from reaching the NCZ, because realistically the other side isn't going to be there 24/7 either.

I disagree wholeheartedly with your claim that roleplaying in that way would make it hard for people not to powergame. There are entire SAMP communities, some going on 10 years now that have been successfully enforcing that standard of roleplaying, in an international server just like ours. I like to think that the vast majority of people do possess common sense, and, if playing in our community, have a decent grasp of the english language, as such, I find it very hard to believe that roleplay such as the following might be confusing: /me extends his hand out and attempts to snatch the hat off the man's head I find it very hard to believe that the person that is the target of the action would wait for me to perform another action, instead of responding. However, your post does wonderfully illustrate the hurdles of implementing such roleplaying here, as the few people that tried were constantly being accused of powergaming, just because the victims were unfamiliar with the roleplaying style, and preferred the much more simple /do success.

It's been a very fun journey so far, with many fun nights spent together with people that I like, however it was also challenging at times, but it was made easier with the help of the people that were picked up along the way, and without whom it wouldn't of been possible, people such as @epicfailsmile(Chris McDavis) and more recently @Mr2Peu(Gregor Smith) who rose up and proved himself as a very reliable leader. But most importantly, it couldn't of been done without @MarlboroRed(Avon Stacks) who really gave 100% to the faction, even when I didn't. Almost exactly three months ago, this was the entirety of AVLN (then named IVL) and last night, for a faction meeting this was just the members that were online at the time We've grown a lot, both in player count and roleplay, and will continue to do so, especially now that the ECRP Staff team has decided to place it's trust into us, and showcase us as one of the official factions of the server.
