Let's say I need a middleman for a car, I can go to knowing he already said its 2%. Now, I contact you, I tell you what I need and you ask for 10%, and then you hide that from everyone else by only making the outrageous percentage known in private. It's super shifty, and a waste of time for people that don't wanna get jacked. You're supposed to be making the transaction smoother, not more complicated and time consuming.

WCA does not have an issue with the IC conflict. This is where you're confused @OBESE. I told you this IC, and I'll say it OOC for you as well. We started this conflict in 2019, you kept begging us to end it, we're going to carry it not into 2020, but into 2021. The only issue we've had so far is members of your faction spamming invalid reports. Two members made 12 reports, out of which 11 were rejected. This kind of OOC pressure is what makes you a faction that people are talking about forcefully disbanding.

That does happen. In fact it happened between our organizations twice, and between VICE and Council when it came back. The council was set to fight a war with us, but they still didn't attack us during the meet. There are a lot of issues with diplomacy and criminal roleplay, but for the most part, parlays are respected.

This isn't really about your personal situation, however since you wish to make it about it, I'd say, that in my opinion, you're part of the problem, not the victim of it. In the week prior to your NonRP #6 ban, you made a total of three reports for very minor things and/or containing far flung accusations. All three of them were rejected. Take a hard look at your own conduct, and your contributions to the current illegal faction environment.

I don't like randomness in this. I feel like it's going to turn into the same thing as engine stalls. Sometimes all it takes is one bullet for the engine to go, and other times you'll have 15 cops shooting carbines and it doesn't stall. It's a bit too much RNG into an otherwise skill-based combat system.

Cruising by NLA hood, we found a contender with a few people, just standing, enjoying the protection the cameras afford them. As we made our way up north, we found two NLA outside their hood, and lacking protection, they were promptly put on their knees. Swinging by Grove St, we received the second half of the tribute from Ballas and left on a good note. It was then settled to have an impromptu meeting, where we discussed some issues and ways to avoid them in the future. A more select meeting followed, as more long-term subjects were discussed for the organization. Neutrality was formally established with GD, and Oti in particular seemed very energetic and ready to take on their enemies. We then linked up with the Triads, in what's hopefully the first of many meetings in the new year. They even managed to fulfill a request of Andre, on the spot. The fights and meetings behind them, the whole crew went to the new club, where the VIP section was green and blue only.

Trey met with his counterpart in the Triads for the last payment of the year, and discussed the gang's progress since it's inception to the present, and the future. As the year drew to it's end, the Ballas resurfaced and agreed to pay their dues and make formal peace. Armed and ready, the gang climbs the mountain as they're about to engage in the last great battle of the year.

big -1 There are major sync issues caused by the client (RAGE) and throwing one-shot kills into that mix is a recipe for disaster and a lot of frustration. If RAGE delivers on their miracle patch and greatly improves sync, it might be worth it to re-visit the topic. But as it stands, it would just make all sync issues 10x worse.

The war with NLA continues and they are pursued every time they venture outside the safety of Tequila-la and/or LSB. Their vehicles do no fare any better, constantly finding themselves chopped by the Assassins. We loaded up in vehicles, and went out to the Chumash Plaza to meet the Misfits. The tension was high, as several of their members had issues with the transition from enemies to neutral. Trey decided to lighten up the mood with a joke. Before the night was over, we received word that a lone deputy was about to arrest one of us.

DM 2 is very common and is technically a permanent ban. -1

I don't really see how it would be beneficial in practice. Let's say Jason Reed is being arrested for GTA and Felony Evasion. Just from that I can glean that he stole a car and ran from the cops in it. What would really be gained if for example it said: GTA - stole a pink blista Felony Evasion - he drove down interstate 1 until he crashed into a barricade It seems rather redundant. It would also severely clutter the screen when you look up a person's record, which is already a nightmare to navigate for people that go to prison regularly.

Linked up with the Triads to discuss some prospects and the on-going war. Following the tentative peace made with Ballas, WCA accepted tribute from Misfits and it was decided that they would be allowed to live. DeAndre drove past the NLA Headquarters and noticed them slipping away with Misfits. They were obviously being approached about teaming up against us. There will be no allies. No saving grace. NLA is alone, and soon enough, they will be no more. Devoid of any allies or hope, NLA concentrated all of their resources into purchasing three heavy weapons, and tried to set up an ambush at the WCA Motel. Several WCA were injured in the fight, however all of the NLA woke up at the hospital, without any of their precious few heavy weapons.

I'm surprised this didn't get more community interaction because I agree with most of the points made. Good, well thought out and explained topic.

I am against forced server-side mods. I agree with GOAT that they stand out like a sore thumb, and if @Pertinax wants to use them, there's nothing stopping him, but forcing them on the whole server seems excessive. -1

I suggest reading the thread before providing feedback. This has been addressed multiple times.

This is something of a polarizing subject. There's clearly a majority of people that do not want others to roleplay a female when they're male. There's a few people that pulled it off with less comments about them being "trannies" but I don't think anyone did it completely free of that kind of an attitude. There was a thread about voice changers that quickly devolved into a thread about whether or not men should roleplay females on the server, that might be a worth a read since this is of interest to you: All in all, it doesn't seem like the community wants to be accepting of this kind of roleplay, and I'm not sure that adding a rule would fix anything. They could always call you other random insults if they don't like what you're doing.

In the dark parking lot of the observatory, the high command of Zetas, Triads and WCA meet to discuss recent events in the city and the path of an organization in it. Following the joint meeting, Andre and Jay meet to settle the organization's debt and discuss recent developments in the conflict. Andre and a trusted higher up meet with the Ballas high command as Jay shadows the encounter. NLA's place in the city is discussed, and an agreement is reached.
