In the old system a war would end when both gangs decided, through the F4 menu, there's no F4 menu irl... Gangs would go to war over turf and earn other gangs respect and loyalty if they won, look at an old gang called the exiled for instance, they had wars and won and it became a monopoly, yes this is how it happens irl but the new system restricts gangs from having a monopoly over all the turf and so controlled all the guns and drugs. You can do anything with the system we have just need to get creative and make Rp and situations. Have an illegal fight club or illegal street race. Hang out in one area (not the bank or another NCZ) and call it yours, rob people and scare them if they come on. Just need to play around with it and think of things to do, there's been so much good criminal RP and all it takes is one guy to have a good idea and pitch it! Good luck !

This used to be in and it was chaotic, wars would rage out and would just turn into a DM fest, a system is not needed to own a specific area, just go there and hang around, like the grove street families or the east end irish gang. You just need to be creative about it.

+1, as the commander of SWAT I can confirm bomb situations are more common and this would add some nice RP to our bomb squad.

Having been an IA investigator for 6 months I can assure you that no matter the rank, all reports are handled fair and accordingly with no bias, if a bias should be there then the investigator gets changed, we spend a lot of time and effort o look into these things both IC and OOC so I am unsure where you are coming from? Even the chief can have reports against him and they will be dealt with the same way a report against a cadet is.

Hi I am just going to drop something in that was said earlier. SWAT is very trained, we have 2 hour training's each week that if you don't turn up to any in a month you get removed (ish). Then we do in depth RP training that focus' on many different aspects. We have exams that have both written and scenario questions that you have to pass to get in. So SWAT are not just random officers with guns, they are trained highly, like they would be irl. Also SWAT does have a limit to how many they can have, we can have a maximum of 4 teams of 6 so 24. This excludes SWAT command, which is another 6 people. Plus High Command are automatically a part of SWAT. So we have 100 members ish at the moment, around 30 of them *can* be SWAT, we have less right now. SWAT is not *OP* or needs a nerf, they are highly trained and makes sense that they would be highly funded but apart from weapons. Hope this helps!

I think this will be a very good idea but yeah I do think PD will just not care about trying to stop it as we have so much to do and are very busy all the time, maybe if things chill out we can work on it but +1 regardless!

We do not have a legal system in game so we cannot question and have an investigation with a judge, so we can only arrest based on of we see it or if we are 100% certain and have IC proof. I hope this clears it up a little.

+1, there are many times that I am not near a vehicle or HQ, just recently we was at city hall and no where near a vehicle.
