This existed for a long time but ultimately criminal factions of the time had requested it be removed since it felt biased at times cause one side would somtimes get some of there death rp requests approved while anther side from the fight might not get a single one approved. It would be tilting to see someone from the same fight as you get death rp approved and avoid jail and fines while you just lost your guns and also gained jailed time and fines. It was a lot easier to deal with the consequences when there was no room for bias. If a system for death rp was to return I feel Illegal faction management would be the best to handle it similar to the way they revamped the Faction system. @Bakmeel. I also think @MrSilkycould explain better how pd use to decide death rp to be given or not in the past as I remember he had given a good explanation around the time factions asked for it to be removed.

It use to be.Makes no sense you have to rp to move the gun off there hip or /frisk a injured body. If injured players arn't able to resist rp no reason why we need to go through the rp of /mes to /frisk them for the gun. People end up just finishing people to make it easier to loot when they might have preferred to leave them alive to allow for future rp. There is already an action timer for looting injured players.

just make it a benfit of the f4 tier system that fm have introduced for criminal groups @Bakmeel after thought: it be very similar to how legal factions have those ic channels in there discords for IC announcements and where frequencies are posted. If you can trust one section of the community why can't anther section of it be trusted as well? its not like they would go unmonitored by staff. If anything criminals would be more afraid to break guidelines set by fm in fear of losing tiers they grinded for and rewards they earned.
