I was gonna go on a rant about your reply. but I'll simplify it to this: Back in early to mid 2018 PD was able to transport 2 injured with 1 officer. they simply had to undrag the injured person after getting them inside the cruiser. This was manually changed to not work anymore. Like how they removed MD's power to stabilize off-duty, in trade of giving PD access to the command instead when MD isn't on duty.

I'm kind of stuck in the middle on this one. on 1 hand. it would be way less buggy. but on the other hand. this would let PD/SD store 1 or 2 injured in their vehicle. something they shouldn't be able to. and from my knowledge. is the reason PD can only have 1 injured in their vehicle. The IC reason for this. is because a injured 15/16 transported by PD is laying down in the backseats. taking up the entire back of the cruiser. while an ambulance has 2 stretchers to transport 2 patients. If PD was to get a similar script I think they should also restrict the amount of injured they can have in their vehicle at the time. PD/SD isn't MD, and shouldn't be a replacement for it. They've got /stabilize to be able to do some of MD's tasks while there is no MD on duty. But I already see a lot of PD officers straight up treat and transport injured people without even asking for MD as it is. something that SHOULDN'T be happening. Giving them the chance to transport 2 or 3 injured at the time would promote this behaviour.
  3. An easy thing would be to make it so you can go to any bank. and turn cash on hand. in to packed cash. This way PD won't know if the packed cash people have on them is legal or illegal. and lets people pack up their cash and hide it in a safe or use it to drop off to buy illegal stuff. Lets say you go to the bank. talk to the person that gives you your salary. and there is a tab that lets you convert Cash in to packed cash. This packed cash would be different script wise, and cannot be sold to NPC's for Turf credit. and if you cut it open with a knife, it does not spawn Marked money. giving you 100% of the money it contains as it doesn't have a dye pack in it.
  4. I highly agree with you on this. but rules and things are not shaped around players who behave, they're shaped around players who DON'T behave. The server has the rules it has, because of people being dicks. People will abuse this. and thats why we can't let the people who won't abuse it have it. its just how it is sadly
  5. the devs are the once who removed the option to see if people are online or not in-game in the past. The devs even changed the way calling someone on the phone works. it used to work in a way that. if you called someone's phone, and they were offline. it would let you know. they purposely changed this, so now the phone just keeps ringing as if they were online but not picking up. The fact of the matter is. if you oocly know they are in-game you'll act differently. If you KNOW they're in-game. you might call their phone 2 or 3 times, or do everything you can to hit em up. If you KNOW they're NOT in-game, you might not even try calling them. This is a clear mixing situation. I'm also in charge of a faction on here and RP Ops is completely different. because you don't know WHO is responding to this notification. and no one outside the game knows what the OP is unless already informed about it at a prior date in-game. and the discord info popup is a RageMP Feature and not a ECRP thing. its not the dev's doing.
  6. and if 1 day I wanna play but I don't want my friends to know I'm online. I'll need to remove them as friends and then try to find a way to explain why I removed them in the first place. Not everyone has the heart or is able to tell their friend "I don't wanna hang today, I just wanna be alone" this almost always comes with more questions and can get super uncomfortable for some people. Not saying its always like this, but there are people out there that would like to hide from time to time just to relax and have fun alone. That's why I said "privacy" in my last post. and not just Metagaming. back when you could see people's names on the player list, the only way to hide your name on there was to wear a mask.   10. I'd agree to this but, there is a lot of times we leave them there to transport someone, while the scene is still active with officers/medics. as we go to MD and come back

Yea I like the "new" items that was added to the /blockade command, but I still think there are things that should be added to improve the look and feel if a "Scene" with MD, PD and SD The items I think should be added are the following: "Scene light, that can be used to light up a scene/incident during the night" prop_worklight_01a "Small scene light, that can be used to light up a scene/incident during the night at a smaller scene" prop_worklight_02a "Water collision cone, that can be used while working on a scene at the highway, instead of the small cones that trucks and SUV's can easily jump or drive over" prop_barrier_wat_03b "Triage bed that can be used inside the medical triage tent. Right now we're using stretchers, they work. but does not make much sense considering a scene these are used are shootouts where a lot of people are injured. and a ambulance only has 2 stretchers each. My suggestion is to add more foods to the server and add buffs and debuffs to foods like drugs, but less effective. and add buffs and debuffs to already existing foods The brand names listed below are GTA 5 Brands found within the games files. All the buffs and Debuffs listed below are based on physical and mental effects they give in real life. made to match the buffs system we already have. This would give legal and Civilians access to the same buffs as criminals have, but. way weaker. to make drugs still be superior. (Minor) 5-15% of the total (Medium) 15-25% (High) 25-50% Agility - Higher agility makes your character run, sprint and swim faster. It also has a similar effect to stress on tasks that are simple and require speed more than focus, such as grabbing cash, making less noise while sneaking, cleaning spills, cleaning fingerprints, entering doors, dismantling equipment. Yea, this is an issue we would struggle with if that was added. i've seen youtube videos of other server, where they use Peds and custom models. and those people can only use a set amount of clothes. as they don't fit on the player model. ether going inside the body or clipping all over. most of the once i see, only use hats for different clothes. an if they want a different outfit. the server needs to upload a fully new model for that player. with the new outfit as a part of it.
  19. The vending machines didn't used to have restrictions. but it was removed. I used to remember why. but I've forgotten.
  20. I can agree on this, but I also think that more Variation out there in police vehicles would be refreshing to say the least.

You can refuel during a chase. the "remember its NRP to refuel during a chase" chat message that popped up was in reference to when you only had to turn your car off and hold O to refuel your car. You could just roll threw the gas station and get like 6% more fuel. and then do that passing a few gas station and get up half your tank. now you need to get out and turn the car off and all that. so its not NRP anymore.

I think their value time and money wise should be upped. upping their time value way more then money wise. making it so you're actually feeling like you're given 2 options. back when stamps were worth more then right now. people saw NO reason to lower their time with it. because the amount of time they lowered, was close to nothing. making it a straight up waste, and no. that's not even based on your opinion or not. it was just a waste. I think players who DON'T go afk. and decide to actually stay active and play while in prison. should be rewarded for this, by ether getting money or lowering their time by a huge margin. Yes, prison is supposed to be "a punishment" its meant to be an IC punishment. not OOC punishment. making it easy to get back out again quickly if you put effort in to it. you should be able to. would help boost the crim experience prison wise. without lowering the max prison time.
  23. I honestly think it rains TOO much. All the time. After looking over my recordings almost 70% of the time when I spawn in. There is rain going on. There has been several times where I just AFK somewhere until the rain stops. Or simply log out and come back later if it's raining. The amount of complaints I hear as well when it starts is off putting. I heard one just last night. "This is LA, but it rains here more then it does in my home country (he British)" And he's right. San Andreas is based on Los Angeles. And should NOT have rain as often as it does. Funny. I was complaining about that in MD faction chat just 1 month ago. "What is the point of all these new uniforms when we're stuck with the raincoats all the time" I'm guessing the frustration about the rain comes from players on a set time zone. As the time zone I play. Don't have this problem. Don't get me wrong. I've seen it start and instantly sometimes. And even tho I don't like the rain, the sudden swap is off putting. I wish the rain was just made rare script wise. And not manually
