  1. how about "personal" cruisers? its been done in a lot of other servers, prevents people just going back to mission row and instantly getting a new cruiser after a crash, and makes the officers stay on top of repairs to avoid stalling or breaking the car while also giving more RP opportunity to existing garages or maybe even a specialised emergency vehicle garage with new job oppurtunities. Also allows personalisation like wheels and paint colour of unmarked cruisers. It could work just like any other personal vehicle however it must be stored at a station and doesnt take up a vehicle slot.
  2. Simple enough, the baller STD has a huge boot that could easily fit a person but it has no trunk. The original ballers have a smaller boot yet both can fit people. As you can see, the Baller STD has a much lower loading lip and the boot is not only taller but also longer and wider. The vehicle is also expensive enough to warrant having an enterable trunk.
  3. i can see how this would make more sense situationally IC, for example in a police chase. if the criminal crashes and damages their vehicle and it cannot start its over, however the LEOs can return back to HQ and instantly grab a new car and carry on. they can also wander around with an unlimited supply of weapons, ammo, armour which are all expensive and difficult to obtain as a criminal. Finally, a police helicopter in real life is extremely expensive to run, has very limited fuel and is usually only brought out as a "last resort", however in the server it is common to see it immediately overhead on regular traffic stops, sometimes even patrolling, which i find unrealistic and it is also extremely difficult to escape from given it has lots of fuel. Overall, it seems there is very little reason for LEOs to act carefully and frugally making it difficult for criminals who need to. it would make sense to have a "budget" for LEOs to stop careless use and waste of resources such as vehicles and weapons, and lead to in-character repercussions for the whole force if people wasting them.
  4. to give another use to chopping tools rather than only chopping, the ability to import bulletproof doors or tyres, or possibly upgraded engines as you would with body armour which you can install onto personal vehicles using toolbox, car lift and the usual tools. when said vehicle is destroyed/seized the parts are lost. if possible armoured parts could decrease car performance as they add more weight in awkward places. this would bring a lot more RP oppurtunities for criminals, and allow them to earn some extra cash modifying other players vehicles using their chop shops, as well as a way to make unused, cheaper vehicles able to be brought up to par with the more expensive cars if you are willing to put in some extra effort/money
