the devs are the once who removed the option to see if people are online or not in-game in the past. The devs even changed the way calling someone on the phone works. it used to work in a way that. if you called someone's phone, and they were offline. it would let you know. they purposely changed this, so now the phone just keeps ringing as if they were online but not picking up. The fact of the matter is. if you oocly know they are in-game you'll act differently. If you KNOW they're in-game. you might call their phone 2 or 3 times, or do everything you can to hit em up. If you KNOW they're NOT in-game, you might not even try calling them. This is a clear mixing situation. I'm also in charge of a faction on here and RP Ops is completely different. because you don't know WHO is responding to this notification. and no one outside the game knows what the OP is unless already informed about it at a prior date in-game. and the discord info popup is a RageMP Feature and not a ECRP thing. its not the dev's doing.

and if 1 day I wanna play but I don't want my friends to know I'm online. I'll need to remove them as friends and then try to find a way to explain why I removed them in the first place. Not everyone has the heart or is able to tell their friend "I don't wanna hang today, I just wanna be alone" this almost always comes with more questions and can get super uncomfortable for some people. Not saying its always like this, but there are people out there that would like to hide from time to time just to relax and have fun alone. That's why I said "privacy" in my last post. and not just Metagaming. back when you could see people's names on the player list, the only way to hide your name on there was to wear a mask. I know several people who almost always had a mask on, just to hide the fact that they were online. so yes. I know where its coming from, but no

Yeah. I use flares when in the middle of a wide turn. I throw a flare in to the turn so that people notice something is a head before they see me. But I need to keep re-throwing em

I'd agree to this but, there is a lot of times we leave them there to transport someone, while the scene is still active with officers/medics. as we go to MD and come back

Hey! Yea I like the "new" items that was added to the /blockade command, but I still think there are things that should be added to improve the look and feel if a "Scene" with MD, PD and SD The items I think should be added are the following: "Scene light, that can be used to light up a scene/incident during the night" prop_worklight_01a "Small scene light, that can be used to light up a scene/incident during the night at a smaller scene" prop_worklight_02a "Water collision cone, that can be used while working on a scene at the highway, instead of the small cones that trucks and SUV's can easily jump or drive over" prop_barrier_wat_03b "Triage bed that can be used inside the medical triage tent. Right now we're using stretchers, they work. but does not make much sense considering a scene these are used are shootouts where a lot of people are injured. and a ambulance only has 2 stretchers each. This way the stretchers could be used for transporting and the beds to hold injured before transport. imp_prop_impexp_campbed_01

I'm all for a gunsafe in vehicles. that you can buy. that can possibly be broken open with a Consaw or Crowbar same way as hotwiring

My suggestion is to add more foods to the server and add buffs and debuffs to foods like drugs, but less effective. and add buffs and debuffs to already existing foods The brand names listed below are GTA 5 Brands found within the games files. All the buffs and Debuffs listed below are based on physical and mental effects they give in real life. made to match the buffs system we already have. This would give legal and Civilians access to the same buffs as criminals have, but. way weaker. to make drugs still be superior. (Minor) 5-15% of the total (Medium) 15-25% (High) 25-50% Agility - Higher agility makes your character run, sprint and swim faster. It also has a similar effect to stress on tasks that are simple and require speed more than focus, such as grabbing cash, making less noise while sneaking, cleaning spills, cleaning fingerprints, entering doors, dismantling equipment. Stress relief - Lower stress helps your character to perform tasks that require precision and focus, such as picklocking doors and safes, hotwiring vehicles, disarming alarms and CCTV, grabbing cash, making less noise while sneaking, locking doors and more. It either makes the action timers go faster or makes the action timer green zones larger that reduces the chance of failure. Strength - Higher strength enables your character to carry more weight and reduces weapon recoil. It also has a similar effect to stress and speed on tasks that require handling equipment or objects that are heavy, such as drilling doors, loading cargo, mining, oil extraction, smashing items, opening crates with a crowbar, carrying bodies, disassembling vehicle parts. Endurance - Higher endurance dampens pain perception and reduces the damage done to your character's health by firearms. In the future we plan to make a custom damage system for melee weapons that would enable us to increase player melee damage when their strength is high and dampen it when their endurance is high. Yea, this is an issue we would struggle with if that was added. i've seen youtube videos of other server, where they use Peds and custom models. and those people can only use a set amount of clothes. as they don't fit on the player model. ether going inside the body or clipping all over. most of the once i see, only use hats for different clothes. an if they want a different outfit. the server needs to upload a fully new model for that player. with the new outfit as a part of it.

I can agree on this, but I also think that more Variation out there in police vehicles would be refreshing to say the least.

You can refuel during a chase. the "remember its NRP to refuel during a chase" chat message that popped up was in reference to when you only had to turn your car off and hold O to refuel your car. You could just roll threw the gas station and get like 6% more fuel. and then do that passing a few gas station and get up half your tank. now you need to get out and turn the car off and all that. so its not NRP anymore. -

I think their value time and money wise should be upped. upping their time value way more then money wise. making it so you're actually feeling like you're given 2 options. back when stamps were worth more then right now. people saw NO reason to lower their time with it. because the amount of time they lowered, was close to nothing. making it a straight up waste, and no. that's not even based on your opinion or not. it was just a waste. I think players who DON'T go afk. and decide to actually stay active and play while in prison. should be rewarded for this, by ether getting money or lowering their time by a huge margin. Yes, prison is supposed to be "a punishment" its meant to be an IC punishment. not OOC punishment. making it easy to get back out again quickly if you put effort in to it. you should be able to. would help boost the crim experience prison wise. without lowering the max prison time. -
I honestly think it rains TOO much. All the time. After looking over my recordings almost 70% of the time when I spawn in. There is rain going on. There has been several times where I just AFK somewhere until the rain stops. Or simply log out and come back later if it's raining. The amount of complaints I hear as well when it starts is off putting. I heard one just last night. "This is LA, but it rains here more then it does in my home country (he British)" And he's right. San Andreas is based on Los Angeles. And should NOT have rain as often as it does. Funny. I was complaining about that in MD faction chat just 1 month ago. "What is the point of all these new uniforms when we're stuck with the raincoats all the time" I'm guessing the frustration about the rain comes from players on a set time zone. As the time zone I play. Don't have this problem. Don't get me wrong. I've seen it start and instantly sometimes. And even tho I don't like the rain, the sudden swap is off putting. I wish the rain was just made rare script wise. And not manually

You've forgetting that. If you take the High speeds tyres. It's now harder to control. It will now need to drive to the closest police station. Park and catch up to the chase. And it's return to the police station depending on location. Will take a while, as it can't just full send it back anymore due to the missing wheels making it spin out. The added time it takes for it to return to the station and come back balances it. If another one show up almost instantly. That's not the same officer. That's another one that showed up because they requested help. -

The issue isn't with there not being any mechanics online. The issue is with there BEING mechanics online. But they're not responding to mech requests. DCC won't fix our cars tho. Can't go street racing, run labs, transport oil or ores in the back of a taxi

HUGE -1 It's alarming to see the amount of players that's ok with the "jump in, yoink and run" toxic behaviour. This change would make the public parking lot COMPLETELY useless. As every DM baiter would just hang around there. And stand by the door of every car that gets unparked to get in to them. Yoink some shit and run. This isn't RP in the slightest and shouldn't be made easier then it already is. I do however think that yes, it shouldn't cancel your animation if you were already on the way in to the car. And rather just deny others from starting their animation to enter if they try after it's locked. But again, this implementation have such a HUGE downside. That it's way worse to have due to the amount of abuse it would get. -
I did simplify the process a bit im my message. Apologies for that. But I meant after they had planned it. As in. PD sees guns being stashed. They request a warrant and get that process finished and then raid. Didn't mean to make it look like PD can just see the house /Ram and go to work. Poorly worded on my part.
