This has been added with the most recent server update: "[Furniture] Added ability to remove or edit property furniture with CTRL + X menu". Thank you for your suggestion, I'll be archiving this thread.

How would you propose the actual sales would happen? Is your idea that the two parties meet up when a purchase is made to complete the transaction, or is it for example to intertwine this system with the Post OP script where a package is sent to the buyer's address?

Just to clear this up, I do not believe that factoring decimals into the inventory's weight system is what was suggested by a member of the Police Department faction, and that his intentions and ideas are being misconstrued in the opening line of this topic. The suggestion that was being made is that items such as marijuana are made stackable as an item, which would allow you to carry 15x marijuana (or other ingredients) in one inventory slot/square as opposed to filling your entire inventory with a bunch of leaves. This would be similar to how bobby pins or food/beverage items work right now, and that is all, he did not suggest any changes to the volume or the stacking of volume.

Allowing CTRL + X to be used to remove a specific piece of furniture at a minimum is very much needed. Ideally, you would also be able to edit an already placed piece of furniture by selecting it through CTRL + X alongside the option to remove it. The current method of removing furniture is simply not viable in detailed builds if you do not wish to have a chance of accidentally removing a wall instead of a floor item, or a decorative piece instead of a wall.

I could get behind a system that cycles out incredibly old names with extensive periods of no activity, but I do not believe that the catastrophe that is the names with a repeated letter like "Johnnn" should be the justification. It is unfortunate that their name of choice was already in-use, but it is their laziness or lack of imagination in thinking or searching up another suitable name to use in lieu of an already taken first- or last name that has caused them to create a ridiculous character name like triple-n John. With respect to the suggestion above, a system that is managed in such a manner that an extension of time could be requested is a system that is flawed from the beginning and open to an inevitable failure from an administration perspective (not "administration" as in game administrators or the moderation of the game and forums). I personally believe that a system that cycles out old character names should not at all be automated, but instead be something that can be ran by the development team whenever necessary, and should only affect those that have not signed in for X year(s). This would allow for proper prior notice in advance as well.

I don't see why there couldn't or shouldn't be a low text range for a phone, considering the range of "Whispering" through VOIP is arguably even less than that of /low.

This is a pretty simple suggestion, I'd say. That is, of course, in terms of what is being requested, as I have no intentions of making any assumptions on how much time or effort it would be for server development to push something like this through if they wanted to. With that said, I also do not believe that this, in any way, should be a priority or assumed to be suggestive of being a priority. Also, this is completely based on personal preference of UI visuals, so I do not necessarily expect everyone to be in agreement. Basically, with the most recent introduction of an advanced script that allows you to select the seat of a vehicle to enter, a new UI was introduced with a loading circle. I personally believe that this is much better looking than the action timer bar that is currently in the server for most actions that come with a "timer". Image comparison below. Again, I do not necessarily expect everyone to get behind the suggestion, as it is fully dependent on a personal preference of UI and visuals, but I believe it would look far better, and professional if you will, on the server if this, or a variant of it, were to be the replacement of the action timer loading bar.

Allow /ram to work on interior furniture doors.

Strange to see that assumptions of an underlying mentality have already made their way into this suggestion, not even within 10 hours of the suggestion being made. The concern raised with time is not an issue with "mentality pointing towards looting and locking up" and does not even point towards that in the slightest, this entire suggestion has to do with the fact that law enforcement has a command readily available that is used to bust down a door that cannot be used and has to be substituted by a lengthy process of bolt cutters, which becomes incredibly obvious in the sentences (or, an entire paragraph if you will) before any mention of time is made. The entry into a property by law enforcement is not at all comparable to the entry of a property by civilians or criminals, the latter of which usually have malicious intend. But no, it makes sense, the battering ram must have slipped out of the hands of a trained SWAT Officer, resulting in it being completely broken and unusable, raising the need to run to a convenience store and buy a pair of bolt cutters to break open a door when chance are there's someone dying or in dire need of assistance on the other side, just so that law enforcement and criminals have an even playing field. I understand the idea of balancing, but requiring law enforcement to keep racing back and forth between a convenience store and a property to play a game of RNG when a command already exists to serve this exact purpose is not it. This would not even be such a large time-related concern for all those involved in roleplay located inside of apartments where doors need to be breached, usually as a result of an explosion, if it was not for the fact that everyone seems to have a dozen doors/airlocks between the entry of the apartment and the actual area where people need to be. Raids carried out by law enforcement will still take ample time, things have to be roleplayed out properly and appropriately. The use of the battering ram through /ram would likely be better roleplayed, and more frequently at that, than repeated uses of the same items in an attempt to open a door. Wanting a different or more efficient way to make one's way into a property as an illegal character, that's fair, but suggesting to keep law enforcement on the same level as bolt cutters just does not make sense to me. -
The thing with the entire update for darker nights is that not only did it ruin interiors, before the update, players would be able to choose and use graphic overhaul mods such as NVE. This would make their nights darker than those of the average player, but that was a "disadvantage" you would willingly sign up for with the installation of the mod, and it did not at all affect the experience of other players. Now with the forced and arguably overdone darker nights, instead of allowing players to choose to have their nights be darker, it is forced upon them and with how incredibly dark it gets it feels that the general idea of accepting a disadvantage to have your game look subjectively better is gone and was instead replaced by a forced dark night which instead encourages players to bump their brightness up significantly to be able to see half properly in interiors or to lessen the strain on the eyes when driving in the county at night. Basically, I feel that instead of allowing players to use mods that would put themselves at a disadvantage in terms of vision during the night, we have shifted to where we will now have players bumping their brightness whether that be through in-game settings or mods to be able to see better which in turn gives them an advantage. I honestly personally wish the change was reverted in its entirety and left alone, instead of "fixed". The cons most definitely outweigh the pros with this.

I could support this. Even the addition of new games such as blackjack to other areas in itself is something I could support, as opposed to only having poker.

Changing an already existing script that is in place to revitalize it to serve a bigger purpose and actually allow more player interaction to get from point A to point B is a big plus. If the bus routes exist already but serve no purpose to the server besides that, I do not see how it would negatively impact anything to have them be moved to serve a better purpose while maintaining the job that has been in place for years.

Always in support of more variety in vehicles, whether that be through high-end vehicles or medium- and lower-end vehicles. This is a good combination of the two, I probably like the Sadler the most.

The houses and businesses on Route 68 seem very cozy now and it seems like a whole different area altogether, very cool!!
