Alright. So I have a suggestion that I personally think will benefit the whole community. Aim to take overcrowding from the Bank. I think this will create a lot more roleplay and a major hotspot for people to visit. Maybe wrong but who knows. So the pier at Del Perro Beach has a theme park. Theme parks have security. make it a heavily guarded area (NCZ) and add a few extras, Ideas below. Make it so Gambling is allowed? Possibly. Dice etc. Even add slot machines could use this machine The Pier also comes with a huge parking area that could be NCZ : Clothing store / mask store could be added here : Food could be bought and maybe drinks : Also add Cash machines (ATM), Possibly try to make the ride work. If you have any more ideas for this suggestion please post below. If you like the suggestion Like it. Add City bee rental? or Bicycle rentals? BMX etc.

credit vehicles do not count on your vehicle limit, also trading a vehicle back in the get another credit vehicle instead of buying more credits to get the new vehicle surely brings less donations as you have 90% of the new credit vehicle you plan on buying.

And what about sports cars? Auctions then if that's what people want, Whatever but many many cars have been lost due to people being banned so a few more back into the economy isn't gonna hurt it

Bring super cars back to Los Santos but put the price really high like the current market value. Could also be sold by developers on the In-character section instead of dealerships so it can be controlled how many are put into Los Santos and pricing can be what the developers see fit. We need targets for new players to hit, when I was a new player my target was a business as a supercar was really cheap. Super cars coming back but for $millions would give new players a target to aim for and keep them around for a lot longer. Im sure many people with enough money for a super are a little frustrated that they cannot acquire the super car they desire. With speed cameras being talked about and rules against super cars now and the LSPD having rapid response units along with a helicopter escaping the police in a supercar should be fairly difficult. I get that they need to be "rare" but if the price is high then they will still be really rare. Enough people with supercars have been banned to open up a few more supers to be released into the economy. (My opinion) This is by no means "I have millions etc". just a small suggestion.

it is a good idea but it also counters the gas cans we have in general stores and fuel stations, One suitable way would be for a mechanic to head to a fuel station take 100 Litres and then charge the guy in the vehicle 200% so the station still gets the sale and the mechanic gets rewarded for buying the fuel for him and then giving it him. All to be scripted and automated making it impossible for them to scam the mechanic. Your way would also work I guess though. +1

I think they are coming soon guys. With the dealership update but im not 100% sure. The update should be soon just waiting on something from Osvaldon.

I think that people who go inactive should lose a business or it be auctioned and not leased out and waiting for when they come back that will stop all players getting them when people go inactive. and to this I think leasing businesses giving more players opportunities to make money instead of them sitting barely active is better than nothing. And leasing would mean the current owner would need to give contract or whatever to give it to the leasing winner, giving chance to all players to own a business as right now they have pretty much 0 chance without being wealthy enough to pay a large sum, with this suggestion people have the chance to own one for a period of time that will potentially earn them profit. and realise a barely active owner doesn't lose business as barely active still qualifies to keep ahold of one.
