Yeah that would be cool aswell, great more opportunities for people. and if they cannot do script for it for current businesses developers could give agreement that if a player was banned etc with a contract of lease then the owner still gets it back if we transferred ownership but until they agree that then its unsafe to do so (if not scriptable) maybe an Official Discord for all business owners to sell leases to other players for current businesses so they can see agreements etc.

I own one myself and would probably be up for it every now and then doesn't have to be everyweek. Maybe put a system in place people can bid on leasing so you can decide that way if you want to do it.

Hello, I was wondering if in anyway it would be possible to make it so people can lease businesses off of players. Example dealership lease lasts a week, Lease cost is $200,000 They get temporary ownership of the business for a week and take all profits that they make within a week. Could work for all businesses. Could be profitable for everyone as they get a chance to own a business for a week and sell stock. If they are active and play a lot then that lease cost is low compared to profit they can make. It gives multiple opportunities for people in the city to lease businesses like in real life leasing night clubs etc. They would use same price lists etc that we have on our official discords (for dealerships) And take orders from the official ECRP discord. Would be better if the lease script did give the dealership rights back to the owner automatically once their time has expired and makes sure the lease guy has withdrawn the funds he has made selling stuff before its given back to owner. Let me know what you guys think below.

I agree totally, I have 1.8m salary so I cannot work I don't want to withdraw and lose 600k in taxes. That's 35% of my playing time wasted over the past 5months.

Personally I don't believe there should be a cap at all on your salary. But +1 Also think the new Tax system is not great 35% off wealthy people is 35% wasted time. 2% for abit less fortunate people who have not worked as hard yet..... All this wealth by people was earnt. Playing long hours and putting a lot of time into government faction's. I literally cannot work my job as I don't want to take my salary out and pay 600k in taxes.

I recently made a list of all available cars in RageMP that are fit for ECRP and sent them to Osvaldon, hopefully we can get some new ones. I did ask before doing it.

I didn't mention doing it to 1 and 2 vehicle houses as it wouldn't be worth.

Nobody ever once said upgrading a house for 1m-2.5m? I said 300k for a upgrade. that makes a 3 vehicle house to 600k which is the price of a average 4 vehicle house, Adding a helicopter pad for $1m if you can afford a helicopter you can after a pad to park it.

its not just about me...…….. its about lots of people with Millions with nothing to buy. But thanks for your input.

Rarity of a supercar is good yeah, that's why I said to increase prices of them. people need something to spend money on and right now nothing for rich people to buy. they cant get the super car they want as its not available. or people have gone inactive with them, not gonna wait a year for people to have quit for supers to come available.

For the economy to be reworked and people to spend money well their has to be things to buy...…… At the moment the top 10 richest players are 2.6m - 14m With what to buy? Nothing. Imagine the amount of players with 1m - 2.6m Super cars at a higher price 1m - 2m Ranging on the old prices. Itali GTB custom 3m Nero custom 3m etc etc, when people spend 3m on a car its gonna be hard to resell. Houses to be upgraded Garage slot wise for a fee so if you own a 4vehicle garage you can upgrade to 5 vehicle slot for a fee, 300k? Upgrade house to be able to park a helicopter, 1m? General stores to buy ( I know this was spoke about) Yachts to be player owned with parking slots for Boats like Jet skis and Helicopters (prices need be lowered on jet skis though) Rich players with large funds should be able to buy helicopters etc I know people are sceptical about this but is a criminal gonna be paying 5m+ for a helicopter? plus Police have Helicopters. make fuel station separate $100 a litre and huge insurance bills if you destroy it Any other ideas put them below and il include them in the thread.

I mean the idea is not totally bad, Make the damage on the shot gun weak like a pistol. Very short range, But as it has a spray cone it should take a fair few shots to kill people. Also if somebody has you at close range gun point like a pistol and SMG and AK doesn't matter if they shoot they shoot you dead. So shotgun wont be a benefit really in anyway if you give a little nerf, Plus Most Americans have rifles IRL, but I do agree not everyone should have big guns running around but most do already.

Atomic, Hayes, Autorepairs and Heavyflow stand at a door to Access the menu, People stand at the door to buy a car. Some sort of office like mechanics have or something to create more RP at dealerships.. Motorsports and autoservices have offices. Also maybe a Laptop in the office people can use to place a vehicle order taking 20% of the Vehicle price off them as deposit and the rest when they collect the vehicle once its been imported. Dealership owners have to go onto the computer check the orders page and then order that car and message the person that ordered it saying it has arrived and is ready for collection. just a thought..... New Cars Put into the server. GTA release so many new vehicles and we don't get to see them. A lot more mods could be added too.
