A simple suggestion: I suggest for the panic alarm text to be red, or bright red, for it to be more noticeable. Currently it is fully white;

IA reports can be OOC and IC.

All IA reports are looked into, none of them are ignored. If you saw the badge number ( the #3312 as an example here), you can create an IA report on gov.eclipse-rp.net under "Report a Police Officer".
