The call was heard. Al Romano and Zion Willard sprung to action. Quickly reaching out to old friends, they began to assemble a formidable team of capable individuals to assist them in their venture. It was clear to both that those who joined them would need to be extremely well versed in the operations of the criminal underworld - and would require deep roots established over time to be considered qualified. Jake Okibi was their first contact, and from there the three began to cast the mold The Vanguards would take. A list of those fitting the needs of the organization was written, and their plan was set into motion.

After the names were drawn, the next step was to induct the founding members. Giving minimal details, others were told to dress in black and visit [redacted] at [redacted]. As all arrived, they were told to gather in a circle.

 

There the ideals and qualities expected of those in front of them were laid out. Past conflicts were to be resolved and unstable relations were expected to be mended to the best of each’s abilities. This would be the first step on a long path - looking over those who chose to walk it with him, Zion was optimistic.

Al, Zion, Jake and Jeff met up at Jake’s house late one evening to contemplate and discuss their future, during this discussion it became apparent they were all without an organisation to call their own, between them they had lots of experience leading and partaking in criminal activities and as a result they decided it was best to form their own organisation. After a lengthy meeting they came to the conclusion that this group would be called "The Vanguards".

They continued their meeting well into the night, discussing their goals and current situation within the city, it was agreed that the group had to solve whatever conflict or issues were ongoing between themselves and other gangs within the city. 
The first port of call was Los Aztecas. Jake started by ringing Alicia Rodriguez, a member of the high command within the organisation, a meeting was arranged at one of the Azteca's many headquarters. The Vanguard higher ups plus a few loyal members pulled up to the meeting spot to find Alicia as expected but also Tyrone Shakur, informally known as Black Santa, the leader of a Mexican cartel called La Familia Michoacana. 

This was a prime opportunity to discuss the ongoing situation with regards to all the existing criminal organisations of San Andreas. Many issues and points were raised then discussed among the group including: current members, relations, events, identification, areas of control and potential business opportunities. 

We left the meeting with our heads held high, relieved that conflict was finally coming to an end, fully aware that we would have to earn our place in Los Santos and regain the trust of organisations that we had conflict with in the past, while we were a part of different groups. 

Next it was time to meet the Gangster Disciples, Jake being an old member of Los Zetas, he had close relations with some members of GD including Dray Wrzosek and Ricky Brasco. They reached out to Dray to organise a meeting to establish some relations between the two groups; the chosen location an old council meeting spot and the former HQ of The Clowns, Benny’s Workshop. Once again, many topics were discussed between the leadership of the gangs, and agreements were made to stay neutral pending further discussion between GD, Aztecas and LFM. 

With a lot of work done to establish relations with some of the larger organisations within the state of San Andreas, it was time to reach out to some old friends of the group, The Goblins. Jake once again had close relations with the leadership of The Goblins as he had spent many months serving alongside them in Los Zetas. A third meeting was arranged at The Vanguard’s current HQ in Richman. 

A few members were already there socialising when The Goblins arrived, everyone introduced themselves and conversation broke out between the two groups as they caught up on recent events and shared a few stories. Relations with The Goblins wasn’t ever an issue due to the history between the two organisation's high command but it was a great opportunity to introduce them to Vanguards officially. 

With relations set, The Vanguard leadership decided it was time to bring in their inner circle of members to introduce them to the idea of the organisation and potentially recruit them into it. 

A few names were brought up between high command and a base group was decided upon, each person was contacted individually and asked to come to the house in black clothing and an appropriately coloured vehicle, once everyone arrived Al, Zion and Jake pitched their idea and proposal for the organisation.

The Vanguards was formed and ready to begin their story within the city.

After taking a small break from the criminal side of things, Eve spent some quality time with her wife Ana taking a step back from the action  that she was so used to dealing with on a daily basis. On a glaringly hot summer day they both took a boat out to sea, just relaxing and having fun enjoying each others company. Later that day Eve received a text from Jake to come and catch up, reminiscing on old times Jake brought up the group Vanguards who at the time were just starting up.

Jake ran the idea of Eve joining the group with a High Command position that being the Pillar of Gang Operations, Eve was ecstatic learning her closest friends were getting back together. 

 

 

Jake informed Eve of the meetings they had with Aztecas, Gangster Disciples and La Familia Michoacana giving her a brief description of the outcomes. Eve was glad when she had heard they agreed to neutrality as this was something that would definitely be needed to expand and grow the group. Once Eve had caught up to speed on the relations side of things they headed out to meet up with the rest of the group, to her surprise she was met with many vehicles parked up with the group chatting away re-establishing old friendships. 

 

 

 

 

While heading to the HQ to meet up with some members Eve joined Al, Jeff and Trey with meeting some members of More Blood, we conversed for a short while exchanging some information about each others gangs, ranks, area they hang out and phone numbers. After getting to know each others names and establishing some dialog with More Blood they left, Al, Jeff and Eve discussed among themselves about their thoughts about the gang.

 

 

 

 

Once the their small meeting between themselves was over they headed up to the clothing store to discuss possible mask choices, due to a lot of gangs using certain masks we needed to pick one that was unique. Al, Jeff, Trey and Eve headed out in the Schafter together towards the Vinewood lake to meet up with a couple of friends fishing. Then Eve headed back to her house finishing off the day with some well needed rest.

But sometimes people don’t expect it and sometimes people don’t want to accept it.So many unexpected ends happened to Jonas keiler from wca war and losing his friends to disband of los santos triads his true family .war was an unacceptable event in Jonas’s life but he knew he has to leave the past and continue growing . His life wasn’t like the others he had to move on with a broken heart a broken heart with memories of death and loss.

he believed he did everything he could for wca during the war and he believed people will be proud of having him with them but at the time he did not wanted to act emotional and close his eyes he joined some of his friends in los zetas and became a zeta prospect but the people who he called Family started to hate him just because he did the right thing and ignored his feelings and emotions .He was harmed and insulted by the ones he called family some day and that was when he realized he had no friends the whole time.

After he joined zetas as a prospect no one wanted to trust him .they were right because it makes sense not to trust the person who fought against you for years . but Jonas did not gave up and tried his best to gain some trust and he succeed on his way .
After a week while he was asleep . he received a phone call from Dominic Manuel which made him jump out of his bed and leaves his house immediately. for the first time in his life , he felt cursed yes he heard something that shocked him . he was picked up by Dominic Manuel heading to Dominic’s Manuel to speak about what happened and what their next plan is .Same thing had happened to zetas just like wca and they were disbanding ,after they disbanded Jonas felt empty from inside he felt dark . he had no friends and he was being hunted by his old family. by the ones he trusted someday . and he finally decided to leave the city just to cool things down for a bit.

True and for ever family
Jonas was finally back to the city after 2 months, during that time he was thinking about the city and how he is going to continue after coming back. He had bad reputation in his city and he knew it was going to be hard for him to fit in again.
Jonas decided to meet some of his friends to inform them about him coming back, then he just decided to go back to his apartment, take a little rest and enjoy 
looking at los santos skyscrapers while he was drinking baijiu. 
after some time, his phone started ringing.
he answered the phone and heard a strange but friendly voice that was Frank, Frank Fog one of his old friends.
Frank said that he needs Jonas for something and invited him into his apartment.
He suddenly called him after a long time and that made Jonas shocked.
Jonas asked himself, why frank would call me after this long time? 
Frank and Jonas were through a lot together and he was so happy to hear from him again.
When he entered Franks apartment, he realized that Frank needs some help with his drug lab which is on fire.
They should've extinguished the fire as quick as they could before it exploded so Jonas took his clothes off and started to help Frank

They successfully extinguished the fire and after that, they decided to drink together and chill for a bit.
Jonas and Frank were drinking some beers, Meanwhile Jonas was asking Frank about the situation in the city.
Frank stops and looks at Jonas with his startled eyes.
Frank informs Jonas about the war that's going on between GD and Triads.
That was when Jonas said to himself, this is time for me to show up and be useful for once in my life!
Jonas then asked frank if he can join the Triads and help them with the war and frank reacted positively to Jonas.
after talking more about the ongoing war, Frank decided to talk to recruiters about Jonas. 
The recruiters also reacted positively and Jonas is going to help them with the war. 
At the end, Jonas decided to buy some guns from Frank and go to the frontline of los santos triads...

After he joined triads as a blue lantern he felt something special he never felt before. everyone was respecting and everyone liked him it was the first time he felt home .that feeling was strange and he never expected that they trusted Jonas from the first place and it was too much for Jonas .how is it possible to trust your old enemy and give him a chance to prove his loyalty and it was when Jonas decided to never let his family go down . He decided to fight with everything he had. Jonas was not afraid of his enemy anymore because he knew if he dies fighting he dies for something valuable he fought for his family without a break ,he killed so many innocent people for his family without hesitate and he finally achieved cooking the amount of 1000 drugs in a week which made him feel useful for his family but what ever he did was not enough and same thing happened to him again. his dark path continued and affected triads 


Finally triads disbanded in a rainy and cold day with direct order of Bruce Wong he felt alone and rejected again till he picked up a phone from al Romano
he was told that there is a new organization called vanguards and triads are welcome to join .
and he accepted Romano’s request so he maybe can get the chance to meet his family and spend some time with them again.

Knowing the war was quickly going south, Al Romano a high command member of Triads, spoke to Rex about leaving for a while, traveling overseas to set up connections they would need if things went bad. Spending a few months overseas Rex received a call from a burner phone telling him to come home. Rex quickly booked his flight and met Al at the airport in Los Santos.

 

Al had quickly filled in Rex about the disbanding of the Triads. Although Rex saw it coming, he felt saddened by the fact. Al had also filled him in on the new organization he was starting, the Vanguards. Alan and Rex have a good friendship going back for a long time, because of this Al offered Rex a higherup position within the Vanguards, Rex accepted this offer with open arms.

 

Al showed Rex around their HQ and some properties that they owned. Getting excited about the new operation they came to the conclusion that they wanted to set up some new furniture on on of their property roofs. Looking at the selection of furniture in the store, Rex and Al were greeted by a wandering Cadet of the LSPD. Rex quickly realizing he had an SMG on his hip, he bolted out of the store and ran into the strip club and attempted to blend in. After waiting a few minutes Rex decided to peek out the door, only to find that Al was waiting outside for him, no sign of the cop.

 

Rex has always been a magnet for the LSPD due to his recklessness, and it almost once again got him caught his first day back. Rex has some big plans for the Vanguards, and for the city in general, and this is only the start.

A sense of belonging:

A deep sense of belonging is an irreducible need of people. We are biologically, cognitively, physically, and spiritually wired to belong to something. When those needs are not met, we don't function as we were meant to. We break. We fall apart. We numb. We ache. We hurt others. We get sick.

 

For Lucy these words alway rang true. She always felt the need to belong to something, first it was The Irish Mafia, and it ended with The Triads. There were things in between and all of them were just futile attempts at bridging the gap between her and that sense of belonging. While a part of them, there was that feeling, and she served them all for as long as she could, but in the end everything falls and sometimes with it, falls hope.

 

After the news hit, the fall of her friends and family over at the Triads, Lucy’s heart sank into unease, and her depression began to creep back upon her. Her real family had been thinning out. Most of them just left her, looking for a better place to call home; but to Lucy… Los Santos would always be her home. She had people there that depended on her. She could feel it. She refused to believe that the downfall of the Triads would amount to the downfall of her too.

 

It started with whispers. Little hints of something in the works, something the likes of which Los Santos had never seen before, and with the promise of old friends, Lucy had to investigate. She sought out two people, both of which were old contacts from her time in the Triads. She first contacted Jake Okibi with one subject in mind. Recruitment.

 

If there was something that Lucy could do to help them rise in the underground, she would happily serve with her life to do so. That sense of belonging was always found in her gang. For Lucy having a gang to serve, to blindly follow was the way she found that sense of belonging, as it was all she’d known, all she was made to know. After Lucy had met with Jake Okibi and Jeff Kong and was officially welcomed into The Vanguards.

As a welcome home present, Lucy was invited to join in a heist. After a group meeting, they carefully planned out a strategic hiit of one of the banks of Los Santos, all getting their gear ready, and heading off to Chumas bank. Lucy was entrusted with the job of being a “driller” and it was her job to get them safely into the vault. As soon as the vault was breached, the sound of alarms rang through the air, notifying them that they had just moments before PD or SD would arrive at their doorsteps. One by one, they rushed into the vault and grabbed as much cash as they possibly could, before Lucy had spotted a cruiser sitting at the front door. Alarmed, she radioed it in instantly, and everyone inside the bank made a swift exit, pointing weapons and telling the cop to leave, so they had safe passage to their escape vehicles.

The adrenaline was pulsing through each member for sure, as they made their way around the back of the bank to get on their bikes. Lucy gave a short sigh as her bike engine roared to life and they began to take off, scattering in several different directions to mislead the cops. Lucy waited several hours before she attempted to reach her friends, just to be certain she wasn’t followed. Afterwards they all met up, lucky none of them had been found and arrested. All the money was then handed around, shared throughout the group. 

God bless communism. 

 

The second person she contacted was a very close friend, Aki. The two of them had been very old friends indeed, they got to talking at a fishing location and spoke about the current state of the criminal industry in Los Santos, where everyone was placed and how their organisation would fit in. Their friendship went back a long time and it undoubtedly would last a lifetime. Lucy already considered Aki a sister, which was when the idea struck. Lucy was struck with an idea, Lucy Donovan was a well known name through Los Santos, and with it came a lot of infamy. 

 

She approached Aki with a proposition. They should really become sisters by name and by bond. They should use this new chance, this new gang to become true sisters at arms. With blood the name was created, a name for them both to wear with pride, a new start for both of them. Thus, the Mei family was born.

The future was looking bright.

The name of this criminal origination has echoed through the city. Cops had become an increasing ordeal when attempting to undergo operations that would see the organisation further its goals. We were always several steps ahead of the law however detectives were catching up. Nothing Vanguards could not deal with.

Tony decided it was time to put PD back a few steps again. Tony reached out to a contact he had saved from a long long time ago he used while in the Irish Mob. He knew a guy who could help out with his ongoing bad relationship with law enforcement. Tony had been to prison many times but never gave up his secrets after constant police interrogations and failed schemes. 

 

Tony picks up his phone and scrolls down his contacts to find "Undisclosed". He sends him a text telling him that he needed a job done. They discussed and agreed to meet at a private location where a transaction would take place. 

Tony proceeded to wake up the next morning and head early to the meeting stop to make sure his contact was not compromised and setting him up. Tony was waiting awhile to make sure his security was not in jeopardy. 

A mysteries man dressed in all black with a fedora approached him. The man waited in a dark area away from any light to ensure his identity stay hidden. Tony could not recognize his face due to the dark. Tony, singled his good friend Trey Fukaru to give him the package. As a safety precaution, Tony did not carry the package and did not mention he was bringing company. 

 

If the job could not be completed, lives were on the line including the hacker partaking. These were fair terms. The hidden figured walks away into the dark as he prepares such a large job.

 

The hacker drives back home and gets right to it. He begins by injecting his hacks into the websites back-ends where he would be able to change the details and then DE encrypt the encrypted data. It was no easy job and it took him hours to get it right. If he didn't, it would put his own life in danger. 

 

The hacker proclaims: 

I'M IN!

 

The hacker logs out, with his newly acquired pay and a successful operation with his own life secured.... Until next time.
