    Question

i believe he is. There is also an English and LTU server available.
  7. -1 yeah the economy is just too shit to be putting new supers into circulation. 95% of people in the server cant make that kind of money with the way the economy is. I dont think the economy will ever have a reset either. The rich will get richer, and everyone else will just get left in the dust. Prime example is how every gas station rose their prices, and just inflates shit even more.
  8. was fun homie, even though we argued IC.
  9. First off, this is not aimed at anyone in particular, just a general....opinion i guess. I feel like everyone knows this happens, do it themselves and what not, but just let it go ignored. What is up with everyone hating each other OOC? especially in the crim world. It really came to light a few months ago, during the irish/triads vs LFM/GD war. Its like every time someone wins a fight its taken to an extreme level of toxicity while the opposing side will almost guaranteed to go into ooc chat and say one of the following, "Save Pov" "hello?" "Dm" "reported" or something similar. Its kind of ridiculous. I don't know why people are just here to clap, shoot guns whatever, and not actually utilize the RP part of this server. I would love to hear everyone's opinion on this because i feel that it needs to come to light.
  10. Alex Croft came into the city with a simple goal, to just get back on his feet. He came in with little knowledge and did simple freelance jobs to get on his feet. He found a temporary home at Los Santos Customs, where his knowledge about cars could be put to use. See, Alex had one passion, and it was cars. Before he moved to Los Santos, he would run wild in the streets with little "Shitbox" cars with built motors slapped into them. After being arrested for illegal street racing he took a break from illegal activities and wanted to just be like every other Cliche member of society, live a boring life and work a shitty 9-5. All that was tossed out of the window when Alex bought an Elegy Retro Custom. A popular tuner car in the city, and he took it and ran with it. Alex spent the weeks following his Elegy purchase modifying the engine, making it twice, maybe triple as fast as when he bought it. He drove recklessly through the streets, finally feeling like himself again. One day, while sitting in his car at the bank, a man approached him, in another Elegy. His name was Tyrone Booker, known on the streets as "Ty", he asked Alex if he was into racing, Alex hesitantly replied, "Yes". Ty motions for Alex to follow him, they drive up to the Observatory, where Alex sees around 20 cars, all lined up about to race. Alex smirks a little, and parks his car, getting out and admiring the beautiful scene, something that reminded him of home. A home that he enjoyed, one that made him feel welcome. Alex walks around and exchanges names with everyone, and after about an hour, Alex is asked to line up. Not knowing the track, he is taken through a soft lap to show him. After they get back it is finally time to race, he lines up, with cars surrounding him on the starting line, the clock hit 12:25, and everyone takes off. Early in the race, Alex finds himself at the front of the pack, quickly widening the gap. Alex finishes the race, and everyone is impressed at his skill. Alex then knew that this was home. For months to come, Alex spends all of his time racing, winning at that. He quickly establishes himself as the best racer in the city, winning almost every race he partook in. He then met Blu, the so called "Leader" of the racing scene, Blu had been in the city for years, and everyone knew him. Him and Alex quickly became friends, because of their common interest and skill. Alex and Blu were both extremely good at racing, and would always be neck and neck. Their relationship grew stronger everyday, and eventually Alex moved in with him, this is where Alex finally got onto his feet permanently and knew he was here to stay. Alex just kept racing and kept winning, this went on for months. Eventually, the racing scene started to die, less and less people showed up. Alex's once called best friend, "Blu" barely came into the city anymore. Alex found himself in what felt like a hole, a hole of boredom, every once in a while, Alex would hear of a small race at the Observatory, but it just didn't feel normal. Alex finally accepted the fact that it just wasnt what it used to be, and it was time to move on to something else, this is where it all changed. Alex meets with the former leader of a disbanded gang, The Crimson Syndicate. His name was John Corsetti, he speaks with Alex about a potential opportunity, a rebuild of the gang. Alex thinks about it, and decides to accept the offer. He is brought on as an Underboss, the second in command of the gang. Alex meets hundreds of new people, what comes with just being introduced to the criminal world. Alex enjoyed himself, he gained respect for what he accomplished, but there was still something missing, Racing. Alex spent the months following building the gang and fighting his ass off in wars, losing close friends, what he thought of as family members. Now one positive thing did come out of this gang, this is where Alex met Sean Liamhorn, Sean was recruited into the gang and they quickly connected. Sean had heard of Alex's previous racing legacy, and challenged him to a race at the Observatory. Alex immediately accepted, as he had not raced in what felt like years. They approached the starting line and off they went, Alex won the race, with Sean in a very close second. They spent that night discussing the Syndicate, and where it would take them in the future. It was that night that a big decision was made. Alex and Sean make the decision to rebuild the once prime racing group, The Street Fighters. They come up with a plan instantly, it was like their minds thought exactly alike. Alex was almost starting to feel like all the pieces had aligned. Alex dreamt of leading his own crew, ever since he started racing in Los Santos, and it was finally beginning to become a reality. Alex would spend the next few weeks acting out the plan, recruiting, making it known, all the norms. After they get to a point where they can start establishing themselves, making the crew, well...the crew. And here it ends, for now, the story of Alex Croft. A man that will go down as one of the most notable drivers in the city, but he isn't done yet, why there is still years to go. For now, that's where it stands, the start of something huge, begging to become even bigger.
  11. With the Crew's presence around the city being noticed more and more each day, it has attracted the attention of Police, a big worry for the Crew. Recently, Benjamin Bucky, a Street Fighters High Command member was caught. After a long chase Benji wrecked his elegy and was detained. He was later interrogated to try and gain information on the Crew but Benji did not let anything slip out. His capture was broadcasted on live TV because of the importance of the event to the LSPD Police continue to target the mint green cars seen tearing up their streets. Police now patrol the common areas where the cars as seen such as the Observatory and Los Santos Customs. Most of our members have yet to be caught, and don't ever plan on letting their worst enemy catch them.
  12. With Recruitment in full swing, the Crews High Command decides that relationships need to be made with other gangs. They first meet with the Gangster Desciples. Ricky Brasco and Mike Laurie meet with the Crew to discuss their presence in the city. Alex had met with this group before, previously being in Crimson Syndicate and working with the group in war. They have a quick, yet seemingly endless conversation about the current politics in the city. The meeting ends in good spirit with the Crew maintaining the positive relations that some of the members had previously obtained.
  13. I think most of what makes people think that cops are overpowered is the cops themselves, not the scripts that give them their powers. Most cops just cant seem to fathom not getting their way, and they have the ability to powergame much more successfully than crims without repercussions. Seems that they will do anything to win the situation and waste as much of your time as possible by putting as many charges on you as they can. There are however some cops out there with exceptional RP that knows how it works and doesnt just have the "im a cop so i cant be beaten" mentality. I agree with everything @Jbacon says and will personally say that his RP is above exceptional. To be able to play the "mean cop" vibe that everyone gets about him while still giving crims some slack is awesome. Even just him giving me a slightly less timed charge such as accessory instead of the full charge he could have given, makes a huge difference and i think that all cops need to take notes on it. There are just far too many cops that cant lose a situation, hence giving the whole faction a bad rep in the crim community, and not highlighting the players who actually give good police RP. So while the general opinion is that cops are overpowered compared to crims, it all depends on the cop you RP with. and if you get lucky then youll get one of the few special ones.
